I got into a wreck with an 18 Wheeler. There was a lot of body damage to my vehicle, they had to cut and reweiled the entire rear quarter panel and many other repairs were made. I dont think you would ever be able to tell thier were damages made the repairs were so awesome. I did notice they missed some things originally but they were more then willing to correct a few blimishes that may or may not of been thier at first with no argument or issues. Loved these guys.

Went in to have my back lift gate fixed because they were aware of the situation and said they could fix it. I have now dropped my only car off 3 times after waiting 3-4 weeks for the first original part to come in. When the original part came in I was told it would take 1 hour to fix be in and out no issues. Not the case at all. Every time I drop it off they told me it would be done in 1 hour. I told them every time I would give them 4-5 hours I had work and other things too do. During each time I never received a phone call with any kind of update to let me know there was issues. So I assumed it was fixed. But I was wrong. I would have to call after each time and I would tell them I’m running behind. Then they would tell me it’s not fixed and there was more issues. Then sometimes when I would call for an update I would get a different lady (Diane?) that was not Kandace who was not helpful at all. She would tell me I would have to speak with Kandace she knows nothing about my car. Moral of the story is if they would of COMMUNICATE IT WOULD OF SAVED A LOT OF PEOPLE MONEY & TIME… NOW I AM OUT OF POCKET OVER $500 BUCKS AND A BACK LIFT GATE THAT STILL DOESN’T WORK….. THEY DON’T SEEM TO CARE. Every time I tried to explain simple customer service I was give the excuse that they have spent so many hours and time on trying to make me happy. Again had the picked up the phone and called there customer they would of saved my time & my money and their time & money….. I have never been to a company that has made the customer feel so frustrated and upset like they made me feel. I normally don’t write reviews but this happened over 3 times. NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL!!!! I GAVE THEM A RATING OF TWO STARS TO BE KIND WHEN IT SHOULD OF BEEN A 1 STAR! NOT ONCE DID THEY APOLOGIZE ABD TAKE RESPONSIBILITY!

When your involved in a wreck, the process can be difficult to navigate. While insurance reps pretend to have your best interest in mind, they truly want to save money more than anything. I was navigated to a different collision company by the insurance rep even though I verbally said I preferred Colorize Collision. The insurance company told me that they couldn’t give me a lifetime guarantee unless I took it to the company they wanted. I had not agreed to use their preferred company, but nonetheless received a call from that business wanting to schedule me in. This company was rude on the phone and said Monday was the soonest they could get me in. It was Wednesday. I called Colorize anyways to see if they could help me. Diana answered the phone and was awesome from the start! She explained that Colorize Collision gives a lifetime guarantee and helped me understand that the insurance companies cannot tell you where to take the car; she explained how that’s called steering, which is illegal in Texas! I asked her if they worked with State Farm Insurance and she said yes. In fact, she writes for State Farm! She was able to call the insurance rep at my request and get things sorted. I also learned that the preferred companies schedule you always on Mondays because they don’t want to pay the car rental rates for the weekend. Colorize Collision was able to take the car Friday and finished the repairs by the following Thursday. It looks fantastic! Paint job is great too! Diana helped navigate me through how the insurance company deposits the money once approved into my account and that’s how I would pay; something that was over complicated by the insurance agent on the phone. I appreciated the guidance and professionalism by Diana. Going forward, don’t hesitate to use Colorize Collision, they are honest and very helpful!

I’m a veteran car owner with three kids and five cars. I’ve learned to choose collision repair carefully. The kids typically don’t have the ability to have their non-claim damage repaired. I made an exception this one time and went out of pocket on a Starbucks dent on the passenger’s side. Glad I did. Colorize could not have been better about the details to make the car perfect. I had to replace the driver side quarter panel glass, which I purchased from Honda. Diana was friendly and extremely helpful in overcoming my anxiety since I did not have the adhesive gasket that was required to bond the glass to the chassis. She is truly a professional in getting it done quickly and on time.

