I brought my car in for a oil change. It was nice and quick and they were extremely nice. My only complaint is when I bought it last August when I bought it I called and asked the salesman it it had new tires. He said yes they still have the nubs on them. My fault I didnt look. I was too excited. I now need them by the Fall.

This is my first time leaving a review anywhere for anything but I was so upset with my recent transaction with Place Motor in Webster that I felt I needed to share.Let me first start off by saying that I have had a few repairs done on both my ford vehicles over the years there and I liked the friendly service so I always went back.Recently (June 2016) I needed my AC repaired on my conversion van. This van is our family transportation and we have 6 children so AC is important to us. The bill ended up being over $350. I paid it without an issue but wasnt thrilled that I didnt receive a call beforehand letting me know what was wrong and what the estimated cost would be.Heres the worst part...the AC wasnt even fixed! When I brought it back they called and said they could repair the front for an additional $600 and if I wanted the front and the back repaired it would cost another $1200. I was livid. We are not going to waste more money on an issue we were told was already repaired the first time.So we basically threw away $350 because we do not have a working AC and I feel we were tricked into additional repair costs. We would have never thought it to be worth it to repair an AC for upwards of $1500 even if we do like our AC.They tried to give us a deal by bringing down the cost by $200 but we still do not think it is worth $1000 and we are very upset we wasted $350 the first time. So they lost us as a customer and I am disappointed because I really did enjoy Place Motor until this point. Maybe it was just a mistake or a bad day on their part but it was at our expense.

Place motors is not a stand-up company. I have been purchasing all my heavy duty trucks here for many years. Recently I had my truck in for service, and when the Place motors service technician took it out for a test drive, he got into an accident. Rear ended a woman, injuring her, hospital trip, serious harm. Place motors NEVER called to tell me that they smashed up my truck! My insurance company informed me about the accident. The victim sued Place and me, and I wasn’t even in the town or anywhere near the truck at the time. Place motors has done NOTHING for me since. I have had to waste a day from work on a deposition and spend many hours on paperwork. Now my insurance company has cancelled coverage on my truck AND my business AND my home as a result of an accident I was not involved in. Premiums at another agency will now go up, resulting from an accident caused by Place motors. Place motors should step up and learn what customer service is all about. The owner, Steven Place is hiding behind the lawsuit and couldn’t care less that he lost a good and lucrative customer. I will NEVER do business with them again and have spread the word to other business owners. As a business owner, I would never treat customers the way Place motors has treated me.

Flawless purchase process - after dealing with 2 dealerships closer to us (and getting the runaround by one and screwed by the other) we bought from Place Motors. Entire purchase took 5 minutes by phone, 3-4 phone calls and emails to coordinate delivery (out of state) and payment. Everything exceeded our expectations! They will be our first call then next time instead of buying local.

Great experience, had the truck I wanted, traded my car in, made the deal happen. John Horniak was my salesman. Bought a 2012 f350 diesel, had them put fisher XV2 plow on it, awesome to plow with. Couldnt be happier. Fast friendly service, great people to deal with. Would definitely buy another vehicle from them.

This is purely from a service standpoint, but I just had an excellent experience while having my truck serviced. I was not upsold on extras at 20k miles. I was told exactly what I needed and thats what was done (simple oil change and tire rotation).

Went in to schedule recall work on my truck, they were quick ordering the parts and said they would call next week. I just hope that the 5 stars continue.

Went to look at a Truck. Was a Very early 2019 F350 Supercab. Its been on the lots for over 220 days.Truck was used as a Plow truck for the Dealership. Had 300+ miles on it, and plow was Beat up, Scratched, few Dents.Wasnt really interested in the plow.But even tho the truck had been slightly Used. They are still pricing it as a Brand new truck.They Didnt want to Negotiate a Better or Fair Price.Only came off MSRP of $2,500.Minimum selection of trucks. And preety much will stay @ MSRP.Therefore I WOULDNT recommend this dealership to anybody.Money is Good Nationwide, So dont be afraid to take your business elsewhere.

By far the worst dealer ship when it comes down to the quality of customer service Ive been there multiple time through out the last week and every time the customer service was honestly down right horrible. The first time I walked in to the service shop and no one asked if I needed help and once I state my issue with my car they asked me if it worked when I got the car..... like really why else would I come if It didnt break during the time Ive been using the car.The next two expriences were just as bad and the employees simply just have horrible customer service and dont know what theyre even doing there.... DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! To get the top notch service you deserve just go a few minutes up the road to Imperial Ford and youll see how a real place treats customers! If I could give half a star or zero stars for Place Motor it would make my day.
