This is our 4th TempurPedic mattress (plus 2 others) and weve always purchased from Sam. Hes helped my wife and I, my parents and my in-laws sleep comfortably. He has always given us amazing customer service both in-person and over the phone. Hes made himself available to answer texts quickly and provided the best sleep advice. He is, and always will be our go-to for mattress.

I wanted to buy a Prana/Lotus mattress, I was helped by Jordan Cohen, he understood right away that I knew what I wanted and easily walked me though a few options with the power boxspring. Mr. Cohen was just as astute about following up on the delivery as he was in the showroom.He is well-informed about his products and has a courteous gentlemanly manner, which is rare.

City Mattress*** Unbeatable Prices & Customer Service ***Was in the market for a new mattress asap and was told to try City Mattress. I had been to several big box stores and was not happy with their rates and delivery schedule.Immediately upon entrance, I was greeted by store manager Kelly Tucker. She was a delight and very knowledgeable. I told her what I was looking for and my budget, and she had several options for me.I ended up going with a Sealy memory foam mattress that is very comfortable. I’m actually writing this review from my new bed now.Not only was Kelly a great help but she also gave me additional discounts.Do yourself a favor and just go to City Mattress. I’m moving into a new townhome and the entire process has been extremely overwhelming. I purchased a mattress, bed frame and adjustable base from another company belt did not feel right about my decision- it felt rushed, and I couldn’t help but feel like I compromised on quality in my hastiness.I then decided to stop into City Mattress to see some more options and had the fortunate pleasure of meeting Debra who was more than patient, honest and educated enough to help me take a step back and reevaluate my purchase while comparing it to what she had to offer.Long story short, I ended up cancelling my entire order and getting everything through Debra and City Mattress. I was looking for a hybrid queen sized mattress. Told Jordan I needed it by the end of the week and he showed me a couple of options. He really knew his products and gave excellent advise. I havent received bed yet but Im sure it will give me years of peaceful nights sleep for years

I contract, no warranty and no return on $140.00 for return of box mattress. The place is a rip-off. I’ll never due business with them again.

The delivery company gave us attitude about removing the existing bed even after I specifically mentioned it upon placing the order. After spending several thousand dollars with CM, Id expect a higher level of service. I even called last week to notify them of the discrepancy and no one even bothered calling me back.

I have purchased twice from City Mattress and I must say it has been an great experience on both occasions. I have order merchandise over the phone and was very impressed with the customer sevice. I brought my mom to the PB Lakes location about a month ago for an adjustable bed. Debra Sandler was our sales person. She asked questions to discern what kind of mattress my mom was looking for, and then she recommended a particular bed. It was fantastic, but we couldnt believe it. My mom laid on other beds, and even tried another store, before coming back and buying the original one Debra suggested. The delivery was quick and professional. Its been a month now, and my mom is sleeping better than she has in years! We are more than satisfied with the purchase and Im thrilled at the improvement in my moms quality of life. Very unfulfilled for delivery, they told us that in 2 weeks they would deliver us and we have been waiting 5 weeks and they still say that it does not arrive

I just met with Kelly Tucker. She was awesome. She knows everything about those mattresses, I told her what I was looking for and she showed me the most affordable as compared to the most expensive. And she allowed me to make my own decision without any high-pressure sales. Really really like this company. And Kelly was super friendly.

Always a fabulous experience buying here. Weve referred friends, family and even our children. Of course we have bought beds for all our rooms over the decades for our own home and well continue to do so. Our salesperson Debra was patient and helpful, never pushy . Store is clean and the selection is huge. Our delivery went smoothly too. The guys called when they were on their way with an accurate delivery window and actually showed up on time and were courteous and respectful of our home. Finally you must check out the house brand Prana. Its the most comfortable investment weve ever made.

We were looking to purchase a new mattress this weekend and went into city mattress in wes palm beach off palm beach lakes Blvd. we had the worst experience ever, the rep had not have a clue about the products in her store and kept running back to another rep to ask questions. The name of the rep was April and she had a nasty attitude, I would never recommend anyone to go see her, speak to anyone else besides her and you will be ok.

The same attitude is shared and applied by his management and sales team. This time around I had the pleasure of being taken care of by Kelly and Deborah. Their professionalism is second to none. Wonderful buying experience. The sales associate knew her stuff and showed us all the options available to us. No high pressure tactics that one might expect From furniture or mattress store. The ordering online process was so simple. I had already been into my local city mattress store and tried out the beds. After some thought, I chose the sequoia. I wanted to see if there were any coupons or sales online so I looked before I went back to the store brocade my sales person said there weren’t any. Upon further investigation, I found a coupon! It was online only. Sooo, I got a nice lady to help me out and order it online. She was awesome! And I got my bed delivered the next day!! The service was fantastic. Can’t say enough good things about Nera Langston. I went in to help my father find a new mattress that’s comfortable and safe. She went to work moving mattresses from one bed to another to help him lie down and test them out. Dad is getting older and moves a little slow. She was very patient with him. She picked up on his physical issues, and made suggestions that were helpful. So glad we came in, would highly recommend.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I purchased a mattress in their clearance center three months ago and got the mattress several days later. After a week or so, we realized that the mattress was too soft. We were told that if we didnt like the mattress that we could exchange it with no problem. So we went back there and told them we would like to exchange it. The older guy who works there was so rude and made us feel like we did something wrong. He wouldnt help us and stated that He was too busy. Anyways, we dealt with a different salesperson and got a different mattress in the clearance center that was more firm. When the delivery guys came, the new mattress was folded in half in plastic wrap. My boyfriend and I were shocked and called Keith the store manager who tried to play it off and say that it was okay for that mattress to be folded because it didnt have springs. We tried the mattress out and our butts were literally sinking into the spot where it was folded. We called the manufacturer who stated that the mattress should absolutely not be bent in half! So we went back for a third time and told Keith that we decided to just get a new bed. We didnt even tell him about what we found out about folding the mattress because we didnt want to argue. Keith was very rude and stated that we cant just keep exchanging mattresses. Well Keith, we wouldnt have to if your mattresses werent defective. We also explained how rude his employee was to us last time and he stated that he has been counseled on his behavior. Great. We ended up buying a brand new mattress and we were told that it would be $2,600. We have had the mattress for a month and it is much better. I got the bill from Wells Fargo because we financed it and it was for $2,910. My boyfriend called Keith who stated that he would look into and that it would be credited back....we never heard back from him. I have been trying for weeks to talk to someone about this. I guess Keith has been out sick and no one would help us. I talked to one sales rep who stated I dont want to get involved with this. I had another one who tried to tell us the reason that it was more than quoted was because of taxes and the mattress frame! Really?!?! I called again this week and Keith was finally back at work. I asked him to please fix this and he stated he would get back to me that day. Never heard from him. So I have called corporate headquarters and the vice president of customer relations wont call me either. His secretary told me he is out of the state and Keith will call me. umm.... I dont want to deal Keith who has not helped me at all. It is obvious that the corporate office doesnt want to correct these mistakes either! This place is the worst and they are all a bunch of used car salesmen!!!!!!

We were there for 1 hour and the whole time we were there they did not talk to us one time no hellos or how can we help you there were about 10 employees and 3 people there together there but they did not even make eye content with us i was disappointed
