Pro Auto was happy to assess and solve the issue I had with my car after my regular mechanic expressed no interest in taking the job. The ladies I spoke to were very helpful and they kept me informed. They offered me a loaner vehicle and also offered to pick me up at my home when my car was completed.

The staff is incredibly friendly and professional. They look over every part of your vehicle to make sure everything is safe. Theyll tell you what needs to be fixed immediately, what needs to be fixed in the near future, and what will need repairs longer down the road. Its the only shop Ill bring my vehicle to because I know my vehicle is in good hands with them. They even offer payment plans if your repairs cost more than expected (which I greatly appreciated and took advantage of since the repairs I needed were unexpected and money is kind of tight cuz Im 8 months pregnant, trying to buy everything for the baby). Would absolutely recommend this business to anyone in need of services for their vehicles.

Amazing work! Im in the United States Army and I came back from Korea and originally wanted an oil change. They inspected the vehicle and found multiple issues with my car. They were honest an up front about all my repairs I needed. Especially because I was driving down to Fort Campbell in Kentucky from Massachusetts. I told them I had to leave in a specific date and I needed the car back by then. They were very timely and professional. The mechanics did an amazing job! I drove from Massachusetts to Kentucky with no issues at all. Felt like I was driving a new vehicle. 100% recommend to everyone!

I ordered tires from tire rack and had them shipped to pro automotive. The called me when the tires were there snd set up an appointment. I dropped off my car and left the key in their slot. The next day they called, said they were all done, I paid over the phone and they put my key and receipt in a locked box and gave me the combination. Everything went very smooth. Their parking lot is always full of cars. I will definitely go back.

Not only was this service timely and super friendly, but in the midst of things I had a family emergency arise. They still performed all scheduled services and dropped my vehicle back off timely, while making sure to attempt to reach me and let me know. I can not speak highly enough! I was unable to pay promptly as my phone had died (mind you, this was my first visit) and they were so patient and kind to me. I will forever be a client as well as recommend them to any and everyone. Once again, I can not say enough how much I am thankful and recommend them!! It’s very hard to find such genuine customer service! No trying to upsell my service, no “mystery” issues that came up; straight forward and wonderful people!!

Pro Automotive in Webster was quick and easy to schedule an appointment, Morgan was very helpful making all the necessary arrangements. Chris kept us well informed on any issues that were found. I brought my truck in for an oil change and to fix an issue with the a/c unit. Turned out a rodent built a nest in the cabin filter area. When I picked up my truck after hours, and drove it home, I noticed a ticking noise coming from a vent. I brought it back the next morning and spoke to Morgan about the issue. She got right on it and spoke with Jason the owner and he brought the truck into a bay and fixed the issue with no questions asked. I was in and out of there in a half hour at no charge and my truck runs perfectly.Morgan and Justin provided me excellent customer service! Very friendly and professional staff and mechanics as well. Staff is great got me in earlier than I expected and diagnosed the issue with my vehicle very quickly. Very cool set up they have providing pictures of any issues they see during initial inspection but did pressure me into any unnecessary repairs at the moment. I had a done a repair done at another local shop that wasnt done correctly was going back an forth trying to get it resolved Pro Automotive took care of that for me as well highly recommend will be going back for sure

Called around first for shops who can work on my 30 year old Eagle Talon I am trying to restore. Was glad to hear that they have the technical resource in house that has the experience and understands the quirks of the vehicle. Very knowledgeable team, provides up to date progress on-line which is really cool since it has the pictures and videos of what’s going on. Kudos to Chris and Tony!Highly recommended and will definitely go back there for my other vehicles.

This place won me over. I dont like going to people I dont know to work on my car. However a very trusted friend recommended Pro Auto. I can now understand why. Heather at the desk was my kind lady. She shot us straight and very down to earth. Very up front and even helped us have another vehicle to use when my was in the shop. Very much needed in the holiday season. Would be happy to go back if needed for anything.

Pro was great! Called couple places just to see if they could get me in to make sure my vehicle was safe to drive (making weird noise, felt weird to drive)...pro was the only one that said yes, for the same day!! Went in, found out there were many safety issues. They ended up replacing u joints, ball joints, bearings, breaks, calipers, They were super helpful, especially Chris, with every part of the process. He talked to me about everything the vehicle needed and why. I felt very comfortable and confident in the company the whole time and they got the work done faster than I thought. I would 100% recommend pro!!! Yes. Their prices are higher than others in the area but WORTH it!!!

You also get a review of the overlook done on your car WITH pictures to show you what needs to be done so you know youre not being screwed over, which is great because its sometimes hard to trust mechanic places. I will always go back to Pro Automotive for anything on my vehicle.I bought tires from them a couple years ago - fabulous experience! Most recently I had a transmission fluid leak and an oil leak and brought my car back in. Not only did Chris take the time to show me the exact issue on the computer of a diagram of the part, etc. but didnt talk down to me at all. Being a female and knowing nothing about cars I get nervous when repairs/etc come up as I do not know if I am getting taken advantaged of or not. I NEVER felt like this @ Pro and am so happy someone can explain what the issue is so you understand. No one takes the time to do that anymore. I want to thank Jason, Chris and their team for being so professional.I also got a fabulous 2020 Jetta to drive around for a few days which was extremely helpful and a nice ride!