Ruined my trunk installing my spoiler. Paint is chipped on the wing, and the trunk now bubbles in the center because they drilled too far apart. Failed to ensure holes were sealed resulting in water in my trunk. Even more, the trunk is entirely out of place and unaligned to the rest of the rear body {raises up on one side due to the bubble. Never give these people your money or your car.

They fixed my car on time and it came out perfect, they even washed, waxed and vacuumed my car! Candess was very nice and answered all my questions. I highly recommend them!

I recently had to get my windshield replaced on my 2018 Tacoma due to a large rock impacting it on the lovely freeways we have here in Houston It resulted in a large impact crater and some cracks that extended nearly across my entire windshield. I called around to several locations and everyone gave me the run around and wanted to charge me an arm and leg to replace it. I also needed it done asap, which the other places could not do, because I was heading out of town on a camping trip in west Texas. Everyone said the earliest time was a week from the day. I drove over to Colorize to see if they could help. When I arrived I was greeted by one of their friendly staff, a lady by the name of Dianne. Told her my situation and she seemed really eager to help. She made some calls and then told me they can do it and that they can have it done by the following day around lunch time. It was around 4pm when I went over there. She gave me a quote, which was far less then the other places I called, and I said lets do it. Brought my vehicle in the following morning when they opened, gave the keys to Dianne and she told me it will be done around 12:30. Sure enough it was done by then. I have used them before with my previous vehicle to replace a bad bumper. They did an excellent job then and this time was no exception. I would certainly give them a try if you want good quality work, a friendly staff and, in my opinion, a great price. If you are reading this Dianne, thanks again for being such a big in getting my windshield replaced so quickly. Thanks to you I can now drive to west Texas with a brand new windshield instead of one with a crack as large as the grand canyon right in my line of sight.

They’ve saved us a ton of money, and on the rare occasion we didn’t bring our vehicle here first, we’ve lost a ton of money.On top of doing excellent work, their customer service is unmatched. They can also work on just about anything. We’ve taken them an exotic, a heavily modified car and a boring little sedan with no change in the quality of work. The employees have always been friendly, helpful, and often go way above and beyond for us.Do yourself a favor and don’t take your car anywhere else.

Took car in for a leaky trunk received car back with 6 of water in the trunk. The lady that was helping us said it was not her problem and seemed very disinterested in trying to help. She also said she was doing us a favor by not charging us storage. This was the most unprofessional place Ive ever dealt with and would not recommend to anyone.

Great work at reasonable prices! Over the years I brought in a few vehicles for repairs and always came away satisfied. Just this morning I brought my sons truck in for a front end alignment. He uses it for work and cant be without a vehicle. I came in this morning without an appointment and they were able to get the alignment done quickly. Great job.

Great service from start to finish. Friendly and professional. I was in an accident and came to get repairs here. Insurance came through and all was flawless. They did an amazing job in my car!

I felt they were very up front, forward and honest with the repairs that needed to be done with my vehicle and I had no problem with them at all however, the problem came when the fella test drove my vehicle. One of the hidden dash cams I had in my vehicle captured the fella doing more then just test driving my vehicle. This answers my question why my seat was almost all the way back, back of the seat all the way back, my mirror was jolted all the way down, my steering wheel was jolted down, and my stereo system was changed to a rock station and my volume was way, way up. Yes he did not see the hidden - Cam in my car that recorded everything he did.Suggestion to Colorize, when they test drive customers car, best make sure there are no hidden cameras recording what they do while theyre out cruising around in the customers vehicles n jamming out.

I am insured with Progressive... I had the right front fender and passenger door repaired and painted here at colorized. This repair was done in 2012, just this year I noticed that the front fender that was repaired and painted started to faded pretty badly. I was apart of Progressives life guarantee for all repairs done by using there personal repair program. Colorized simply asked for documentation showing they did the repair, but when Progressive could not find the paperwork. Dean from colorized, decided to go ahead and repaint the front fender. He did this at no cost to me or my insurance company. These guys at Colorized are great. Thanks again Dean...Semper Fi...

