The used car I bought was spotless, and the deal I got there was better than what I had found elsewhere. Justin was very helpful and polite. The actual car selection and purchase process was 5-star.The reason I didnt give the dealership five stars is that they were insistent, not to say pushy, about selling me a service warranty I didnt want. When you are requiring a customer to defend her decision not to buy something, youre no longer persuading, youre badgering. Pro tip for future customers: Just say no as many times as needed. (It may take quite a few.)

Made an online appointment at 3:30 on a Thursday. By late Thursday night I had not received a call so I called them. They told me that they did not get it in but would get it in first thing in the morning. By noon the next still no call so I called again. She informed me that mine was the “next vehicle in.” I still didn’t receive a call back until 3:30 that Friday.The call back was that they still didn’t get it done and would like to keep it until Monday to finish it Monday morning. By Monday they called and said to figure out what’s wrong they’d have to add two hours more labor and it’d be $500 more than the $177 they already gouged me with just to see why the check engine light was on. At this point I refused further service. 4 days without a vehicle, $177 less in my pocket, and still where I was before going here. Would highly recommend you stay away from this place.

Submitted a warranty request to have the hood of my van repaired as it has paint bubbling up and is only a 2018. My warranty request was approved, but no one there can seem to help me. Promised call backs that never happen and when I contact a Russ Darrow body shop, they have no record of the warranty being approved. Sick and tired of the run around. This has been going on since July 29th. Now I am being told that I have to start the entire warranty process over again. What is the point of selling a warranty of you wont honor it or even attempt to help fix the issue?

Have been here many times and it’s never been super great. Really not a super friendly place and they not accommodating. This past time they messed up things on my vehicle during a routine oil change, tire rotation, and inspection. They then told me different times about how long fixing the problem would be and their estimate wasn’t close at all. I sat in there for a total of over five hours between two different visits… in the end, they really did not do anything to make the situation correct…

The reason I gave a 3 would be the following reasons.-I asked for my credit to only be pulled through two lenders and it was pulled 5 or 6. These are hard pulls and the inquiries look bad. I had a pre-approval and had a lenderI was currently working with. I take pride in cleaning up my credit and I felt like in that matter it was no care to Russ Darrow. I ended up going with the company that pre-approved me after all.- I noticed that my plate number was not on my paperwork anywhere. This would have been on me to check as well.Overall everything worked out and I am satisfied.

Put a negative in front of this star.Went to look at a vehicle with my newly licensed 16 year old whom saved $5,500 of her own money to pay for a vehicle. Our salesperson, Blake whom was nice, showed us a printout that the car was worth approx $6,600 (Kellys BB I believe). My daughter showed the salesperson an add that Russ Darrow West Bend themselves had listed the car at a reduction to $5,399 then a more recent one of $5,600 (we were told due to the Market in less than a week it jumped $201...) I told Blake that all in with tax, fees, etc. we could not go over $5,750, he knew this. We were ready to walk out, when Blake stood and stated I think I could do better than that, would that work? My daughter and I sat back down. Now in comes Blakes supervisor/manager who as well showed a print out of the $6,600 blue book value. Once again we showed their own add listing it for $5,600. Twenty min later in comes the boss, indicating that there was nothing they could do and that their was another party interested in the car. I indicated that Blake stated he could do better on our all in price of $5750 and now you are telling us no. The Boss also had the nerve to say, what a great time for her to start her credit history. Oh really, thats what we want...our children to go into debt at age of 16. What a laugh.We spent a total of 2 hours driving to this location twice this day and a total of 6 hours of our day to get treated like this. I as an adult am able to digest this as much as it disgusts me, but what does a parent tell a 16 year old girl whos hopes were crushed by a very greedy establishment. Oh let me add, Blake had the audacity to say twice to us, I am not your everyday salesperson, I dont try and pressure anyone...no sales pressure what so every guys. What a joke, Blake and those that oversee this dealership. We will spend my 16 year olds hard earned cash somewhere that will appreciate it and more so, her, as a new customer in the purchasing world. Buyer beware here.

The 3.5% surcharge for using a credit card to pay for repairs is a deal killer; I will not go back to a Darrow dealership as a result. Dealerships are already the most expensive shops, so adding a junk fee that is not disclosed prior to performing the work is an insult to your customers.

