Juan promised me he’d get to my car every week for just about 8 months... every week was a new excuse... he lied to me and said it was getting worked on... it never was. I had to go see my car and he then told me he wasn’t capable of doing it. InsteD of just being honest he lied to me for too long, now it’s going on 3 weeks and he can’t get it towed to my house.. unacceptable...these people will not return your calls, no updates... Nothing... Avoid this place if you intend to get your car fixed.

I am satisfied with the service provided on my 2014 Audi RS5. It was done well in a timely manner and at a very reasonable price. The front desk had a great attitude, which is very important.Trustworthy

Juan was strongly recommended to do work on my vehicle so I dropped my vehicle off to him 3 1/2 months later I would call every two weeks to find out a status always some excuse couldn’t fix it bad horrible customer service if you can’t do the job let me know Iam still paying ins and car note took it to another place fixed within 2 weeks I wouldn’t let them change a tire never once did he or they call me with a status I called all 7 times

I was disappointed with my service this last time around.I had been coming to this place a few years back for my Benz, they did great work for a reasonable priceMy rover was heating up on me so I brought it here, took 3 weeks to get worked on completely and after $1800 and 1 week of running it, I had the same issuesHad to trash the vehicle after spending an additional week at the shop and no solution.Juan is a good guy but I dont think his mechanic are looking out for him anymoreI hope he can turn it back around

We have been sending business to Momo Auto Service for over 22 years without any issues. They have been amazing with service. This family owned business always puts the customer above anything else. Their rate is very competitive for this area. If you are looking for a honest repair shop then this is it.

Honest fast service. The total repair cost was less than quoted.

Took my car in they got nothing accomplished after 3 weeks and then gave me my car back in worse shape then when I dropped it off. They used to be awesome but looks like now days quality has degraded heavily.

Awesome work and trustworthy. My family has been getting our cars worked on here for over 15 years. All of the techs are friendly and knowledgeable. I dont trust anyone else to touch my cars!

If you value your time and you value your money dont come here.I waited over a week for them to get a part in and another week later Im still waiting for them to install this part. Im still waiting for them to correct a coolant repair that they did or they claimed they did because Im still leaking coolant and having put coolant into my vehicle every other day.They never return your calls and they very rarely ever answer the phone.They schedule appointments for you and then when you arrive for the scheduled appointment they turn you away claiming they dont have time to work on the vehicle.I am very unimpressed with the shop and I am highly disappointed in the people who referred me to take my Volvo there.Dont waste your time coming to the shop find someone else.
