This is the second car Ive brought to Longs Collision Center, and both were given thorough work ups, and the results speak for themselves. I couldnt possibly be more pleased with the workmanship and the quality of customer service. The Longs franchise as a whole is top notch. Thanks somehow seem woefully insufficient to express my gratitude and satisfaction.

If you want your vehicle done right. This is the place to go. Jim the manager is a awesome guy to talk too. He is easy going and he will make sure your vehicle is what you would expect it to be after the job is done. I worked at COMMERCE MAPFRE INS RIGHT NEXT DOOR and part of my job was to oversee the vehicles in my department. I have brought long collision most all the work that was needed for my vehicles i was in charge off keeping the vehicles maintained. I have brought some vehicles for bodywork but once i started using long collision i never took any vehicles in my fleet elsewhere again during my last ten years doing that job.

Unbelievable service from Kristie and everyone else. I had aftermarket parts on my car when it went in and they handled all my special (and probably annoying) requests. My car looks brand new and it could not have been more pleasant of an experience.

Long Collision was by far the best experience Ive had after an accident.I dropped my car off the same day and had it back in two weeks!The insurance company had quoted 4 to get the job done.Staff is outstanding! Great service, I found out I did not have rental car coverage and they worked with me to get a loaner vehicle. The lobby is super clean, very colorful, and vibrant. Everyone there is super nice and I would recommend Long Collision to anyone who needs work done to their car. Keep up the good work!

Great repair. Clean up leaves something to be desired. I had a brand new black truck repaired. I think they used 20 grit sandpaper to wash it. My new truck has more spirals than a spirograph Olympics! How about using clean rags next time! Unbelievable!