Sadly, I have not had a very good experience at all with anyone at the Russ Darrow Chrysler store in West Bend. The clutch in my vehicle went out and I had it towed there for service. After having my car for 10 days without a loaner car, and little to no updates, I called and found out it would be finished the following day. Upon entering the office I was greeted by nothing but bad news from the service writer about how mad everyone was at my car, how nothing would work or go as it should. Needless to say, he didn’t instill any confidence that the car was fixed. He also explained how two of the parts they ordered were the wrong parts, not broken, which is what I was told over the phone when I called for an update. I was a little upset but happy to get my vehicle back. Within the first 30 feet of driving, without leaving the parking lot I knew something was not right. The clutch was not working properly. I ended up bringing it to another service center because I didn’t feel confident with anything Russ Darrow had done. When I went back to discuss how we should handle this situation, I was given the ultimate run-a-round and told to talk to a number of different people who no clue what the situation was. I finally got to meet with the service manager, which was far less than productive and ended with him yelling at me in the middle of the showroom floor, in front of other employees and guests. I walked out and am still dreading having to talk to anyone from Russ Darrow Chrysler. Not professional or even a remotely respectful way to talk to paying customers. I would bring my business to any other business than Russ Darrow Chrysler.

Zero StarsI’ve now been given the run around by 2 different Darrow Dealerships. I went in on a Saturday to buyout my lease or to look at options for a new car. When I told the sales associate I wanted to buy out my lease - I was then told “you will have to come back a different day. We don’t have time for you. we are trying to get customers out the door. “ even though I was specifically told I’d have to be in person to buyout my lease, they assumed it would be confident for me to drive another 1.5 hours one way on a weekday to do what I already had driven there to do.Mind you, I had just spent two hours talking with them and they were happy to sell me a new car, but pretty much told me my business was worthless once I didn’t go the route they wanted. I talked to the business manager on the phone who wanted to then try and sell me a new car after what I already had gone through. He also tried to defend their practices but gave me no substantial explanation other than basically repeating “your business wasn’t good enough for us that day since you decided to buyout your lease instead of lease or buy a new car”.Awful customer service - they should serve the customer in front of them. I get the sale isn’t the same but a sale is a sale.It’s beyond frustrating as I wasted 8 hours of my time between two days and two dealerships on two separate Saturday’s. Needless to say they didn’t get my business

Terrible customer service, they gave me the run around for 2 weeks whether or not my truck was supposed to come with the gain control for trailer brakes. $50,000 + truck and traded a truck in. Never would’ve thought to look for a gain control on this expensive of a truck. Now they won’t throw part in and lost their next $50,000 sale for a few hundred dollar part.

I went here today and my experience was kind of unpleasant. The car I came to look at had a sticker price on the car of $9,500. When I went to buy it I was told it was $11,000. On a vehicle I was looking to trade they offered me 17,800. Morrie’s Honda across the street offered $21,500. $3700 more. I would go straight to Morrie’s Honda and save your time. The problem was not with the sales woman I had. It was that they wouldn’t honor the sticker price on the vehicle which caused the deal to fall through. If they had honored that price and gave me a reasonable value for my vehicle like Morrie’s, I would have been able to cover the rest.

I negotiated a price online with sales manager larry and sales person maranda on 03/24/21. I informed them I would be in the next day to get vehicle and do paperwork. Went in next morning to discover they were in the process of selling vehicle as I stood there. I told them I had already negotiated on the vehicle and was here to pick it up. They said its to late already sold. I told them I drove an hour and forty five minutes to get this vehicle, and all they said was sorry nothing we can do. Unjustified? How would you like buying a new vehicle with crayon Marks all over it? How would you like buying a new vehicle with the rock chip guard bubbling up? How would you feel if you brought this up multiple times and nothing was done until a claim was made to Ram? How would you feel about all these issues being brought up before you bought a new vehicle and then bring it into service for them to tell you itll take all day. 2 hours worth of work. I had an appointment scheduled at 8a, 2 plus 8 is 10, then your detail guy doesnt show up until noon to finish detailing a truck that should have been detailed once it hit the lot. Why do I have to pay for fuel in a rental vehicle when Russ Darrow dropped the ball multiple times. You have my number if you want to talk. Update as of January 9th of 2021 I still have not been contacted by Russ Darrow Ram of West Bend. Updated 4/17/2021 and I still have not been contacted.

I would give them a 2-3 star but my sales rep Holly Parsons did an excellent job and changed my whole experience. I went after work and didn’t look like your typical buyer but after three other guys looked at me and didn’t acknowledge me Holly did. Holly walked me through the whole process and negotiated prices with me all day and finally found the right price for me. I highly recommend her for your next purchase.

No words can describe the disrespect and nonconcern for the customer that this Dealers Service Dept has delivered. Went to see them 2 months ago regarding rust all over my 2017 Ram (loaded with every option) that I purchased there. I brought my business there for my truck purchases because the quality of service and overall customer experience was outstanding at Russ Darrow Toyota where I began doing business in 2015 for my car purchases and service. Hard to believe that 2 businesses in a small market with the same ownership can be on opposite universes.Anyway 2 months later and after 3 calls and 2 follow up visits to this location they still have not returned to me with an answer as to the warranty of this matter on the 3 year old truck with rust everywhere. After 4 discussions/visits with the Service Writer Team, I asked to speak to the General Manager of the Dealership but was sent to Adam- or Aaron (cant recall his name as his impression was one to be forgotten) who maybe is the Svc Manager. He was immediately defensive without even listening to the situation and negative to the outcome and said he would get back to me later that day. Well that was 2 weeks ago- still no call.Brought the vehicle to a Dealership 30 miles away and had a fair and respectable solution proposed to me in 2 days.Beware of this facility in your search for a vehicle, your support may end the day you hand them 55k for your new truck as mine did.

