After spending years paying too much for my modern furniture I found Furniture Direct. I called and spoke to Jason. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to send me pictures and met my needs exactly as I requested he do. There was no pushy sales or trying to sell me something he wanted me to have. It was all about meeting and exceeding my needs. There were no sales promises made and not kept. Jason did and amazing job exceeding my expectations. I am posting an update to my review earlier this week:After the post I was contacted in a very timely fashion by the store. They did exhibit good customer service by offering their apologies and agreed to do what was necessary to provide us with the mattress set that we had chosen in the store, and some in-store credit for our inconvenience.Everything was delivered yesterday (delivery team was on time and courteous as on all 4 deliveries) and it was the proper set as on display. At this time it feels like a good choice and I appreciate the customer service and follow-up that enabled my situation to be resolved.*(ORIGINAL ENTRY)Not a positive experience. Wrong in many aspects. The mattress we received did not have the same topper as the mattress we tried in the store and did not have the same comfort level. We tried the queen in store was told it was available in a king and could even be delivered the next day! We paid cash and it was delivered. It seemed a bit hard and my husband did not sleep at all. I then tried numerous add on toppers to achieve a level of comfort. I did not realize the difference in the mattresses until I had to go back to the store to try and sort out the delivery of the wrong box springs. I did not really need new box springs but was sold a $200.set at $100. so they would match. They did not match. A second set was delivered the next week, they did not match either and were so substandard I refused them. The third set was delivered last week. Looked good, but after they were installed I see they are 6 too short. I was led to believe I was purchasing a name brand set at a bargain price, not so. The label states it was made in Hialeah, FL. I got only excuses from the store. Stating they cant be responsible for what comes from their warehouse. Thats either a bit shady or the worst quality control ever! Buyer beware! I thought that there could be trouble when I initialed the NO EXCHANGES - NO REFUNDS box.

First time shopping here and to say the least I’m very impressed. Alex customer service was great and he hooked us up with some free pillows. Helped us find what we were looking for. Delivery was quick and the stuff arrived in one piece. Very happy with our purchase. Would definitely recommend.

This piece on my couch does not sit properly and NEEDS TO BE REPLACED ASAP! I paid $1700 of my own money no credit for this couch and I WANT MY MONEY’s worth!!!!!The customer service here sucks! No response nothing done for over 5 weeks!!!!Jason called me and worked with to restore my sofa. He’s been so diligent and patient and is this company’s saving grace. In all the years I have purchased furniture, Furniture Direct is the worst I have ever dealt with. I purchased a 1600 dollars mattress and they delivered a 500 Mattress. The so called Manager Michael is worthless. I had to place a dispute with my credit card in order to get my money back. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THAT COMPANY AGAIN.

I can’t believe this place. I was at el dorado looking for a master bedroom set, they didn’t have anything in stock. I went to chik fil a an passed this store an I said to myself why not. I am coming to edit my past review because my experience and opinion has changed. I had a good experience at the warehouse and Carlos was great. From there my experience began to change. Im a young adult and this is my first time investing in a nice piece of furniture. Not only was it difficult to get my couch, but I did not know that assembly wasnt included in the hefty delivery fee. Ive never purchased a couch over $2k before let alone put it together. I was disappointed because I felt that they could have told me these things when I was purchasing the couch. Luckily the movers gave me a discount but I like when things are transparent and there was no warranty on the first 60 days of the couch.This is a one month update on the couch. The couch is holding up fine and easy to clean but it was not put together correctly. Definitely a learning experience. Will not go here again.

They wont repair my couch that ripped 3 days after they installed it. The lady was rude to my partner. Now they have upset and dont want to deal with it and keep hanging up. Ive been paying for a ripped couch for almost 3 months and no one can update me. This place is garbage. I have reported them to the BBB for scamming people out of their 90 day warranties by wrongfully denying to return their calls or update a client on their claim. This place will never have my business again, simple.
