Went in to get 4 tires and was surprised to find the buy 2 get 2 free and then to find out my shocks were leaking. NTB rep took great care of my needs and some I didn’t know I was needed. All done in one day was a great time saver.. Thank you NTB for keeping me safe on the road.
Had to go back in order for my alignment to be done almost right. Was told I could bring it back with in a year for free realignment. There were other unhappy customers while I was there that day as well. Now that I’m ready to bring it back they now claim it to be only six months and of course that puts me outside of warranty work now. Very unprofessional as well. Will never go back to this location.

The front desk woman was argumentive regarding corporate referring to them as they Im explaining to her that she is a part of the they so its a store issue. Appointment booked for a tire rotation and oil change. The debate began over they not allowing the NTB 20off coupon. She had to get the last word. Unfortunately folks should not shift the blame on an error and state CORP did it not me. When you accepted the job, it changes from they to US. To top off the rudeness I was told I could book an appointment online to utilize the coupon and then would have to wait for the next opening to apply the coupon. POOR POOR customer service.Is NTB that hard up they would loose a customer for a 20 coupon from their website. Well they DID. This Webster location can kick rocks.

I found the service to be quick and the employees were very polite and not pushy. I liked that I was able to choose my tires and services online and when I got to the store, the price didnt change. They didnt try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didnt want/need and I didnt feel pressured. This seems rare in this type of business. But I appreciate it. Certainly will return for additional services in the future.

Bought two tires, found somewhere cheaper to get them, didnt even drive on the tires, I returned them brand new, the day after I bought them. They said theyll send a check in the mail for how much I paid for them. Its been a month and still no check.Update: got my check but they took $10 out of what I originally paid..😒

These guys are always great. They get me in when I have any issues. They replaced my battery without an appointment. I just paid 59$ for synthetic oil, alignment, rotation, and balancing ( a great deal I think) . Sign up for the service plan when you replace your tires! Great service and good work.

Nothing seems to go right at this location. The equipment is always down, they are short handed at times on personnel. Cant get an inspection because the equipment is down, the wait time is 2 hours or more.

I had such a great experience here! The other day I had seen that my tires were low so I pulled into NTB and spoke to Oscar and explained my situation. He pulled my car out to the back checked my tires and put air in them. He assured me that there wasn’t any nails or screws in them it was probably due to climate change. I left in a timely manner and I have recommended this location to everyone I know. **Plus all of the employees had masks on kept there distance- there’s even plexi glass in the front.

Terrible brake job? Put new front pads and rotors on my 2018 Tundra that cost 630.00 and the rotors were warped! I nearly wrecked when I applied the brakes at 60 mph after leaving the store. I went back and they turned the new rotors and refused to install a new set as I requested. Stay away!
Had a very very good experience at the is NTB. Had the manager be very helpful and knowledgable. Between Thomas the manager and mechanic Stephen they explained the problem with my vehicle very thoroughly. Was very happy with my experience and will be customer for life.
TERRIBLE. Came to get two flat repairs done 5/26. 20 minutes later they finally begin working on my car. They take off the wrong tire to repair even after explicit instructions of which tire to fix. At 4:30 I was called up to pay for the services before they were even finished so that the cashier could close the register, I agreed to only based upon being able to get my ticket adjusted after the fact based on what work was done. At 5:05 the technician comes out and says there was no issue with either tire and it would be no charge. I then walk up to the register to be refunded but was unable since he had already closed and to come back tomorrow for the refund. Today 5/27 I come to get my refund and call at 4 telling him I am on my way. 4:55 I get to the store and the door is locked. I called 7 times to no answer. So now I’m having to drive out for a THIRD time to get a refund. Absolutely terrible.

Came here because they and Firestone are the only places open on Sunday for a new tire. Firestone didnt have the right one for my car. Longest wait of my life. I have been here over an hour and a half to get one tire replaced. One. There was only one person/car ahead of me getting any work done. They have since pulled other cars into their garage area and still do not have my one tire off! Ridiculous.