The sales and purchasing process went smoothly. Delivery of the vehicle was disappointing. The one request i had was that the vehicle interior was to be professionally cleaned. It was not. I had made an appointment for 315 for a scheduled oil change. Arrived 5 mins early & was told there was another vehicle ahead of mine & it would be 45 to an hour before my truck was done. I wasnt thrilled but ok, it is what it is. I finally was told my truck was done & ready to go at 440. A good 25 mins plus from when originally stated. But, given the fact that it should have only been 20 mins for an appointment that I had set up, I am not happy. I didnt have hour extra time to just sit there. Very disappointed in the Service Dept.

Made a service appointment online selecting what service I was looking for got a confirmation email and arrived 10 min early only to be turned away. Was told they dont take appointments for an oil change or tire rotation, its first come first served. Why would you have the option online when selecting what service you needed if you cant honor the appointment. I cant wait 1-2 hours for an oil change thats why I make an appointment. Unfortunately was not able to buy my new Dodge vehicle from Russ Darrow, my local Dodge dealer, as they did not have the available vehicle I wanted when I wanted it... They still accepted my business for post purchase service and wow was I impressed. Fast, in and out service with little wait for an oil change and tire rotation. Previous dealership Id worked with on last vehicle made oil changes a pain. Pricing was also very reasonable. Happy we purchased my wifes car from a Russ Darrow Dealership. To add to it, although the sale didnt work out with Russ Darrow West Bend, it was not a painful sales experience by any means. Fast, and respectful of my time.

Service department does not come with customer service. Amanda is very rude. You are definitely treated like a number especially when having warranty work done. Which when they cant figure out the issue still charge you for diagnosis. My car was there for a second time, this time there for about 3 weeks. We were told we are only being charged for 30 min of the 3 hrs they diagnosed. For 1 hour of that I drove a tech around to hear the noise on the car. And that also means my car was there for almost 3 weeks and you only put 3 hrs of time into it. Wow. My car has been there 3 times, two of which were horrible experiences. Never again! I will never be a patron to a Russ Darrow Dealership again.

2/22/2019 I purchased a Chevy Equinox from Russ Darrow West Bend. I had the most amazing Sales Woman named Ani Rushmore. She was so pleasant, warm, and friendly. To make sure that I would be able to make the delivery she went out of her way and came to my house to pick me up. This was also her off day but she wanted to make sure I was taken care of. I called in for my sister to negotiate a deal on a vehicle listed online (auto trader), all was going well and me and Larry came to an agreement on a price. I immediately called my sister who called her bank, which was not appreciated by Larry who explained he wouldn’t get kick backs if I didn’t get the financing through the dealership. After making arrangements with my bank I immediately called Larry back to have him send my family the documents over email since it was an online out of state transaction (very common). Immediately upon speaking to Larry he sounded discouraged and stated that he hadn’t stopped thinking about the deal he agreed to with me AND HE PROCEEDED TO TELL ME HE WAS NO LONGER GOING TO HONOR THAT DEAL AND THAT HE NEEDED $300 MORE! I was very disappointed and called him on it by asking him if he was going to honor the deal. How petty Larry for $300??? So we discussed a new deal and met in the middle. I mentioned to Larry to send the paperwork over to my sister who was the one purchasing the vehicle and also that my other sister was going on the title as well. He then accused me of a straw purchase which is illegal! Shake my head in disgust, if a husband, son or brother negotiates a good deal for his mother, wife or sister so they don’t get ripped off by used car snakes like Larry it is NOT ILLEGAL! And to be accused of such is infuriating and disgusting. Last but not least after I had already made a price agreement with Larry I looked online in 20 minutes and noticed he lowered the price of the car to see if he could sell it out from under me to make $200 extra dollars after having my family running around and making phone calls for the loan. These guys are snakes in the grass and want to rip you off at every turn in the process. Good news is I found a better deal 5 minutes later. MOTHERS, SISTERS and DAUGHTERS BEWARE of this dealership and their shady tactics as you may be accused of a crime if this dealer doesn’t get a chance to rip you off. FATHERS, BROTHERS and SONS BEWARE of this dealer as they might make a deal with you and while your on the way to pick up the vehicle they will sell it to someone else to make an extra 50 cents. I’m disgusted, worst business ever...

