I started using Stuehrk Automotive after reading a thead in Bimmer Forums about finding an honest mechanic. I read many reviews all talking about Mikes skill and honesty. That was about 3 months ago and since then hes worked on my BMW Z4 coupe and my sons Honda Civic. I have found Mike to be very skilled, honest, and passionate about what he does. And hes a car guy, not just a mechanic!

I got a side view mirror repaired on my car a couple of years ago and the repair withstood the test of time. The mirror still looks good like it was never ripped off the car.

Mike is an awesome mechanic and I highly recommend him. We have seen him 3 times now, and each time was pleasant (who else can say that about the mechanic experience!?).The first time, my boyfriends brake line went out (!). Mike was honest and told us that while he technically could repair the car, he would not recommend it as it would cost $800, which was way more than the car was worth. We took his advice and purchased a new car and scrapped the old one. He also refused to take payment for looking at our car. He also let us keep our car there for a few days while we figured out what we were going to do with it (it was undriveable).The other times were less severe, but Mike is always honest, clear, and upfront about his opinion and what actions should or shouldnt be taken. There is never any upselling, and I never, ever feel like I am being taken advantage of.Thanks Mike!