Got an inspection and tore rotation in twenty minutes today. Great new building. Clean. Large, bright waiting room. On Bay Area Blvd, so easy access to Hwy 3 and I45.
Went in to get my tires changed. Spent $1200.00 and on top of that bought the one year alignment plan. They left my driving rod loose and when I called them and asked them to give a refund just for the alignment plan they said they couldn’t do anything and the lady who answered my call was extremely rude.
I brought my truck from another Tire shop recently due to continual shaking in the tires after a new purchase of tires. I was immediately greeted with professionalism and courtesy right in the door. Explained the situation and was told that I would be taken care of. Come to find out, the other tire place did a horrible balance on the tires. Zain- The manager on duty at the Bay Area location, took care of the situation and I no longer have the issues. I would recommend this place a hundred times over. Hard to find places like this now days and they support the military also. Great place and even better manager!
Slow, they handed my truck back to me with the steering wheel almost sideways. I had to take it right back and get them to fix that. Drove off the second time and the steering wheel is still off.
I came there this morning to get a battery and have it installed. They were going to charge me over 300.00 to purchase and install my battery. The battery was 130.00 and everything else was Labor. I asked why so high? And he responded because they have to go under the fender. Okay so I called 2 others places 1 being Firestone and I paid 168.00 battery and installing. They went under the fender. These people didn’t want to price match or negotiate. I’m done with this NTB in Webster. Plus their customer skills is terrible.
I bought four tires and three year aliment in august I went their today to do a oil change plus do tire balance and rotation their were three people standing talking each other did one tire balance in 20 minutes I was watching from inside when this old guy balance first front tire he was putting at same place where he took it out I went out and ask him to do rotations he said not written on the paper it is obvious when balance tire you do rotation but all three were so busy talking they don’t know what they doing management got to do better train these people or pay them better so they Take interest in their work
Someone referred me here and I tell you what, I was a bit spectical about coming here because of all the bad things you always here about these kind of places but my visit was actually very pleasant. When a place cares about their customers you can tell. And they care! Thanks Ntb.
The mechanics and manager that currently work there were very accommodating, professional, and they did awesome work on my Jeep. I felt welcome and right at home. I priced my suspension and alignment service around at other shops in the local SE Houston area, and this shop ultimately saved me over $200 against the competition. I would highly recommend this shop; I will be returning for mud-terrain tires upgrade in about a year. Thank you gentlemen!
Customer service is horrible!I originally went in to replace two front tires on my car. During that time I realized I needed some other work completed so I went ahead and requested it. I had to get to work so I left my car at NTB so the work could be completed. Before I left I was told I need more work then anticipated so I left for work and told them I would return during my lunch break to pick my car up. I called before I left work to ensure the car was ready I was informed yes it was I can pick it up anytime. I go to this NTB to pick up my car and as Im paying and going over the paperwork of what was completed the tech walked up and I asked did you replace the windshield wiper the tech said no I did not see it on the invoice I said well I just paid for it so I expect it to be replaced. I asked if the tires was rotated I was told YES its required. I walk out to my car by myself no technician no manager no customer service rep and start checking the work out for myself as I walk to my car I noticed that there is a handprint from the tech greasy hands I then check to ensure the wiper blade has been replaced it was however it was installed improperly. I then walk around and noticed that my car has been backed into a bunch of tree branches. I had to call NTB and request a manager. The manager asked me what the problem was I stated the issues and he came outside he cleaned off the handprint corrected the windshield wiper but could not explain to me why my car is backed into a whole bunch of tree branches. The manager asked me what do you expect me to do. I told the manager expected to be treated with dignity and respect as well as my car. I explained to him the tires were not rotated and I was told they should have been. The manager said thats not a requirement I stated thats not what your customer service rep just told me. The manager said well just give me your keys and Ill go rotate the tires for you. I stated to the manager no thank you had my car here long enough to get all the work complete and I feel you have failed me as a customer. I will not return to this NTB again.
Went to peplace tired under warranty and they want to charge $95 never coming back to this place again

