I always read reviews before I go anywhere & I came across town from Friendswood just to get my brakes done here. Will was absolutely amazing :) He was so thorough, kind, patient, and upfront about the whole process. He actually told me I didnt need to get my brakes done but since I use my car for food delivery FT now until I get my online business going, I wanted to get the minor noise fixed. Most places are slimy & wont be that honest and just take your $ so I TRULY appreciated that. Absolutely GREAT prices too! As a single Mom that was such a Blessing. I only go to break check in Webster because that’s where Will is the store manager. Always honest gives you multiple options on how to make your car right and at a reasonable price.It’s tough to find someone automotive repair you can trust but you can definitely trust Will.

I was able to get my problems and brakes changed for a GREAT price; as well as enjoying the process of it all. They were extremely quick and showed me exactly what was wrong with my car. They offered me a warm stay in the office, and offered to put on any show id like on the TV. But I stayed in the area where my car was being worked on, so I could get educated on parts of the vehicle. They were happy to teach me exactly what they were doing. Will, and Steve, also made me feel like part of the crew, and I joined along with jokes with them and overall, had an incredible experience. This is the most satisfaction Ive received in any place for cars, usually because its very difficult to find honest workers; especially car mechanics. I went in asked them for a wheel alignment they said no problem I was in there for no more then 30 minutes. My car felt brand new again and they explained to me what was wrong. They treated me very well, im definitely coming back and bring more of my cars

This place was great. Started my brake inspection within 5 minutes of arriving. Showed me exactly what was needed and gave me the cost. Did the repairs the same day and my car was ready to be picked up within 3 hours. Very friendly and reasonably priced as well.

I enjoyed my visit. The service was superior. When I did return for a mishap with my lug nuts I was treated with respect. The fix was done immediately and I was able to get to work within a reasonable time. Thank you.

I went in for an alignment after I hit a curb. They were absolutely amazing. The workers were super friendly, and they got me in and out in like 30 min. I would def recommend this place and I will be going back!

Called brake check and described how I thought my brakes were grinding. The worker immediately said bring it right in, I will move a car out of the bay, so just pull your car in when you arrive. They are honest workers, told me I still had time on my brakes and didn’t need them replaced but explained the importance of having the brake fluid changed every year or every 20,000 miles, and explained brakes were squeaking because the old fluid was burning too hot.Also showed me how a tire shop didn’t put my tire on correctly (which I went and got corrected ASAP).Point is: they aren’t going to charge you for something you don’t need, they are very informative, free 30 minute inspection, and they care about your safety.

Fixed the dust plate to alleviate constant metal on metal screeching noise and advised I come back in a month to replace the pads. Honest, fast service and positive attitude. I have used brake check before and was satisfied however I took my car this week thinking I needed new brake pads, when I left I still had same issue with my brakes. When I called to explain what was still happening with my car the manager stated he did what I ask and was extremely rude. Very disappointed in the customer service.

Will is amazing! I came in worried about my because my brake warning light was coming in with out the emergency brake. Will figured out my brake fluid was low within a few minutes. I definitely came in and thought this was going to be a long process, but it wasnt because Will knows his stuff! Will be back just because of Will.

I cannot recommend this location for oil changes enough. The staff is beyond friendly to the point where I look forward to getting an oil change. When I arrived at brake check I overheard a conversation where the staff REFUSED to be paid for fixing an check engine light because it was only due to oil levels being low (which they remedied). As the previous customer left bewildered that he wasn’t paying a dime, the staff member at the front said “God bless you and have a great weekend”. The kindness here doesn’t even make sense. This is the only time that I have left a google review, but I would be remiss not to recommend this place, in fact it feels like a duty. God bless the hardworking people that work here, you have restored my faith in humanity.

They offered to try and resurface two rotors, and replace the other two. They took it for a test drive and found that the resurfaced rotors werent going to cut it. They replaced the two resurfaced rotors free of charge. Highly recommend!

The manager, Will, here at Brake Check was not only extremely courteous, he figured out the issue in no time, went way beyond the required repair and fixed a problem that had existed for a while free of charge.... they will always have our brake business!!!!

First time using Brake Check. I got the free brake inspection. Everyone was professional and explained what was being done. I like i was able to make appointment on line and have the estimate for work i need done text to my phone. Brian went over it on the main computer. I appreciate the guys time and expertise. My son and son in law normally do work on my truck so the estimate of lil over$ 600 for rear brake, cylinders n drums seemed pricey. There is lifetime coverage on brakes. So thats good. If i cant get it done cheaper or free from family i will definitely go back. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

I am so grateful for Steven and Will this morning; I had a low tire pressure light come on in my car and as luck would have it, they were open and available to help me, quick and easy. They checked all my tires and wound up filling up both my two front tires as they were both too low.
