I highly recommend this place, the manager Joe was beyond phenomenal, professional, patient, informative and kind. Joe made my husband, 2year old daughter and myself feel very welcomed, he took his time to let me carefully choose all my items,he never pressured or rushed us although he had other customers waiting.He even gave my daughter a pink stuffed turtle just to help her feel comfortable while we made a decision.He was very honest with us about the delivery dates and prices, honestly I will be doing more business with South Florida Furniture. In the beginning I was skeptical about this specific furniture store. But after a conversation with Joe, I decided to give his business the doubt. Joe was very helpful helping me decide what I really wanted to buy. I bought a genuine top grain leather sofa and a matching genuine top grain leather armchair. Thankfully, it arrived before the 15 days with was the estimated time of arrival. I cannot be anymore satisfied with my purchase. I will definitely buy the matching love seat off Joe in the future

Wow!!! Such a quick, pleasant experience. I was approved right away for financing! Which is such a GREAT help, especially in times like this. Very happy with the service since I drove all the way from Delray Beach after work and they are conveniently located OFF southern Blvd near Wellington.

Buyer beware! We bought a few pieces of furniture from here about a year ago after buying our house. At first we were happy with them. The couch still to this day has a weird smell to it and and everybody in my family gets sore throats when spending any extended period of time on it especially if you fall asleep on it. It also got worn out very quickly and is not comfortable at all, when i go to friends and relatives houses and sit on there couch i am reminded of how uncomfortable ours is and regret ever walking into this furniture place. I would not recommend buying anything from here especially if you have children.

Worst experience ever just now. You do not talk to people like that. And youre the manager? I understand youre passionate about your brand new mattresses, but as the customer, I should never feel like Im being yelled at. You were absolutely condescending when you could have simply explained why your products are better. Yelling? To get your point across? I would have been so much more receptive if you talked vs yelled at us. Ive never experienced this in my years of being the buyer or the seller. Your employee had us nearly SOLD! We were ready to pay for all 3 beds. We are in the business. We buy and furnish property. This isnt our first rodeo. In the world of business, thats what you do...negotiate. But you ruined it. For your store and this young man who helped us. Im appalled that you are the manager in charge of these young minds. Shame on you. I hope you made it on time to pick up your daughter.

If your looking for a decent/good mattress at a good price, I would recommend this place. I feel I paid a good price, compared to other places I looked at.I was treated with respect, they loaded it in my truck and made sure it was secured. I was also offered a two week comfort exchange, if she didnt like it.

Everyone was very friendly and showed me all my options. I went to get a dresser and was more than happy with what I found and how I was treated.

I give this place 5 stars easily. Joe and the other staff members were very knowable and friendly. Every question I had was answered. I ordered new bedroom furniture (two nightstands, a dresser and a new bed). The day I placed my order, the nightstands and dresser were delivered to me (because they were in stock). I just received my bed today - only one week after ordering (my headboard was ordered custom). The furniture is high quality and in perfect condition. This business is extremely deceptive. Do not buy anything from them and do not use Cash. I purchased 2 GREY couches (floor models) but they delivered 2 white couches! I called to fix the issue and the sales rep said he had already left the company but the owners would help. (A guy once featured on American greed) Once I went in to fix the problem the owners basically said the couch I purchased was never in the showroom and said there was never a GREY couch in stock. I know every piece he said, so I said, why not review the security tapes, they replied it only goes back 6 days. Lies lies lies. Then it gets better, they said they have the couch I want in another warehouse but wanted another $1000 because they lost money on the original deal lies lies lies. They refused to help, blamed me and my wife and then said it was my fault. I offered to deliver all the wrong couches back to them just give me a refund, and he said Im trying to sell couches not take them back. They basically sold my GREY couch for more money after I left and then sent me the white couch and said I should have refused the delivery, I bet - so that I would be without any couches and they can point to their sign no refunds or exchanges that includes, if they bait and switch you they are protected by that sign. My advice, never buy anything from them just ask them why dont take refunds and exchanges and watch them back peddle on the reasons. There is a reason why everything is so cheap, its not because they are closing its because the sign protects them after the sale. Its a family owned business and there is NO loyalty to the customer, just their pockets, its simply, give them your money and DONT expect it back, even if they give you the wrong items. “Buyer Beware” I purchased almost $10,000 worth of furniture from this place. Within 1 week of the furniture being delivered the king bed post wood snapped and broke jerking me off the bed. I contacted the company about it and was told I would receive a call back to have a repair company fix it. No phone call back. I contacted customer service and they have been giving me the run around now for almost 3 months that they can’t get a strait answer from the manufacture then finally told me I could go to the location and pick out a new piece. I go there they let me walk around pick and a new bed and then the owner Mr. Marcello said he would like to look further into the situation that he’ll get back to me. At this point I was sold a defective bed and these Italian mafioso guys aren’t running a legit business selling furniture that is not quality and they have the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with in my life. I warn you do NOT buy this cheep furniture that will break on you because after they get your money they don’t care and will NOT make it right. Don’t make the mistake I did. There are a lot of other furniture company’s in the area with better prices and better quality. Stay away from these crooks!!!

Do not go to this place on Southern Blvd in West Palm beach. Find a better furniture place that have real furniture for you to look at in person and not through a magazine. All sales are final at this place so be careful on what furniture you pick out. They are snake charmers at this place their goals are to sell you a furniture so they will offer you “discounts” and “sale” prices to break you down and get you to buy something so just be aware and cautions on the furniture cause you could end up with a furniture that looks nothing like the one you pick out through the catalogs.

