5 star place hands down. Jason was super informative about everything step by step. My power steering pump had to be replaced. He gave a WAY better price that anyone else. Did the job in less than 48hours. Car is riding smooth again. This is definitely the place to go if you want someone to work on your car that honest, efficient that won’t rob you for your money.

The power seat in my van stopped working and was stuck in a very uncomfortable position for me to drive. I asked if they could check it. He discovered the fuse had burned out and switched it for one that I wasnt using until I could get a new fuse. He was extremely polite, helpful and honest. He could have told me it was something that cost a lot to repair. I will definitely go back the next time I need help.

I came to Sharp Auto after taking my car to one of the well known chain auto shops and receiving a lengthy cost estimate for battery and alternator replacement. After allowing the chain shop to only replace my battery, I took my car to Sharp Auto for a second opinion on the alternator and lower cost estimate. The owner called me shortly after drop off and told me he had cleaned up the poor job done by the other auto shop, replaced the hardware they installed and ordered a small part replacement that was necessary for my alternator. Long story short.....Sharp Auto provided updates and information on my car during and after the time of service and in the end I didnt even need a new alternator! They saved me over $700 because they took the time to trouble shoot the problem rather than just charge me an arm and a leg for a new alternator! Jason and his team were friendly, informative and provided fantastic customer service! I will definitely be going back for future maintenance and recommending this shop to everyone!

Im a pretty busy person but they were able accommodate me. Since I work around the corner they even offered to drop me off and pick me up! There was quite a bit to do on my car so I assumed they would take an additional day to finish the job, but they stayed after hours to finish everything so I am not without a car. These guys are the best! They give top of the line services like the car dealership but without the high cost! I will be bringing my car here for routine maintenance for now on.

I was referred to Sharp Automotive Group by my auto warranty company. Had to replace a knock sensor. I was told by Kimberley and Jason my car would try to be fixed by the end of the day. I was later informed, that parts needed to be ordered but, the parts wouldnt arrive until next day. Kimberley and Jason offered me a ride home and the option of a loaner vehicle. Needing transportation to work the next day, I accepted the loaner. Jason provided me the loaner free of charge for the inconvenience. The next day, Jason informed me that my vehicle was fixed and delivered it to my job. After receiving my car from Jason I noticed he installed hub caps for my wheels free of charge. Talk about great service! SAG are honest, friendly, and fairly priced. Definitely coming back. Good mechanics are hard to find.

When the check engine light came on the day before Thanksgiving, they stayed very late finishing the work so that I could have my car for the long holiday weekend. I needed some brake work done on all 4 wheels and had some caliper issues. Sharp gave me an honest price and did the work in one day. The lady at the front desk was very nice and the guys that worked on my truck were professional and did a tremendous job. I waited 4 months to post this review so that I could give an honest opinion. My truck has never run better. I rarely post anything, but Sharp Automotive was worth my time in doing so. I have found a place that I can trust and will be bringing my truck back to them for any future issues.

I brought in a couple ball joints to be pressed in at this shop and was very happy with the results. I was replacing pretty much the whole front end myself, so I know my car and whats wrong with it usually and cant get played by greedy shops. They were honest and went above and beyond to make sure they had a happy customer, even doing something for free that I intended to pay them for. Ill definitely be returning in the future for some engine work. If youre in the area and need a good and honest mechanic, I cannot recommend this shop highly enough.

I had a purge valve that needed to be replace a real simple easy job, I even had the replacement part in hand. The guy told me he would give me a discount and do it for $80, but I would have to pay cash. When I told him I only had card he said “ no”. This place used to be good not anymore. Ended up replacing the part myself.Old review:This place is awesome, I went here to get a second opinion on a brake job that I originally got quoted someplace else. This place gave me an honest and reasonable quote, and even gave me a ride to Starbucks, and came and picked me up once they were done with my vehicle. I’ve had taken my car to several mechanic shops, paid a lot of money at different shops but nobody was ever able to figure out the issue. I’ve been having issues with my car forever till I came in contact with Mr. Hector .....within no time Hector was able to figure out what was wrong and got my car fixed within the same day. Honda Clearlake dealer told me that my Vehicle oil pan gasket and rear main seal are leaking. I had an issue with my truck that I spent half a year and about a thousand dollars trying to fix somewhere else. I went to Sharp and Kim was very nice. Jason said they would look at my truck to see the issue. About 20 minutes later they called me and had figured out the actual problem and had my truck fixed and ready for me the next day. Their quote for work was reasonable and the actual bill was as much as they quoted. I will definitely be coming back next time I have any kind of issue.

Sharp automotive group have been open for just a month now, but they sure know what they are doing. Jason was amazing I went to get my license plate lights; he helped me out right then. After that I told him I probably need new brakes too. So he checked them out and showed me also need new rotors. I asked him about the price and it was reasonable. He told me the car is gonna get ready in an Hour and it was ready in an hour. No wait, fast and friendly service. I been looking for a good, reasonable mechanic shop in this Clearlake finally found one.

My car broke down on a cross country trip with my daughter and grandson. Luckily we found Sharp and they got us going again, solving a difficult electronic issue. Not only did they repair our 2009 Malibu, but they were very reasonably priced, and Kim even gave us a ride to a motel from the shop.
