If I can rate this Overland Farms a zero I would.At 3:30-3:36 pm November 2,2021 I walked Into store to a store clerk Sherry her name and asked her I want $20.75 cents at pump 12 she saidWhatI repeated It to her again and she says $275 dollars playing stupid.Thus I turn around to leave with no recipet she refused to give me she mummies and curses behind my back this I turn around to confront her to hear what she said and she exploded I WASNT TALKING TO YOU!!!!!!!Thus starting and confrontation and then before I can address her respectfully and Interviening customer gets involve breathing down my mouth with no mask and says he dont care the black guy says and he and the rest of the people joined In completely violate me verbally and physically.I called corporate made a report on Sherry.The district manager have my phone# and refused to call me because law enforcement were called and believe Im not worth It but he or she Is wrong because I paid my money for good service not bad.Very low down Prejudice Staff In Cumberland Farms West Hartford CT They are lyers and cheaters they even ran outside cursing and screaming back at me.

I went in Cumberland farm in west Hartford and Tyquan the store guy is phenomenal!! Best worker there!The guy makes you feel right at home, he talks up he asks do you need anything, he expressed Concerned when dealing with customers!Since he’s came to this Cumberland farm it’s been way cleaner and he’s very hardworking!I can appreciate workers like him!!Great Worker Cumberland

All the workers there are very friendly and eager to help. Theres one employee who seems to be there whenever I walk in and that is Chris. He is really helpful, polite and very customer service focused. He really deserves recognition because workers like him are hard to find. Thank you Chris!

Today I went to get a couple of drinks today and the cashier I believe her name is Sherrie ?????( in West Hartford CT), her demeanor was very nasty and I did not like her tone. I called the store for a manager and I was told that the person would not be in tomorrow,so I call corporate to make them aware. The store is great but one of their cashier she was very rude. Not cool but otherwise good place for coffee or refreshment.

I stop by for breakfast almost every morning and the breakfast sandwiches are always hot and delicious...the prices are amazing and the staff is always extremely polite

I stop by once in a while when in town for cheap and good coffee.This store is night and day difference from a few years ago; clean, staff are actually friendly, and they always ask if you need anything else.Public restroom, and air pump at this location too.

This is a nice, newer gas station and convenience store. It can be tricky to enter and exit depending on which road you are on. Gas prices are very competitive.

Gas price here is little bit higher than the other Crumberland Farms

Just an awful experience. Located in the corner of an already busy intersection, getting in and out of here is a pain. The way they attempt to make concrete dividers to make a separate in and out lane, makes it an easy target for people who want to ruin the undersides of their car.Earlier, I had an issue where they wouldnt accept a screenshot of a coupon from their app, because smart pay closes out when it loses wifi range. Tried to tell them I took the screenshot only moments before (I used to walk to this Cumberlands once a week), and they flat out told me there was nothing they could do. Walked outside, got wifi again, and showed them for a brief few seconds before the app closed again (Still with 10 minutes left on the clock). Hope this was all worth losing a customer for a free Dr. Pepper.The only positive thing I can say about this place, is its nice and clean. One of the newer style cumberland farms, with a big array of hot food.

Worst customer service ever & I am a frequent customer at Cumberland farms, although not st at this location. Thank God I do no frequent this location.Went to get gas at 11:45 pm. While my wife was pumping gas, I went to use the restroom . Apparently, they close at 12 am and that is their pretext to refuse service 15 mins before. Employee named Brooke was at the counter and she outright refused to let me use the restroom even though it was urgent. Request meant nothing. Her excuse and response was “Corporate policy”. Really? I will have to call corporate & find out.

I come here a lot to get coffee. It cost a dollar for any size. The coffee is ok, I really just drink it for the caffeine. My doctor said I have to be careful of drinking too much caffeine because I have a bad heart. But when I can get a 32 ounce coffee for one dollar, im losing money not taking advantage of that. Plus its relaxing knowing that it could kill me. Anyway, they keep this place clean.

This place is gross! What in hell they need new staff! Or something, was pouring soda and a fly flew out of the maker! Then went to get a pre-made parfait and there was a dead spider in it! I just left. Fix this place nastyyyy

I love this store!!! The coffee, the food, and the gas prices arent bad... The only complaint I have is theres this lady that works there in the morning (I would give her name but Im not lol) who must be a manager or something. She doesnt have the most happy pleasant face and seems to have an attitude. I know its early and/or people are going thru things in their lives, but your job requires a friendly approach. I dont take her attitude faces or anything personal being that usually i will, but I know this world is full of sensitve people and might have a problem with it and may complain and try to have her job removed...

Store looks great, the pumps are almost always full so it can get very congested at times. I take advantage of the free SmartPay app and the discount on gas. The only problem is the amount of drivers leaving via the New Park Ave. exit and the confusion that it is only a right turn exit. Was almost in an accident because one driver took a left turn but didnt see the other driver coming into the gas station effectively hitting them and stopping as i was driving through the New Park Ave. lane to work. That person certainly wasnt paying enough attention. It is the second incident ive witnessed and the first I was almost directly involved with. Point is paint on the parking lot exit a right turn only arrow along with the sign posted warning the same. Thanks!

I can’t bite their pizza they keep steal and long period of time if you don’t believe go there and check it out.