I bought a bedroom set from them that is extremely poor quality and not at all what the description stated. Wrong color, wrong fabric, damaged, poor manufacturing. Family owned and operated, makes it seem like its a nice family owned company. Thats not the case at all. Its a bunch of people trained to screw you over with their finance deals that seem so good, however they add fees on top of fees on top of fees and its disgusting what they do to people. Not only behind the paperwork but even the way they treat you, they act like your below them, needless to say I will never even think about doing business with this company nor will anyone i know because I feel included to make sure noone goes through what I did with them

Frankly, I do not understand the many 4 and 5 star reviews. My wife and I had been shopping for furniture and with hopes to view a broader range of items before purchasing we called South Florida Furniture and asked if they have leather sectionals, being told yes we have many. We drove the 28 miles to find a very small warehouse with cement floors and little furniture, mostly mattresses. We were greeted by a very nice guy, the same that we talked to on the phone. When asked if they have another spot where all the furniture and specifically sectionals are at he showed me his laptop and said they are all online. When I said I needed to see them in person, sit on them, see the construction he directed me to go to Ashley Furniture as that is the supplier they buy from. I had already been to Ashley and we looked up a couple pieces that I had already purchased and the cost was the same. The employee then said wow, well I can discount it some more...I appreciate that someone is trying to grow a business, keep overhead low but I felt very deceived by the website and being told they had all the items we were looking for which prompted the long drive. They should simply advertise We sell Ashley Furniture for less if you beat us down on price, but dont expect to see it, feel it or have any customer care after the sale.....Update:I just now see that a response has been posted by the owner. This proves my rating but will now be downgraded to 1 star. I was sitting next to me wife and heard the entire conversation. Never did she agree to come look through catalogs, we can do that online! I am disgusted by this response and more disgusted that my wife was called back the following morning and was begged to remove the poor rating as he said he was getting in trouble with the owner. As I was standing next to my wife during this, WE WERE ASKED TO REMOVE OUR POOR RATING! A very awkward p[hone call for us!! I was going to let this go as is but now the gloves are off and I will do all I can to make others aware to STAY CLEAR!!

CONT REVIEW FROM DAWN CONRADSo back inside I went and just kept walking around the bed thinking what am i gonna do ? I was so upset and at this time I also realized that the headboard light was not working correctly. I seriously just sat down and cried. I know silly to cry over a bed but it was more than that to me. I contacted Joe that same night or early the next day and voiced my concerns. He told me all I needed was a boxspring (I was told at the warehouse I didnt need one) to fix the gaps and he would have the delivery guys bring one Friday at no charge, and that they would remove the cardboard boxes in the dumpster. Unfortunately he said that I would need a new light switch and he would submit a claim for it and follow up with the factory. Remember this was in Sept, I AM STILL WAITING TO HEAR ABOUT THE LIGHTSWITCH.Not once did he apologize, I work with the public and when something goes wrong, EVEN IF ITS NOT YOUR FAULT you apologize to the customer and do your best to make it right.When the delivery guys came back with the boxspring on Friday, they laughed about the dumpster being full.I have not been able to use the light on my headboard even once, I actually just unplugged it. I believe I was given the wrong size mattress, and I believe Joe received his money so who cares about anything else.If I could go back in time I would GLADLY pay twice the amount I paid and go somewhere else. Joe turned what should have been a happy, once in a lifetime opportunity into a nightmare that I am still very upset about. I am 52 years old, it took this long for me to be able to afford a new matching bedroom set. I dont see it happening again in my lifetime.

Beware! I found this company looking to furnish my master bedroom. The warehouse was a mess with furniture displaced everywhere. They seemed to have good prices which lead me to believe it was just a busy company. I placed my original order on July 15th. which I specifically order solid wood furniture- which was made clear to the sales associate. I was promised to have the furniture delivered three weeks later. ONE MONTH LATER I called to find out my furniture was place on a extended back order and told I should come in to pick a different set because the one I originally chose was not available. I was out of town on business so my girlfriend went in to choose a different set. Three weeks later when I finally received the furniture, it was a particle board set- which was very flimsy and not what I wanted. When I called to complain about the quality I was told that it was an equal value set to my previous order (a complete wood set) and it was the highest quality particle board ashley furniture makes. ... When I finally knew that I was not receiving any kind of refund or exchange, I decided to put the set together. Thats when I realized I was sent the WRONG foot board for the bed. When I called once again to let them know, they told me the proper foot board would be ordered and here in a week.. when that foot board arrived at their warehouse, IT WAS THE WRONG COLOR. So I had to wait and additional week 1/2 for the correct foot board to arrive. .. FINALLY once the piece arrived, I was told to meet the sales associate somewhere so he could fit it into my compact car?? REALLY? When I asked if they would deliver it, I was told that it was not their problem and they are not going to pay the delivery fee. CUSTOMER SERVICE????? I was finally able to convince them to deliver my foot board during another delivery that just to happened to be in my area. .. 2 weeks LATE! South FL Furniture direct truly believed none of this was their problem and customer service was completely disregarded. Ordering from this company was one of the biggest mistakes I have made, and one of the dumbest investments. I highly suggest you do not deal with this company in any way, they do not care about their customers- all they want is your money in their pocket fast and easy.
