This is actually my second lease with this dealership. My previous lease was coming to a close and with the current economic and automotive industry issues, and considering my financial scenario, I found myself in a pickle. So I asked my friends at Russ Darrow Toyota for their help and I’m more than happy to announce that they were able to find a vehicle I absolutely love and more importantly, can afford.This experience was as, if not more, efficient and seamless as the last time. Literally, all I had to do was give them my criteria and I was notified within minutes that they had something they felt would be a good fit. I came to the dealership to inspect the vehicle, and it really couldn’t have been a better experience. The car was ready when I arrived. Cole explained all the features compared to my previous vehicle and set everything up in the new one. Justin submitted my financials, Matt went diligently through the paperwork with me, Patrick tied the deal together with a bow and I drove off in a beautiful ‘22 Camry.Thanks, guys!!! I bought a 2021 Toyota Corolla from Russ Darrow Toyota in September of 2020. I was greeted by Ryan who was very polite and happy to help me with my car buying experience. Since then I have taken my car for service numerous times (for additional accessories regular maintenance) and have had great experiences. Everyone is friendly and happy to help! I came home late one night and noticed that a piece of metal punctured my tire. I was able to bring my car in the next morning with a spare and they were able to squeeze me in to get my tire repaired. The cost of service was fairly priced! I will continue to have my vehicle serviced here. Great staff, fair prices, and excellent service!

Top notch service!On my way to a meeting, I realized my tire was getting VERY low on air. I stopped at a gas station, filled it up and went to my meeting. After the meeting, I was happy to see my tire still had air, but had already lost 6psi so I knew I had to get it fixed right away. I called the service center for pricing and to get an appointment. I asked if I could drop off the car as I was worried about the tire going totally flat if I took the car home. The gentleman on the phone offered to take look at it right away. I arrived 5 minutes later and within 10 minutes was out the door with a fixed tire! Thanks so much for the fantastic service!!

Eric was an awesome sales associate! He presented himself professionally yet very friendly. He answered all my questions and made my experience purchasing my first exceptionally nice truck an exciting fun experience. 5 stars are not enough!!!! This also goes for the dealership itself - the general manager, finance manager, and ALL other team members presented themselves in the same manner. Such a purchase can be somewhat scary. This was simple, comfortable, and a great memory.

Well when my appointment is at 4:30 I expect to be taken care of. However when they come in at 5:20 and tell me my car is now on the lift for an oil change. Then I am not very happy because Ive already sat there for over an hour and then I still have to wait for the oil change to be done. Especially when they cost $60. However at least they are very polite.

He kept me in the loop on the entire process, and answered any questions which I had. I worked with Justin in Finance, and he was also great! He was quick with the loan process and very informative! I worked directly with Bob Berger in trading in my 2019 Tacoma for a 2021 4Runner. With times being very different, I had to wait a couple of months to finalize the deal and get my new ride (not at all Russ Darrows fault - thnx covid). Bob kept me updated every step of the way. I knew what to expect and he was super professional but also personable as well. Anytime I go into the dealership everyone is very accommodating and polite. We bought a Toyota Sienna in June of 2015. Ive had all the service done at this location. Its always been fine, however in the last year or so I feel like its slipping. You make an appointment for an oil change/tire rotation, plan to be waiting an hour and a half. The last time I was here, I was having problems with our gas door, they told me it would be a warranty replacement. Great! However for the oil change, tire rotation and to take the gas door off, I waited here 3 hours. Im currently waiting in their waiting area to get it put on...1 hour and 15 minutes. It shouldnt take this long with an appointment, to put on a gas door...

I have a Toyota dealership about four blocks from my home. Trying their website service appointment, they had nothing open for 10 days!!I want a simple oil and filter change for my Sienna.Darrow of West Bend has a Service Department open until 4PM on Saturdays. Friday night around 8pm, l set up a Saturday oil change appointment at 1pm!They even washed the car.

I called Russ Darrow about a car they had listed on their website. Upon arrival for a test drive the car was not in the condition it was listed. The GM was using the vehicle as a demo and didnt even have the courtesy to remove his stuff or the golf clubs from the back. They also added a warranty package to this car so the listing price was actually a few thousand more than the website stated. The website showed less that 100 miles on this and it actually had over 500. Not sure about you but if im paying sticker price for a new car I want it to be new. They would not work with me at all on this and would only remove the warranty if I did financing thru them. I also had stated when I called that I had my own financing all ready to go. I have never been treated so poorly. I would not recommend Russ Darrow Toyota to anyone. You will have a much better experience somewhere else!!!

I bought a Lexus GX 460 on 7/15/2021. After two weeks I found out the front right side bumper was damage and they glued(Can be seen in gray) it to the body for temporary fix. I texted them with the detail message along with the picture, not reply. I emailed them using their website and no respond. Today is 9/2/2021 still no one contacted me. Highly disappointed!

