If I could give you less stars I would. Company sells cars with GAP warranties and dosnt pay the GAP company so if you total your car your screwed they will literally sell you anything....no stars quality just a bad place dont believe me go see for yourself

The worst service EVER!.. They take their time doing things like people dont have nothing better to do with their day.... They constantly lie to you to have you sign unnecessary things.. .they ignore you as a customer when you walk in. No one wants to help unless you demand service. The worst car dealer ship you can ever spend your money at. They dont care about you or your service, just want to take your money.

This has been the worse experience of my life. There has been nothing but problems since I signed the contact. Not only was the pricing different that the original discussion, they forced me to pay upfront for my tag which I still haven’t received over a month later. I also upgraded my radio for a backup camera, they promised it would be installed when I picked up my car but that was far from the case. I have made three separate trips to this location just for my camera. The first time they waited until I was already here to tell me the part wasn’t in, the second time they put in the camera wrong, and lastly here I am today waiting for them to fix their mistakes which has taken over 5 hours. Having to drive over an hour there and back each time has not only been extremely annoying but also costly when it comes to gas and tolls. Would not recommend to anyone.

First off let me start off by saying I’m a very very very picky person and I want what I want. Nothing more or nothing less. I was referred to this dealership by my mom. I went here with the impression of being screwed over but this dealership indoctrinated different. I traded in a vehicle and got into a 2017 Infinit Q50. 2 months into that car I got into a total loss accident. There was a lot of things I did not understand so I relied on one person from the staff team. Her name was Pristine Clemmons. Anything I needed done she got it done. On and off the clock, she went above and beyond for me. There was not one thing I asked of her, that did not get done. This is by far the BEST customer service I received from just ONE person. I’m now into a new Infinit Q50 and I can’t thank their team enough for working hard for me.

Im 67 yrs old and have bought 21 cars from huge dealerships that treat you like a number! Here was a small dealership that not just the general mgr. Took an interest in you a d knows your name bue Ben Angela, and every single person went out of their wsy to get me into the car I wanted a2016 bMW 328I! Price was good, car was immaculatr, low mileage, and they helped me feel very comfortable. I would buy another car from them without hesitatin. Only regret can only give 5 stsrs, they deserve more! Let me start out by saying that I am very big on customer service. I did not know that purchasing a car would be so hard. I tried many different companys in WPB to Fort Lauderdale and everyone turned their noise up at me because of my repo. From the time I walked in Checkered Flag they were nothing more then amazing. I was greeted with a welcoming that made me feel excellent. Fran had me to feel out my credit application and then Alex took me under his wing and advocated for me to the fullest. Alex went over and beyond to help me in my time of need. Ben took me out on my test drive and made me feel very confident that the 2017 Nissan Altima was going to be mine. To finish up my paper work and seal the deal Nancy and per bubbly personality made me smile . This group of people were very personal and thats how all companys should be when customers are searching for a vehicle... MY PAYMENTS ARE HIGH, I MADE A HUGE DOWN PAYMENT FOR A CAR THAT IS NOT GOOD! MY TIRES WERE BAD, MY BRAKES, MY AC BOX! THERE WERE PIECES MISSING IN THE CAR THAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD REPLACED! WHEN THEY DID, I WATCH THEM TAKE IT FROM ONE CAR AND PUT IT IN MY CAR! I CONSTANTLY KEPT GOING BACK TO GET MY CAR FIXED AND THEY HAVE ACTED LIKE THEY FIXED MY CAR AND THEY LIED, GLUED THINGS BACK ON, AND PLAYED ME! PLEASE DONT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!! THE OWNER ACTS LIKE HES ALL ABOUT RESPECT AND HES NOT! I HAVE A FOUR YEAR OLD SON, MY CAR WAS STEAMING UP ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD BECAUSE MY AC BOX WAS BROKEN AND THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD FIX IT AND INSTEAD THEY GLUED THE BOX BACK TOGETHER INSTEAD OF REPLACING IT LIKE THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD!