I took my car in on June17th to have it worked on, it was returned to me later that day and i paid for it but to my knowledge it was not fixed, my husband came in and said that the same issue was there. The mechanic, Joshua came out along with another one and said not fixedwith assistant manager and ask for my money back. She called the manager Thomad he said bring car back in morning, i did that he said well order another part and have here on Sat, June 20th plus he had another mechanic that he know would fix. Welllong story short didnt fix and i ask for a complete refund Thomas suggested it may be something else. I placef a call to their home office. My car is still not fixed has been to 3 different NTB at their request.. its now waiting on the part which was ordered last Friday and told to me it would be in Tuesday, June 30th, home office has yet to resolve this issue. Ive been to Webster, Pearland and League City at home office request in order to get my money back or fix it.Some of them were very rude. I have namesof every one i have spoke to. They wont even give me a rental but my car is there at NTB. I guess ill need to take it higher. Stay away from NTB
I forgot his name, but tall white guy up front yesterday morning at 8 am was unbelievable! Its amazing to watch this guy work. Completely professional and welcoming with customers, and at same time manages phone calls, paperwork, and technician requests all at same time without missing a beat! This place sucks. There is only one person who can do the state inspections and the guy wasnt even there. My alignment wasnt done correctly. still pulling hard to the right. I have tried to come here twice now. I just called them and there machine is down, the guy said he doesnt know when it will be fixed, and suggested I go across the street to get my inspection... Really... Never coming here again.
Well.....simple check for slow leak in front driver side tire. Told, about an hour. In about 40 min someone started working on it as I watched through the showroom window. He raised the vehicle a bit. Adjusted his ear buds and was searching for music on his phone. Then, finally knelt down and began removing the REAR drivers side tire. I walked out into the bay and tapped him on the shoulder. I pointed to the front tire. He said, Oh, and put lug back on rear tire.He removed front driver tire. As it sat over to the side he went to his phone and adjusted his music. He began work on my tire. In middle of repair he stopped and adjusted his music. He continued....as tire was on the balance machine, he adjusted music again.He finally finished. GIVE ME A BREAK.
Dropped off vehicle at 7:30am for two tires that were slowly losing air. After 8 hours and 6 minutes of no communication on status of repairs, call was made to check status. Nice young lady indicated that it would be ready within the hour. Was dropped off at location 30 minutes later to wait for vehicle, after 30 more minutes in waiting room was summonsed to have the Lifetime Flat Repair and Road Hazard Warranty that i bought explained to me. Doesnt cover flats in on tires over 12 months/12,000 miles. My tires were 11 months, 22k miles. Fair enough, it was in fine print on back of receipt that you get after purchasing road hazard warranty and paying for your tires. 30 minutes later the truck is ready. Reason for review: 9.5 hours to have one tire repaired, and one replaced.READ FINE PRINT. LIFETIME FLAT WARRANTY IS FICTITIOUS, ROAD HAZARD WARRANTY IS USELESS AND EXPENSIVE ($175.00). Did appreciate them trying to work with me on lowering initial cost of non-covered tire. JB

Absolute con artists. Took advantage of my sisters lack of knowledge of cars to take her over the coals for more money. Simple oil change turned into a full brake replacement because they used scare tactics on her. Claimed her brakes were unsafe and insisted on replacing them. Prime example of why you need to find an honest mechanic. If you dont, places like this will screw you over and laugh about it. NEVER GO HERE

Worse experience ever had. Took truck in for alignment at 11. Got a call that it did need alignment, but wanted me to buy new tires. Told them I didnt want new tires. Called back at 2:30 to check on status, different manager told me alignment had not been done, that I need to buy new tires. Nothing but a scam to up sale you. Do not go to NTB! Now I will get a message that they need more info from me to know what happened. They need to fire both service managers!!!!!!!!

This place is terrible! I say there for 3 hours when theyre was one person ahead of me. The employees are unprofessional and rude. The manager was very nice and tried to be accommodating, even went out there and put tires on my car himself to get me out faster. But everyone else is HORRIBLE. They are no where to be found while youre waiting, no sense of customer service, ones guy sat and complained that hes supposed to be on lunch when I was trying to ask him a question. My car shakes when I go over 70 and when I took it back, they wanted to sit for another 2 hours to fix their mistake. Now Im going to have to pay to get it aligned else where. I had never been to ntb, I always went to discount....I will NEVER GO BACK

