I’ve never liked this store, but it’s at a semi convenient location. anyways, after paying my bills i got a notification that Boost was on a new network so to stop in to one of our locations for a new SIM card. I stopped in and “Johan” wouldn’t help me without seeing the email. i asked if he would rather my account information but he just kept asking for the email. i couldn’t find it so i started to walk out, when i remembered it was on the website. after showing him the notification he helped me, but that just seemed backwards to me. Anyways i’ve heard good things from the new location on El Camino.

This store is listed as a 9 AM store it is fraudulent and false advertisement and needs to be corrected as for I have missed my day at work today due to their fraud

If you have an issue are need to purchase anything, I recommend Eldorado location. Customer service is Awesome!! Paul, Humberto and Ale are the ones to ask for!

Every month when I try to pay my bill, boost makes it a ridiculous hassle. They can barely handle functioning a full month and Im not even doing anything special on my phone.

Its easy and less expensive

Had 45 minutes to be at work, Paul helped me, was very nice, informative, and fast. Got my phone activated, and got to work on time! Would definitely recommend Paul at Boost Mobile in Webster

Good customer service, reasonable prices

I went in and was going to get the iphone special and tried to tell me that in order to get the special I had to also purchase a phone case, screen shield and something else. That was NOT wtitten anywhere. He said thats how his boss wants him to do it I think he was just trying to pocket some extea money. I understand they try to upsale but when they go and try to be sneaky like that its NOT ok. I wouldnt anyone to this particular store. Very shady. He Was trying to add over $100 and not even explain WHY until I kept asking him to break the price down to me. Calling corporate right now.

Poor customer service..was denied a promotion because the sales representative was not properly trained. Went to a different location off of el Camino that I highly recommend.

The girls that work here are nice. Helped me get a phone fast, under 20 minutes. Just what i needed with my busy schedule.

So I come too boost mobile to just look at phones & had every intention too just get prices & thats it. Up until Mr Humberto & Mr Paul put there sales too the side & started too just just treat me as one of their personal friend.Them not knowing me from AdamThey start asking me about life & showed true interest & realy made me feel importantSo with that I felt like a friend & not just a quick sale person. So right then & there I made up my mind I didn’t care bout sprint at&t Verizon T- mobile. I winded up purchasing my phone & plan with this location. After the way they treated me with the up most respect & programs my phone with every app I wanted too all I had to do was walk out the door & enjoy life. They went above & way beyond their call of duty. As I walked out I turned right back around & handed Mr Humberto & Mr Paul each $50 & I still felt that it wasn’t enough. I hope boost mobile shows their appreciation tooMr Humberto & Mr Paul with a raise & bonusFor them going the extra mileI thank Mr Humberto & Mr Paul again for everything they have done for meSincerely EddieYOU GUYS ROCK!!!

My services suck Ive had the same # for over an year and I finally upgraded to their new 50 unlimited everything 8 gigs of hotspot included. They made it sound real good the phone is decent but I cant even get to the hotspot I tried to upgrade my phone its not that Ive been calling this location since 8 A.m this morning my calls have been forwarded each time. All Im gonna say is everything that glittler isnt gone. Nice ppl tho I guess.