I came to look at a used vehicle around 6pm and wasn’t sure if I wanted to purchase it. I came back around 8pm, an hour before closing time and decided to make the purchase. Janessa was very friendly and answered numerous questions I had about the vehicle. She even cleaned/detailed the car for me before I brought it home, staying until after 11pm. The person that worked with me on financing the car was very knowledgeable, and clearly explained all of my options to me, staying after hours as well. I appreciate everyone who worked with me to make buying my first car a great experience!

The mechanic kept us informed of progress and went above and beyond to get our vehicle back in shape. Overall we had a great buying experience! We found the quality and prices very fair and the sales staff friendly. We’re very happy with our purchase!However, we drove an hour to get to the dealership and ended up having to wait over two hours to see someone for our financing. It could have been because it was the last day of the month, but they knew we were coming up, as we had driven up and started the purchase process the night before.Hopefully they can anticipate their busy times and be better staffed for those days in the future. We ended up spending 5 1/2 hours total to purchase our car and had to miss appointments and work meetings.Again, great staff and pricing but could improve the customer service experience.

I have purchased numerous vehicles from Russ Darrow over the span of about a decade. I keep coming back over and again for several reasons. I never feel pressured; the sales team cares about finding the right vehicle for my needs and wants and cares more about making me happy to bring business back than just making a quick buck. They find the right deal that makes the most financial sense for my situation; Ive never had a deal that put me in a bad position, and theyve even informed me when a deal was not financially smart and gave me advice on better deals or a better time to try again when it made better financial sense. They explain the vehicles, features, and whats all included very well; you drive off the lot knowing what you got and how to use all of it. The entire team feels like family; I am always greeted with open arms and a true concern for making a smart deal that makes me happy in my new car and also helps the dealership make money they need to keep putting out great products and great business. They sell the best; I am a very brand loyal person, but even when I skew away and have interest in another brand, I always notice that even other brand vehicles both new and used alike are of top quality. Im giving 2 stars though because we werent given any other options to look at that would have been a better fit. It was a straight, well this is what you get. A couple months later we went to a dealer in Greenfield and they never gave up finding something that worked with us, we walked out with a brand new 2019.

Terrible experience, I never have a good experience at russ darrow. I will not be returning. I believe all there about is a sale, n not the customers. Went in because one, ONE tire was wearing fast then the others. All they could keep telling me its this part n that part That wore out the tire. Not listen to what I had to say . He knew his stuff and very nice and he took his time going over everything with me. But he never returned any of my calls. And I did leave a voicemail to call me. Still no hear.

First off, this was 3 months ago at my last and first oil change on my brand new car. The gentleman who checked me in was a bit abrasive; told me I really didn’t need an oil change yet because I have full synthetic; I told him I didn’t care and wanted one (I was at 7,500 miles at this point and was at 30% oil left and I drive a lot). It took nearly an hour (not necessarily a big deal) but I was told I didn’t have a free oil change even though I had 3 vouchers stating 3 free oil changes with the maintenance package I purchased on my new car. They “gave it to me for free anyways” and took my free voucher but acted like they were doing me a favor. They didn’t recalibrate my wheels so I had my tire pressure sensor going off later in the day. I called and took it back for them to reset and they couldn’t figure it out and said “just keep driving and it’ll go off eventually because they changed the sensors in this model” After several days I had to do research on my own and figured out how to do this through my settings on my dash. Collectively, I was just put off at this point. I’ve decided to ultimately go to a different dealership for maintenance after that. The techs just came back to tell me that the last person to change my oil never put the dipstick back in completely, splattering oil all over under my hood, sealing the deal and decision to forever go elsewhere. Lots of Russ Darrow’s in the area and outside the area, worth your time to go to another one.

I entered this dealership last Monday and upon entering the doors I was greeted right away by Richard, who is probably the nicest salesman I had come across in my journey to finding a new vehicle. Even with my credit score not being the best he went above and beyond in finding me the perfect SUV that I was looking for. I was introduced to the Manager Larry who was also very nice. I wasnt quite sure what I wanted besides that I preferred an SUV body type but between each other they found the perfect match for me. we all know that buying a car can be stressful and lengthy but this dealership made it fun and exciting. They played with my 3 year old son during the wait and gave him a juice box :) Even the guy from the bank, Jonathan, was a pleasure to work with. With all of there help I was able to get the vehicle of my dreams and they worked hard at making sure I was able to take it home the same day!! Their Service was spectacular and deserves a 5 star rating, I am happy to tell anyone who asks where I got my vehicle and I will encourage all to go to this dealership. Even when I asked Ray, the guy at the desk closest to the door, where the bathroom was he was a gentleman and walked me there instead of just pointing. They really work as a team in providing excellent service for whomever walks through their doors.