Chris and Seth in the service department were amazing! I had my tires rotated 1/23 and they went above and beyond! First Chris wiped down my vans sliding doors and greased them. I was suppose to clean them prior to coming, but my schedule got very busy prior to my appointment. He told me dont worry, Ill do it! What great customer service! Then I inquired about recent recalls my vehicle may have and Seth got right down to business and showed me which parts are covered for the next few years. He went over my concerns and reassured me anything my vehicle needed done, they could fix/replace. He and Chris even went over wiper installation with me. What a great team and very helpful! I left there feeling so grateful for their excellent service and help. I service both my Toyota Camry and Toyota Sienna there. Thank you! 😊

Worst dealer ever and worst car buying experience ever. On June 2, 2020 at about 11:30 am central my husband and I went in to go pay cash on a truck listed at about $38,000. The salesperson “Matt” said the dealership would not sell us the truck (even at the sticker price) without financing through them and that we would not be allowed to pay cash for it. If we want the truck we would need to pay full sticker price and finance through them.” How desperate of a dealership to force customers to complete deals that they do not want to; we were willing to pay for the sticker price as is. I even asked to speak to a manager about this and Matt said the manager was not in, which I am sure it was a lie. I will share with all my family and friends to not shop at this place. This dealer has lost my business for life. I hope no one ever has this kind of experience buying a car. You think dealers would want to sell their cars at sticker price and get it off their list as soon as possible.

Worked with salesman Michael Wagner to pick out a great used 4RUNNER. He was knowledgeable, personable, answered my questions, and was very low-pressure and patient. A lot of car salespeople are smarmy and fake, no matter where you go, but Michael was genuine and really seemed to be focused on me and my needs, not his commission.I already knew what I wanted going in and had done my research. That said, based on my experience with him, I would recommend him to those who are not car savvy, need help selecting which models and trim packages are the right fit, or are afraid of getting ripped off by a slick-talker. Hes the kind of guy Id want selling a car to my mom if I wasnt there.Finance manager was helpful and professional as well. He did attempt some up-selling on protection packages and warranties, but that is his job, so I cant fault him for that, and he was polite when I declined those options. Know what you need and what your budget is before going into the finance managers office (no matter what dealership you choose).

Just picked up my new 2021 4Runner Off Road..Switched from Chevrolet...the SUVs by GM are outrageously too large and expensive. My experience at Russ Darrow Toyota was incredible. Salesman Travis Schubert and Pre-Owned Manager Pat Moschea were very welcoming and informative from the start. We picked the snowiest night of the year to check out a car that had just hit their lot. I decided it was the one for me and Pat offered to have the car delivered to me at my work the next day (an hour away!!!) so I didn’t have to drive my new car home in a blizzard!!! The service advisor talked to me like I was a wall. (My car wouldnt start and there was no sign that the battery was working.) I advised him I was there for an illuminated engine light after I had the car battery replaced by AAA. $158 later... (My car is under warranty for 3 years or 36,000 miles. It had 10,200 miles and its a 2020 Toyota.)He immediately said it wont be covered under warranty since AAA touched my car.After 45 minute wait, the Russ Darrow Toyota service advisor said the bill WAS ONLY $139 for 2 fuses that failed. I looked at the invoice and the total charged was $169, or broke down $139.95 for labor and $17 for shop supplies + tax.After I called and relayed my situation to ToyotaHeadquarters the service manager called me. Our phone connection dropped so he (Jordan Seagren) emailed me and suggested I email what had happened. I replied to the email and I never heard from Russ Darrow Toyota again.And to think my whole decision for buying a Toyota for reliability and integrity was stamped out now.Dismayed I am. Wow.

Sales mgr Patrick tried to tell me bc I am from out of state I could only finance through their banks. You lost a sale - even at sticker price the car was where I needed to be - we only had to agree on a number make a deposit and I bring you a cashiers check from my bank. You’ll sell the car to someone else but this 1 star will hang.Ally, you were nice though.

I went there 2 times and had 2 completely different experiences. The first time I went to test drive an Audi where the sales guy accompanied me, his name was Steve and he was great, answered all my questions and gave no pressure. In the end the Audi just didn’t work out. Then a month later I come back to test drive a Jeep Wrangler, I get the used car manager this time named Patrick, I tell him I’d prefer to go alone because I already know features Jeep offers from driving different models, I just want to see how it handles, halfway through the drive the roof leaks into the cabin onto the radio, I’m trying to wipe it off so nothing breaks. I get back and he asked how it went and I tell him overall not my kind of ride but glad I found it out, I told him that the roof leaked and his excuse was “well it’s a Jeep” ok first of all it was a hard top and cost about 27,000 dollars, I don’t expect any car to be leaking from the ceiling at that price point, I told him I hope it gets fixed and that I guess the 2 doors just aren’t for me and he says “well if your going to be that picky good luck” in a very cocky manor, now I heard from other employees that many people have complained about Patrick (customer and employees alike, I had a friend who worked in the body shop) and his demeanor towards customers but I wonder why he is still there, my Dad went back and purchased a brand new truck from them so didn’t deal with him considering he’s a used car manager, but put in a word saying he was rude, and again they agreed they’ve heard it before, I do hope he gets talked to and taught how to act like a manager to a good name brand.

Had a great experience buying a 2017 Toyota Highlander. Jim was straight forward, professional and just an all around great guy to deal with.
