Active duty mil here. I was interested in a vehicle i wanted to purchase when i came home on leave and had setup a time for a showing for someone to look at it on my behalf only to be informed 10 minutes before the showing that the owner had driven it off the lot for personal use not to return until the next day. I got past that and filed paperwork to put down a deposit on the vehicle to hold it/began legwork on a deal and Texas Auto without informing me of their decision decided to not file the deposit to hold the vehicle. Instead they opted to sell it to another buyer who made an offer after i filed the deposit to pad their end of month numbers. The integrity of this dealer is non existent and they do not care about customers only their bottom line.

My service took about 2 days to finish, as opposed to the 1-2 weeks that an independent shop had estimated for me. This was the absolute worst vehicle purchase in my 55 years on this planet.Karla Martinez was our salesperson. Each time we called for a manager there was a new one just starting at this location.There were many promised made; NONE of them were fulfilled. We were told the car smelled like smoke because they just got it in. They had it in long enough to take photos and post it on their website. It should have been cleaned. It never was.They did a good job of taking our money but their Service After The Sale was non-existent.My last purchase from Texas Direct Auto was near perfection. I hoped this experience would be the same since my Wife couldnt find the car she wanted at Texas Direct Auto. We agreed to pick the car up (mistake) and trust they would fix the problems the following week.If you choose to buy from this dealership INSTEAD of Texas Direct Auto you SHOULD not sign any paperwork until they have made any corrections or repairs.

Service was great Jules and his team helped me get the vehicle ordered of course because theyre trying to make a sale. Aggressive on the APEX PROTECTION stated the vehicle have to have it in order to purchase. Only had vehicle for a little over 2 weeks and battery is dead. Thought being serviced mean check the battery. I would bring a battery tester if going to purchase.

Well, I saw a truck that I wanted which was around 45k. So after driving it and submitting my application specifically requested that my credit only to be pulled to 3 different lenders. Well of course it went to 9 of them with out my consent. Then the sales guy says because the truck has big wheels and all jacked up that they wanted 5k down which I wanted to be at zero. He came back and told me that if we can get to a truck without the wheels and within the mid 30s that we can do it..... when then they said they cant do it. I have submitted a complaint to the CFPB, stay tuned...

So far incredibly disappointed.I was sold a Tesla Model 3 Mid rangeAnd got a standard model.I was told by a guy who doesn’t work as a sales guy but works there and knew a bit more about the vehicle than anyone else thatit’d have autopilot and it does not.They did not wipe the car properly to change owners so I have not been able to supercharge it.And it takes over 20 hours to charge with a standard 120V.. I’ve missed work meetings and just has made my life difficult these past 3 days.They also sold me a product that said it would come included with the monthly payment and it’s actually being charged.False advertisement in all its glory.This is just unfortunateI’ll update this if they make it right.

Brooke was my sales rep and she did an amazing job. I contacted her one day to inquire about a truck I found on their website and she did everything she could to secure the truck for me. In two days I contacted them, secured the truck and signed all paper work all over the phone. I live out of town so everything was done over phone before I ever showed up. Working at Texas Auto has changed my entire perspective on used car buying, for the better. Never in my life will I buy from or sell to a dealership, ever again. The inventory LOOKS phenomenal, Ill give them that. Everything that you can SEE, is great. However, finding a dashboard that isnt lit up like a Christmas tree, is a rarity indeed. The mechanics are extremely unreliable as almost if they dont exist, given theres not a single car on that lot that isnt going to need parts ordered. Dont even get me started on the prices, forged signatures or falsified documents...the only thing this dealership makes money off of is looks. Nothing under the hood is worth your time, trust or money.Your used vehicle is worth way more to an individual buyer, and buying from an individual will be worth way more to you.

I called last week about a truck that was advertised. Sales lady Brooke answered phone she was somewhat rude and unprofessional. I called a second time asked for a manager as I could see Brooke was only concerned about making a quick sale. I also emailed the manager, has not replied back to me . I did get him on the phone after several attempts. He promised he would check into my concerns still waiting on a follow up...

I called on Monday evening and spoke to Antonio, and I explained my situation to him, he had me come in Tuesday morning, and I was in a used car of my choice within a couple of hours. Antonio and his manger were both helpful and Professional. I left completely Satisfied.

Didn’t lowball my trade. I had to fight with other car manufacturer dealers to get an offer for the value of my vehicle. I told Texas Auto what number I felt it was worth, and they met me right around there - the max that other dealers were going to. Except I didn’t have to fight Texas Auto tooth and nail for it.There’s add ons like a $1300 GPS theft protection system, but it saves you like 10% on insurance so I guess it’s okay to have. And they also charge you $600 for 3 key fabs in case you ever lose them. You can’t get that taken off your trade either.So add $2k onto the sales price and another ~$500 for standard fees and voila, there’s your sales price. The staff was all great & I enjoyed working with them.

Again. Yes again. This is my 4th vehicle purchase from Texas Auto (North) and there is a very good reason I am back. Several reasons actually. Their slogan we sell the cars you want to drive is totally accurate. If you want to buy just a car you can go anywhere for that. If you want a ride that has personality, custom wheels, low miles, etc, this is where you go. My man David Melendez is fantastic. Super great guy that will treat you right. Ive had service done here as well and can only rave about that department too. This is one hell of a car dealership.

Set up appointment to go test drive vehicle, started finance process and then was told someone bought the car online in the middle of it all. So now I have a credit inquiry on my credit score and they wasted both my and their time for the vehicle. I would give zero stars. This business has no appreciation for customer time. Made appointments and when arrived was told gar was sold before even being delivered for appointment. Tried to upset to different car and then Nick tried to work several deals while keeping us waiting. This is absurd poor customer service with zero trust before even making a purchase.

Lot was empty because they couldn’t get trucks, so we decided to sell our truck back to them. We talked with Cole, and started the process with him. Everything was going smooth. They wanted our truck, and we wanted the agreed upon amount to be paid to us.Took a month to even get a check from them and when we do it’s short $741.53, they claimed “the pay off amount wasn’t correct” although we did not agree on the balance from the pay off. We agreed on $4,000 exact disregarding what the pay off amount was because they needed the inventory for their lot. Have not been any help what so ever. Some how dragged our signature across 3 different purchase forms when we only signed the single one the day of which showed the amount due to owner is exactly $4,000.Needless to say, don’t do business with them unless you have an attorney present with you, and you plan on recording everything for your own documentation because their employees will not hold up to their word on anything.
