I got into a car accident after a truck with no insurance hit me 2 months ago and my insurance company provides uninsured motorists, and told me to take my car to the closest shop to me, so I took my car to k&e on eldorado in Webster. The insurance was taking a while to come up with and estimate for the damages so while my car was sitting on their lot, they failed to mention this to me, but they were taking a $35 daily storage fee from my insurance. After a month I decided to call up and ask if I could check on the car. He THEN decided to tell me that my back seat drivers side window had been shattered and it took ME to call him to find out!!! They have no cameras outside of their facility so there was no proof of what actually happened. When I got there, the mechanic of the shop made me wait for him to finish his quesadilla before coming to discuss with me about why my car window was mysteriously broken, even though I let him know I was on my way immediately and that I lived right down the street, so I patiently waited and when he was ready to come talk to me he tried saying that the reason why my window broke was from the weather. He then showed me my car, which he DROVE THROUGH ALL OF THE BROKEN GLASS TO MOVE IT INTO THE GARAGE!!! And you could clearly tell someone had broken into it, and guess who had to pay for it all? An 18 year old girl who’s struggling to so much as survive in these crazy times even though it wasn’t anywhere near my fault. My insurance company heard of what happened and picked up the car and took it to a wayyyyy better shop. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!

When you save me literally 4 times as much as the shop across the street and do a good job, I wont complain.

My experience at K&E auto repair has been very pleasant. They are very down to earth and very professional. Not only did they take their time to explain to me what the problem with my car was, they keep me informed through out the repair. The entire experience was above and beyond at a great price. I took my car in after it s involved in a hot and run. Jason was able to repsir all the damage and make it look as if it never was in an accident! Great place to get your car worked on! Would highly recommend.

Waisted my time as a consumer by notifying me that my vehicle is ready and upon my arrival I see it still in the mechanic shop with the hood raised and equipment inside of it. And then to top off waiting to retrieve my vehicle on a tight schedule his price was ridiculous. Be careful folks on this one get an estimate first ! Learn from my loss here at KE