Satisfied customer here, my daughter was in an accident and we kept running into dead ends from the other party at fault to the on campus police. I had a dent on top of my car and within two days of dropping my car off here they fixed the dent and repainted the top of my car so you can’t tell there was ever a problem. They also repainted a few extra scratches on the car and provided me with some touch up paint. The center was able to match my car color, a bright blue, perfectly. I am extremely happy with the outcome and would highly recommend for anyone to bring their car here.

I would like to recommend Colorize Collision Center, Inc. on Bay Area Blvd. I had someone hit my car door while it was open in a parking lot and the door was just hanging and not drivable. Colorize Collision gave outstanding service from the moment I made the call to the time I picked up my car. Everyone was very helpful and the work is completed with care and quality. I was having issues with my insurance company who was not on my side and they actually were there to help guide me through the process. I hope I dont have an incident where I need their services again but if I do, they are my first call!

Ive been going to Colorize since 1997 and Ive always had great work and customer service there.Today I went in because there was a surprise black streak across the passenger backdoor of my Tahoe rental car...(probably one of the neighborhood kids crashed into the side of the truck with one of their bikes handlebars.)I tried frantically to get it off yesterday with my t-shirt and fingernails. Most of it came off, but the worst of it still showed big-time. I was mortified!I took it to Colorize as a walk-in customer looking for an instant fix. I ran into Roman, one of the nice gentlemen that works there, and he grabbed a can of (in my opinion) magic spray and a rag, and worked on it for less than 2 minutes... and voila!!! Good as new! As if it never happened! Thank you so much Roman! You guys have never let me down. From severe car damage, to a mysterious black streak across a door... you guys always fix things beautifully!In over 20 years, its the only place Ive ever had body work done!I would recommend Colorize in Webster Texas to anyone in need of car body repairs.

This place did a phenomenal job of fixing my 2014 Mustang, after I had to have it towed from an unqualified shop, that did horrible work to the car. Candence, was very nice and helpful throughout the whole ordeal. This place was not only able to save my car, they where able to fix the bad work that was done by the previous shop the car was towed from, but they were able to get it fix everything that was not repaired by the first shop, that had gotten paid to fix the vehicle in the first. Color Collision Center got it fixed, and repaired in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this place, if you’re ever in need of getting work done on your vehicle.

Great service and great repair on our truck, they helped coordinate the rental pick-up/drop-off. truck was detailed on pick-up and they finished a couple of days ahead of schedule. I found one small plastic body clip missing underneath in a hard to find spot and they immediately installed one without question. highly recommended.

I give Colorize Paint and Body Works on West Bay Area in Webster TX a five-star rating for excellent service because they back up their work with excellent results. In my case, they repainted the front bumper of my 2005 Toyota Corolla without charge even through it was six months after the initial paint job when I noticed some peeling paint below the grille. They could have said the warranty has expired or its rock damage, so you must pay for any repainting. Instead, they stripped, prepped, and repainted the front of the car without charge. Many thanks to Dean and Candice for taking care of the problem quickly, for taking such great pride in the quality of their service, and for making it worry free for me. Thanks also to Junior, who made sure I had a way home when I brought the car in for re-painting. Excellent service. Nice people. Trustworthy and courteous.

I really enjoyed this place. I had to get my windows replaced and they found windows for my car fast and cheap. They also worked with hertz for my rental car to make everything go smoothly.

After being hit by a drunk driver and my vehicle needing repairs. I was referred to Colorize by State Farm. The condition of my vehicle after having 4k in repairs done was nothing short of excellent. Candace was amazing, very kind, and easy to work as well as helping me with my insurance claim. I highly recommend this shop.