Really disappointed I couldn’t get my wife her tires for her Christmas gift this year, due to there system not having the buy 2 get 2 tires deal that started this morning. Don’t really have much time outside of my work to go get them. Rushed to get there 40 minutes before they close and left empty handed
I am disappointed w/ them not allowing the me to bring my American Muscle breaks/rotors and have NTB install. They claim their is a liability w/ possible functionality but, my challenge w/ that is we allknow that they order the parts and then mark up the price on us in addition to the labor. Also, if my parts are straight from American Muscle(Hello) there is no liability. All BS to get more dollars. I bought my tires from NTB and happy but you just lost me as a customer guys. Do better!!!!
If I could give this place no stars I would. The incompetence that goes on here is really outstanding. I brought my car in on wed/thurs of last week due to my emergency light and abs light being on. I explained everything that was happening and was told they’d do a brake check and let me know. Fast forward 45 mins, the brake check is done and they said that I needed a brake flush and that since they refilled the brake fluid that the light would go off. I scheduled a brake flush for Sunday and left. Low and behold as soon as I get out of the parking lot and to the light, my brake light came back on. I turned around and was told to drive 10 miles and the light would turn off. I drove over 10 miles and the light never turned off. Fast forward to today (Sunday) I take it back and let them know that my car is still doing the same thing and the light is still on. By this time I have already been told twice that my light would turn off by doing two different things. I dropped my car off and when I came back to get it, they told me an entirely different thing that was going on with my brakes. I was informed that I needed to either replace my abs sensors or my bearings but for whatever reason they couldn’t tell me which one I needed to replace. After much questioning they finally told me it was my sensors that needed to be replaced..... mind you this could have been done the first time around when I initially brought it in for a brake check. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE, they will put charge after charge without actually fixing anything. As I was leaving today after getting my brake flush, which this is now the third thing they told would turn off my brake light, my light was and is still on. When I called back to question why my brake light was still on the mechanic who picked up had no idea what was going on with my car even though he said he was standing there talking to the person who was working on my car, ABOUT MY CAR and said that he had no idea that the brake light was on. And that about sums up everything on why you shouldn’t take your car here .
Go say hello to Zain Shaikh !He is the new manager,,, and new service advisor, Ram.... These are two guys you do want working on your vehicle. My dad was a consumer products service manager for John Deere.... I know when places try to take your money... I finally have a good diagnosis and prognosis on my 09 Venza... I can actually get behind and accept the information... its taken three-and-a-half years to diagnose and get me happy with the repair proposal, that Im going to do... And a lot of other said do other things that didnt make any sense...

I came in on a busy Saturday morning without an appointment because my tire pressure was low and I had just filled it up the day before. It was time to replace my tires anyway. Adeel, the manager, gave me a few options for new tires. There was a wait, which was expected, but it was a reasonable wait given the day. Great customer service and I am happy with my new tires!
I brought my vehicle here a few months ago. The service was fantastic! In silence, I watched people come in and out for about an hour and half and I was in awe of the promp professional service they provided each person that came through the doors. I was excited to returned today with a different vehicle. Again, excellent professional service. I absolutely 100% recommend NTB on Bay Area without hesitation. Good reviews normally are done verbally and not so much in writing as people tend to be too busy (somehow people find time to write the bad reviews). I can’t thank Gary enough and the staff for all their help with servicing my vehicle and providing such great service better than any shop I could have used. They even gave me recommendations for other shops for services they didn’t do so for that honesty I will always use NTB.

The negative reviews on here MUST be for another location. Ive been bringing my car her since I bought it 3 yrs ago, and no where else. Sure, things happens just like at any other business...slow days, short-handed staff, etc., but these guys bring something that is really lacking in customer service business today: honesty & friendliness! Even if its not what I want to hear, they give it to me straight...and go out of their way help me understand whats going on. And the managers...Michael & his assistant manager Dan are always there on site...and are hands on...not just standing around...so theres never the ...sorry, the manager isnt available today stuff if any issues come up.
Great customer service went in for a an alignment after getting a level installed on my Silverado
They wanted to charge me $1800.00 to replace both front left and right struts because they couldn’t align my wheels to the specs. The dealer told me the struts were both in good shape and charged me $148 to align the wheels. Now I wonder about the $1700 repair NTB did last year was truly legitimate as they said needed to align the wheels. I didn’t know better. They didn’t align correctly bc the steering wheel was not straight as a mechanic told me later . So angry at these people 😡😡😡😡
I don’t even want to give this place a 1 star. There may be people and technicians here that know what they’re doing because the technicians were actually nice and understanding. The management is completely ignorant and this shop has absolutely horrible communication between the office and the shop portion. I had the worst experience when I just wanted a simple alignment. If you don’t know anything about car repair or maintenance, I highly recommend that you do not come here unless you want to be taken advantage of and treated like you are less than human. The manager at this time is Amon or some name that sounds like that. He doesn’t need to be running this place.
Absolutely terrible experience! Unprofessional employees in the office and on the floor. After waiting for two hours (I was told it would take) they didn’t even have my tires off yet. I was told that it would still take another 1-2 hrs. They also tried to add items like filters to my fleet vehicle program without asking me - $75, I had them pull my vehicle out and left. I won’t be using NTB again.

