The actual service was fine, but after servicing my car they left it in their front parking lot unlocked and with the lights all on. By the time I arrived to pick it up the battery was dead and I needed to get a jump.They claimed that it wasnt an issue they left it unlocked since they have a camera covering the lot. Thats going to do me a whole lot of good if someone steals the truck...

Took our Jeep here due to a check engine light. They were very professional, up front and honest about everything. The quote they sent over was very professional and detailed. They are very reasonably priced as well. We had them fix the issue and we will definitely use them when needed in the future.

I have visited this location on multiple occasions. Each time was for A/C trouble and issues with my tie rods and bushings. They fixed my A/C after two attempts several months ago. However, never informed me of the underlying issue with the A/C control unit which could have been fixed sooner had I been notified. But of course they didn’t say anything so I recently took my car in to get that repaired once it finally busted. On 4/6/2021 I had an appointment @ 9:30AM to get the AC control panel fixed and possibly my tie rods. First they (MATT) calls and tells me that the labor and part cost for the tie rods alone would be $2800 JUST FOR LABOR and even more for the parts if they can even find them. Then said they wouldn’t be able to fix it bc of additional issues with the bushings. So I said okay just focus on fixing the AC control panel. I get a call informing me they found the part needed to fix it and it would get done. Then a couple hours later I get another call stating that the location they went to get the part from no longer had it. At the end of this whole mess NOTHING was fixed on my vehicle and after paying $110 for them to take apart my dashboard I’m now left with a busted hazard light button which was working perfectly fine before this visit. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS IF IT IS FOR ANYTHING OTHER THAN BASIC MAINTENANCE. Even then I wouldn’t risk it.

After getting a diagnosis of my car issue from another shop for $800, I got a 2nd opinion.Thank goodness I went to Matt at Meineke, next time be my 1st. Others diagnosed my tire wobble as a tie rod issue, only $800 haha, but Matt immediately said it specifically sounds like a separated belt on your tire, but well check it out.He was spot-on!!! I replaced the tire and I was so glad. The other shop would have gladly received my $800 but that would not have fixed the issue.Thanks, Matt and Meineke. Ive been bringing my vehicle here for years. I trust Tim the mechanic. He takes his time to find the problem. I dont feel like Im overcharged. Matt in the front office is friendly and personable. Im extremely happy with the services I have received and will continue to come here until I buy a new vehicle.

Very slow service, came in for a oil change and I am the only customer they indicated 40 minutes but taken an hour. I asked before giving them the keys and they stated right away service. I guess it is on me, what does right away service mean. My fault!!! I guess they are good at mufflers not oil changes. The 2 people seemed confused between themselves.

Never heard back from him.i ordered the cat on line and had a local shop install it.i have several other jobs to be done on this car ill stick with the shop that called me back!!!

Came in thinking I needed axles because of CV joints. They found that I really needed both lower control arms. Got those on and an alignment and now my car is fine. Price was customary and reasonable. Customer service is great and the mechanic was awesome. Also, got me in and out fast.

This place by far has the worst customer service and I’ve had bad experiences but never have I had this kind before. Walked in didn’t get greeted nor asked if I need help guy in the front was having fun on conversations about his life for almost 20-30 minutes before I ever got acknowledged. He asked what he could help with told him only to be told they are closing in 1 hour and wouldn’t have time so I wondered why he could t say anything to begin with instead of making me wait anyways long story short I strongly do not recommend this place to anyone guy in the front won’t acknowledge you.

I was running out of time trying to find someone to help me and arrived at the office late on a Friday evening before a holiday weekend (shortly before closing). The gentleman at the front desk and service technician immediately took care of my problem. They were both courteous and my experience was quick and hassle free. They got me on my way quickly and saved my weekend travel plans.

I’ve been using them at least once per week and they are always friendly. The prices are also reasonable and I get a discount sometimes. Kudos!