Pro-Automotive in Webster is certainly not the shop in closest proximity to me, but the piece of mind that I get from bringing my car there is worth the drive. They even gave my car a thorough inspection. Then Ireceived an email copy as well as paper. Very impressed and would recommend this company.

Stay away from Pro Automotive they are crooked. Worked on my car still making noise and refused to take it for a ride and listen to the problem.

I’ve been to several other automotive service providers in the Worcester area, but Pro Automotive will be one I come back to forever and always. Their level of service is unmatched. They consistently provide amazing results and take that extra step of cleaning and washing the vehicle. Other providers in the area should stand up and take notice because Pro Automotive is head and shoulders above the competition.

Very friendly staff. They texted me pictures and assessments of my truck as the work was being done. They were very fair and honest about the repairs. My wife referred me when they fixed her Toyota. They gave her a free loaner car while the work was being done. We will definitely be coming back for any future issues.

This is one of the cleanest mechanic shops I have ever seen. The staff clearly cares about their place of business, which translates to care about their profession and service.They are welcoming, and treat you like a human being.The photo based walkthrough and inspection report is excellent. Everyone should do this. You can look up past work, and they stand by their service and product.I had no idea, but went in for some brake work (rear rotors were warped and needed pads) and they determined there was an issue with the fronts that they had done a year ago, and replaced them (rotors and pads) for the cost of labor only.Who does this?? Amazing. I love these guys, customer for life.

I recently moved back to area and needed a shop for some minor maintenance a few months ago. Drove by this place and stopped in. They took me in right away. Yesterday, I had a low tire. Called them up, took me right in again. The best thing about this place is that when you go pick up your vehicle and get your receipt, they dont tell you that you need this, that, this and that done and no one pressures you or tries to upsell you for more work. It shows that this business is honest. Another perk is that I showed up to find not only did they fix my tire, they washed my Jeep for me. I will be having any and all future work done here now!

Pro Automotive is the only garage I will let work on my vehicles. The owner Jason, is a super nice guy and extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of automotive repair. Yes, this is about my grandmother. If you were happy to help, you would have resolved the issue when a family member went down in person to deal with the situation. She DID NOT NEED the services you said she needed (you convinced her she did). Back brakes is all she went in for. A four hundred dollar brake job, ended up costing her $1900. Disgusting.

They take advantage of seniors citizens and gouge for pricing. Then my grandma asked for just the rear brakes to be done and they went ahead and did the front as well charging her an extra 900$ for the (already done) front brakes...a brake job cost over 1800$ dollars.. what a rip-off and just a sorry company at best. If you want to get ripped off and gouged this is your place

This was my 1st visit to this repair shop in Webster MA. I called ahead and asked the owner to order a part that my truck required. Then I showed up a few hours later and dropped my truck off. The repair shop offered me a loaner car which came in quite handy. A few hours later I returned to pick up my truck. The repair job was done correctly and the estimate was right on the money. I will be going back to this repair shop again because they demonstrated good quality workmanship and integrity on the business transaction.

Had my car towed here at the recommendation of a friend after a wheel fell off while driving down the highway. They had my car back to me with all the repairs finished the following afternoon. Fast service, friendly staff and price seemed justified for the amount of extensive work done. Would go back there again for sure!

Took an hour and a half to do an oil change. Told me I needed a cabin filter and I said I can wait, she seemed like she got mad it. Once my car was done. I went into my car and all of my napkins from my glove box were all over the place as well as papers. Not cool. ProbablY won’t be back.

I brought my car there Saturday because the check engine light came on. The hooked it up to the computer and it said misfire in coil 3. And needs spark plugs. They told me it would be $400-$500 to fix but couldnt do it Saturday. They said they will run a diagnostic on Monday they gave me a loaner car to use till Monday, which was nice. Not a very clean car but got me from a-b. Monday they call and tell me its now $961.32 to fix all 5 could and spark plugs. I shopped around, found out the parts are only $124. And it takes less than an hour to fix. 5 other local machanics said they could do it for under $400. I called Pro Automotive and told them this information. Suddenly they could do it for $700. I still didnt want them to do it. They called me back and said they had added a charge that they shouldnt have and now the price is $640.Needless to say My neighbor ended up fixing the car after I bought the parts for $124 and he repaired the car in 30 minutes for the price of dinner.

I had an estimate from a mechanic that I needed rotors and breaks. Im out of town, so I decided to call my local mechanic shop, Pro Automotive, in Webster. When i called, the lady refused to give me an estimate on what I needed and that it could be something else and theyll have to see my car before they estimate. When I came in, wasting my time, she added that it is a free checkup, only if I fix my car with them (she forgot to mention this when I asked her if it was a free checkup). I would not recommend this shop or any shop related to this shop that are using sale tactics and are not being honest with their approach.