Im a big NTB fan. As always with any chain; the local people can make all the difference. My wifes truck needed brake work. The Webster NTB guys were friendly and professional. Kal and Zain took time to show the visible damage and gave a very good summary of options and price points. The work was performed fast and the price was reasonable. Our follow up conversation provided a solid commitment to ongoing maintenance and they have gained my respect and earned my continued business. Well Done Gentlemen.
Doesn’t like answering phones..was put on hold for 10+ minutes. While I was on hold, my friend called them as well and was put on hold too..so your best luck is to walk-in but that’s not always practical.
The level of customer service at this store is awesome. The team here (at 7:30 a.m.) is attentive and thorough. Not your usual tire store experience.

I went in on a Saturday morning, the young lady working the desk was great and they got my oil change and battery check-up done very quickly.
Pathetic customer service, zero management skills combined with total apathy, incapable of prioritizing work orders to make both the customer and their own schedule work better. I just needed a simple rotation + alignment, was told would be 40 min wait since had 4 mechanics working and there was only one vehicle in the bay, no vehicles on the alignment rack. Turns out that only one of the four mechanics was capable of something more than an oil change, so Im essentially stuck waiting for the only real mechanic there to install four new tires and perform the alignment on the vehicle in front of me while the other 3 mechanics and the manager stand around, ignoring the phone, me, and everything else. Despite buying several sets of tires here in the past, I wont be purchasing tires here anymore.
I took my car into NTB to get my Coil Packs replaced. Once they did the work, the car starting weird. I took the car back the next day and they told me the mechanic was off and to come back the next day so I did. The next day, I found out the mechanic was fired. Then for the next few weeks, as I kept coming back, the staff was fired and replaced. So they keep telling me I need work done because itll fix the misfire issue coming from the Spark plug section of my car. So I get the work done. Finally, after months of going there over and over, my friend from GM looks at the car and says whatever work they initially did was the cause of the misfire and that its going to start making the catalytic converter to go bad. So I email the store customer service and their General Manager calls me and says Im an idiot and a moron and I know nothing. So a month after that, the store finally changes out the coil packs and spark plugs to try and fix it. Still bad. I try for 3 more months and they finally tell me to take it to a certified GM dealer to get diagnostics done and bring the paperwork back and they will do an insurance claim. I do and did. They find they broke off the spark plug in the car and then when they replaced them, they put a spark plug on the broken piece which caused the catalytic converter to go bad. So for a month, the store manager avoids me after saying he will put the claim in. Car engine catches on Fire a month after he says it will be handled. I get denied because it wasnt the parts fault and they manager lied and said he had no idea. They tell me its my fault for not paying for more work done even though they said if I did, they wouldnt put a claim in and pay me back. So it went all the way to corporate and they told me they were going to stand behind the insurance company because the parts were good even though it was the labor.

After going to 3 tire shops including Discount Tire, I went to the NTB on Bay Area. When I walked in I was greeted by both guys at the front. One was helping another customer and the other got to work right away helping me. I needed 4 tires and an alignment. He started searching on his screen and I could see it looking for the best deal...after all I was buying 4 new tires. (Weve all been there when it comes to shops that try an screw us) I made my decision and like maybe 10 minutes later they are bringing my car around to the bay. I went into waiting area to get a soda pop as I wait and ended up visiting with a lady and her daughter in there for a few minutes. She said they had barely been there an hour and they were already almost done. So then I walk around outside to the bay to watch these guys with my car. I noticed something you dont see very often, these guys were all working and actually communicating to one another. Not just kicking the bull kinda talk but I mean like actually communicating their needs Etc. I was very nice to see them working as a team. I watched these guys handle my care with care and evaluate their work before handing her back over to me. This was my first time ever to NTB and if I ever need to go back this store would be my first stop. I was a very happy camper by the time I left, would recommend them to anyone. I dont know why such bad reviews but that must have been an old manager because I had a very good experience and I personally watched a very good team work together on all the cars in that bay. Good job guys and thank you for taking such good care of my car as I do. You have my repeat business.
I dont recommend these thieves! You better go somewhere else or fix for yourself if you can.I went on May 16 2016 for a regular oil change and they told me that my vehicle use only synthetic oil and that is more expensive than the $20 buck special on their site, I told them that there is a conventional option that dealer also use, this is 5W-20 and is an alternative to 0W-20. They said that conventional oil can be used instead and accept to change the oil. After they returned my car and paying more than the price on their site, I drove home and the engine noise was a lot different and RPM increased. on that moment I reviewed the receipt and noted that they used 5W-30 a thicker oil, So I called the dealer about it and they said that I need to remove the oil used to comply with their warranty, So now I need to flush the oil and put the right one.