I have been looking for someone I can trust and afford to do my car repairs. I went in a few months ago thinking I needed a muffler repair and very shortly after getting there was told it was the motor mounts causing all that noise. The manager, John, had multiple phone conversations with my extended warranty company to get them to cover the repair. They had my vehicle back to me that day and it was all fixed!Fast forward to last week when we brought my daughters new (used) car to them to look over and tell us what repairs were needed to make it safe for her. John called me later that morning and went over all the needed items and prioritized them based on what hed want done for his own kids car. We decided to do everything recommended. John saved us money everywhere he could by using universal parts when possible. Because so many parts were needed, they couldnt get them all there that day, but John called me throughout the process to keep me informed of the status.Bottom line is they earned my trust and my business. Its not always cut and dry fixing a vehicle but these guys know what they are doing and will go the extra mile to make it right in the end.

I found John to be highly competent, a fair and honest man. They did great work on my car. I was impressed how people are treated.

I’m going to try and condense my story.2 other businesses gave me quotes of over 500 for a brake job- including new rotors since mine couldn’t be saved.John at Meineke looked my truck over and gave me a price of 200, and stated that I didn’t need to replace my rotors. He quoted me 60 for each if they did.He could have charged more after I told him what the other 2 locations had quoted. The entire job cost me what he quoted 200 plus tax.I’ve always been leary of mechanics- John made me feel comfortable. Car maintenance is important and can get pricey. John made me feel like he wanted my return business and not trying to break the bank on one repair. I’ll return to the Meineke on NASA Parkway for other repairs and hope I have the same experience.Rev. 1- They are now 2 for 2 with the repair of the AC in my truck!

I came here for the second time. I had to get work done on my car. The service was good and the work on my was good. Location is not the greatest. The parking lot is small and the office is not the nicest in the world. However, I will go there again to get my car worked on. This place is not perfect. However, it is a good place to get your car repairs completed. I rated it four stars because it can be improved and I would like to see improvement. Such as a nicer sitting area. There is not much that can be done about the parking lot though. They dont do state inspections which would be nice as well. I will shop there again. Happy Hunting.

Took my vehicle there for a second opinion and low and behold my first stop Pep Boys tried ripping me off. The mechanic crew here was upfront and no BS. They told me what I needed done with no extras and I saved over $400 by choosing this location. They have earned my business from here on out. ALWAYS get a second opinion and if you ever need brake and rotor work done, I recommend this Meineke location.

I brought my 4runner to John in need of some serious brake work. While i may have been able to go else where and save a couple bucks, the quality of service rendered was unparalleled and worth every penny. Dang near every component needed to be replace on my drums and discs and the guys here had no problems doing that. It took longer than expected, but John was very easy to get along with and actually an all around fun person to converse with. By the end of my 4 hour stay on Friday i felt i had made a new friend. He even jokingly called to remind me i left my bike there. I have complete confidence in the work they performed. I will be coming here exclusively for now on. Ive been coming to this location over a year now and John who i have dealt with has always been honest about what i need and dont need for my car especially since i dont know about cars! To sum it up; Called a total of 5 places to get brake work done, all quoted around the same price. This place was slightly cheaper and able to fit me in same day. The man at the front when I arrived was professional and knowledgeable, so I trusted him on a few additional services he recommended when he called me after inspecting my car, but did not pressure me to get. I expected these additions to add $300 based on past experiences with others, it added only $150. He explained in detail the benefits of everything he recommended, and even saved me money by calling around to find cheaper parts that he didnt have on hand. He also recommended against replacing something I asked him to replace since he didnt think it needed to be done then. He could have just done it as I asked and I would have been none the wiser and spent unnecessary money.10/10!

