Pink Dot has vastly improved over the years. I have been a customer since they first opened over 30 years ago and I have always been grateful for the store. I can honestly say that I have always had great experiences with ordering from them for delivery or running into the store to pick up something. The place has become amazing. They have a great inventory. There are even some unusual things like my favorite passion fruit sorbet. They make great sandwiches and have wonderful service. Thank you Pink Dot for always being there in a moments notice.

This is mainly a liquor store that happens to have icecream and sandwiches.

I placed a Postmates order tonight and after about an our an half after it said “your order is taking longer than expected” I called to ask how much longer it would be and the female I spoke to with super kind but then passed me onto the manager who’s name is Rob who then proceeded to tell me they did not get the order, it wasn’t his problem but postmates and that he didn’t have time for “this”. If this is customer service and consideration then this person Rob should not be in charge. It’s disappointing, I got home from work and was excited to eat and was waiting a long time then I call to be yelled at and dismissed. Not cool. I have a recording which I can post also.

I was contacted by Pink Dots owner - Sol. It appears that Sol is taking a bigger role in the business and is working on improving reviews. I do appreciate that effort for sure.I ordered from Pink Dot earlier this week and this time the order was seamless. Their website is easier to use than the platform I had switched too - Yummy. The delivery charge is a bit steep - I had forgotten about that. But my order was correct and came quickly. No problems.I had told Sol it was OK for him to call me, but now Im getting calls from a woman that works for Pink Dot. And honestly, Im getting a little perturbed. I appreciate one phone call/outreach and even a follow-up, but I dont need or want to speak with the entire company about my previous Yelp review. Im not ever vague about my feelings or experience.So Pink Dot DID reach out. They were very gracious and apologetic. And Ive tried them again. There is a very good chance that Ill order from them at some other time in the future.

Ive used Pink Dot since the early 1990s.The store is great for late night munchies, drinks and cigs or early morning delivery. Luv Pink Dot 💗!

Wow! I didnt know Pink Dot was still around. Its been a long time. Jimmy Fallon just mentioned it on his speech and Googled it. Thats crazy. I give you a 5 star for hanging in there and still thrive when all these other new companies are popping up. Keep up the good work.

Scam company. Ordered two tequila on door dash through them for a birthday party and they cancelled it without warning after waiting an hour. This company mis represents inventory (fraud) then cancels on its consumers with worst customer service possible. Still no refund yet either.

Great food as well so dont think just cause they are grocery their food isnt as good...always one of my favorites. Helps that its 2 driveways away too!

Unfortunately, I have had another negative experience with this store after many years of wonderful service - I placed an order, which was delivered late and incorrectly, and when I called the store to request a refund, the very rude, bitter young woman on the phone responded quickly with insults and refused to refund my money. Im not going to make any personal judgments as to her class, education, etc., but it was clear. I would like a full refund and an apology from management. Ridiculous.

Pink Dot is the effing worst. Ordered from Postmates and it wasnt until my Postmate arrived that I was told I could not have a contact-free delivery because he needed my ID. No alcohol, cigarettes, nothing restricted — just store policy that all orders needed ID. Because thats good — to insist on more person to person contact and handing things back and forth in a pandemic. Ridiculous. Tried to call and per usual line is busy.

Perfect for late night needs. It was close to the hotel, open when other shops/restaurants were closed and had everything we needed.

This place has the worse customer service & staff!!! It’s seems like they need a refresher course in how to treat people?! I was making a delivery for Susie Sandoval and she wasn’t there so her loser Cashier (((who was rude by the way)) lied and tried to act like he was her....and gave me her last name instead of his last name.....however, I see why they have so many bad reviews....Customer Service is lacking! By the way, on the outside they have a huge mural of Kobe Bryant that looks nothing like him!!! Done very poorly & that does not look good at all....

A very organized store, staff/team were very helpful!

I was picking up a postmates order and they gave my order to another driver. When the customer asked for a substitution due to them no longer having any of the original requested item, staff had an attitude with me because of the customers request. Very poor customer service.

Perfect for that lazy night when you want a bottle wine or simply a piece of chocolate cake or a pack of cigarettes or just some fruit salad. The delivery fee is sometimes cheaper than gas. I believe they’re open really late also.

Open late and lived next door to this store which made Pink Dot the most CONVENIENT store Ive ever shopped at. Not only are the late hours great but they DELIVER!!!!(tip: ordering food here, the Fettuccine with chicken is really tasty and fills you up)

Nifty smaller shop with things you wouldnt find at most places

Be prepared to wait a minimum of 2 hrs for your delivery. And on top of that set aside another 90 minutes because 3 out of my 6 orders Ive ordered from them they brought the wrong items and had to return. The manager was a girl i talked to and she was not helpful and did absolutely nothing to make the situation better. Ill be paying for a higher delivery fees using postmates for now on. At least Ill know my order is correct and doesnt take up to 4 hrs. It doesnt surprise me one bit this place already has a 3.6 rating

Absolutely horrible customer service. My delivery arrived 1 hour after I placed the order and everything was warm. Further, when I called to notify the store, the staff and manager were both extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. No apology was rendered, but rather they argued. I will never shop with this store in the future.

Refused to give my postmate the cigaretters I ordered claiming that someone else had picked them up and was on their way. No one else came. So basically they screwed up and gave my cigarettes to the wrong person. Plus they had an attitude about it.

I asked staff, how do I know how much items cost (because nothing whatsoever in this store has a price tag. Placed an order at 7:30pm for milk, bagels, honey and fruit. Entered my address and credit card information and received a response that my order would be delivered at about 8:30pm. At 8:36pm, when order had not appeared, I checked my order status to find that my address (in Brentwood) was Outside Delivery Area. Would have been nice if they had informed me of this earlier.

Good place to park the car if you hit the Comedy Store also decent wraps. Everything costs what you think it will on Sunset Blvd

Cant beat the hours. This place has a pretty good selection. Sure delivery takes a while but they cant be beat if you want to order after 11 pm.

They are ALWAYS out of what I order, they call me to say theyll replace it but charge me anyway after a 2 hour wait. The driver had an attitude on top of it and whats up with the old school credit card machine? That makes me VERY uncomfortable. Bad all around. Ill learn to drive to the store, I just thought theyd be handy after surgery. Bad experience.

My girlfriend had food delivered to my house when I was sick. When Marvin showed up and saw it was a guy at the door, he had to verify I was supposed to get the order, thats fine. So my girlfriend sent a picture of her card with all but the last 4 numbers covered to Marvins phone, but that wasnt good enough for Marvin. For some reason, even though she had already paid online, Marvin wanted all the card information, which I said isnt necessary since all we were doing was confirming the right address.HE THEN whipped out his phone and started showing me all the credit cards that people had sent him to prove that its normal, WHICH IS EXACTLY WHY I didnt want her information on this guys phone.It ended up he said I was wasting his time and he stormed off with the groceries.Then I called the store to tell them to refund her card, which the condescending woman at their front desk said they wouldnt do.Dont shop here, its not worth the time for all this trouble.

Pinkdot used to be my go to for delivery but its gone WAY downhill. Last 3 orders were 90mins-2hours plus. They always claim to be short-staffed when I call wondering where my order is, but do nothing to resolve the issue if they are. Suggested they refund only the delivery fee and was met with zero customer service.

I ordered food it never came and they charged my card they told me I was out of their range but they charged me anyway! Ive ordered in Hollywood in the past and one particular time they sent rotten chicken wings. Ive had enough. Pink Dot is not what it used to be. Its been 4 weeks and I never got my money!!!!
