Cashier was yelling at a homeless lady to move away from the front door. As I watched him yell at her, I realized the gas pump that I was at was not functioning properly. I didn’t even want to go inside and deal with him because he was really rude to the homeless lady but I also didn’t want anyone to pull up to the same pump after me and get gas using my card info. So, I tried to go inside anyway and ask him to cancel the transaction and allow me to pay cash instead. The cashier just stood there staring at me and waving his hand. I was confused so I left and got gas somewhere else. Very weird experience. Definitely won’t be returning.

BEWARE OF CARD SKIMMERS. My credit card info was recently stolen here by a skimmer on the pumps card reader. Racked up hundreds in charges in a weeks time. Pay cash or, better yet, use a different station.

Tried to overcharge me twice. Double check your receipt or better yet, avoid them altogether.

As a woman getting gas at 11 o’clock at night can have its issues already. Adding on top a malfunctioning machine definitely does not help the situation. When I went inside to address the situation with the employee, he insisted that I just didn’t pay, even though I had entered my card and my ZIP Code and it was the machine that just continue to keep loading. It was not just myself who is having trouble another vehicle Had been circling trying to find a pump at work, when I explain that to the employee instead perhaps it’s just a matter of you authorize me on your end he explained to me that I just need to pay, and not listening or trying to help the situation in anyway. Terrible customer service and definitely a lack of knowledge on how the machines work, could use a lot of training here.

I used the machine for tire air I filled three tyres then the machine turned off. NP, so I put in four more quarters but the machine doesnt start so I cant fill my fourth tire. The woman working inside says the machine is broken, I cant have my dollar back, she doesnt know who the manager is or a customer service number, then just kept telling me shes new so she doesnt know anything.

Walked in made a purchase but was refused on a request for 4 quarters, very rude. Avoid.

Had to use the restroom really bad and the cashier did not let me use the restroom unless i bought something there i never had this problem at no other gas station