Employees here do not give you the same priority and service as they do other customers, if you are trying to use a coupon for a free oil change. I usually go to the jiffy lubes in my area, but with the promotional coupon at Meineke, I figured Id give them a try as they are conveniently 5 minutes from my job. Hoevere, the day of my appointment as I was already on NASA parkway, and called to let them know I was already about to arrive. I was told they were booked and would not be able to see me. Mind you, I have made an appointment two other times at other locations and was turned away because they were too booked. When I passed by there was two employees standing outside just talking, I saw one car being serviced. But according to the man on the phone they were booked. Will be sticking to my local jiffy lubes, thats how you loose potential customers. I dont think its smart to turn down potential customers. Very unprofessional. Wont ever be using any Meineke services nor recommending them. I see they have provided great service to everyone else here, seems like its a different treatment to people who are trying them out for the first time with a discounted coupon.

Best and most honest auto repair service we have had on our vehicles. We were told that the brakes needed replacement but John said his brake inspection indicated 70% life remaining on pads. This is the kind of honesty hard to find these days.

On December 27, 2019 we took our rover to meineke at 414 nasa pkwy. rover said we need new brakes. in a few minutes, the meineke technician inspected our pads, told us we had 90% remaining and made a quick adjustment that eliminated a perpetual squealing when in reverse. Prompt, professional, polite. What a pleasure!!

Tim was great, knowledgeable, friendly and made me feel like a valued customer even though it was my first time. I was on a tight budget and he managed to get the job done and stay within, while replacing rear rotors, pads all around, turning front rotors and bleeding/servicing the brake fluid. I will definitely be back the next time I need work done!

I love using Meineke because they are so quick to get my oil changed. This particular one is very friendly and always does a multiple point inspection to make sure I dont have anything going on with my car. They dont push the sell, but are just trying to let you know how to be safer in your car, which I really appreciate! Everyone Ive worked with at the Webster location has done a really good job on my car.

I was driving home on a rainy day when my driver side wiper blade flew off my car. After managing to get out of heavy traffic, I googled to find the nearest automotive shop which was the Meineke in Webster. It was just about closing time but they quickly took care of getting a new wiper blade installed on my car. The people I dealt with were friendly and professional and I’ll likely to go back for further automotive issues.

I was very impressed with the service at this chain car repair shop. The service was prompt even without an appointment and the staff was very diligent in checking out all factors that led to my car problems. After some searching the mechanic was able to explain exactly what was wrong and the pros/cons of a cheap vs more expensive fix. They could have easily just oversold me based on the presented problem, but, instead worked with me to find a suitable fix. Highly recommend this particular repair shop for honest and diligent service.

I was pleasantly surprised when I stopped by this Meineke yesterday to get my oil changed. I thought for sure that this would just be another half assed lube place on the side of the road. But my regular mechanic was booked solid and I really needed my oil changed in my truck that day. So I said what the heck and I just stopped in.To my surprise, I had a wonderful experience at this Meineke. John in the front office was a pleasure to work with. He was straightforward and very knowledgeable and let me know all of the concerns they found on my truck without being pushy or trying to get me to buy other services or have other little things fixed. Its also always a nice surprise when you get to work with someone that doesnt talk down to you or treat you like youre an idiot. I am a petite girl and I know quite a bit about cars and have worked on them myself a lot. But when you look like I do, most mechanics treat you like youre a dumb little girl that cant possibly understand the mechanics of an automobile. This guy was totally different. He treated me with respect and as an equal and for that I am incredibly grateful. You can tell he really cares about what he does and about this little place.Through casual conversation, I discovered that John is a veteran of our military. So John, I just want to say thank you. Came to these guys a long time ago when they were being managed by a young man named Stephen. the quality of care and customer service is what brought me back here a year later for some touch ups on my 2001 ford explorer. brought to my attention right away was that the same gentleman didnt work here anymore, so off first thoughts I was a bit nervous.That nervousness was soon disappeared when I got the pleasure to meet and talk with the new man in charge John. right off the bat I knew this Meineke has taken a turn for the better than it was with the first guys.I had my sensor lights blinking off the hook in doubts that my car had some serious issues to be addressed.
