This place is terrible now!! I purchased my second car from these guys almost 15 years ago..It was a wonderful place.. It was only one location back then!! Very welcoming guys in a couple of Hawaiian shirts. Couple weeks ago I went to get a Cherokee and these guy Decide to wait until I was 20 miles away with my trade in on a flat bed to inform me the car is no longer available.. Once I get there I noticed another custom with the same issue. Quality over quantity!!
I was an out of state buyer (Massachusetts) purchasing a fairly expensive car sight unseen. Letty was great to deal with and always accessible. The team went out of their way to get the car to an independent 3rd party inspection service to help give me confidence in the purchase. My wife and I were picked up at the local airport and were driving home within a few hours. There were a few hiccups regarding paperwork but Letty, David and the rest of the Off Lease Only team dropped everything they were doing to make sure I got the paperwork I needed within the (unreasonable) constraints imposed by Massachusetts. What a great experience! Alonso has amazing customer service. I appreciate the fact that he was honest about the car fax and although my heart said one thing he assured me my fist choice Audi A3 premium was a much better choice and allover better vehicle. He didnt just want to sell me a car because I was looking at the cosmetics, he cared about the purchase I made and that means a lot. John was also super honest in regards to helping me understand and choosing the best Gap coverage. These guys do car selling right! Definitely recommend and I extremely happy with this experience.

All though I ended up not purchasing a vehicle from here, I wanted to mention the great experience I had at this dealership. My sales person was excellent. Bella was helpful, patient and available when I needed her even though she was busy. I never felt pressured. She never hovered, yet was never far away when I needed something. She was able to answer my questions and helped in my search for the right car. I would definitely come here again and I would encourage you to ask for Bella when coming to this Off Lease Only location. She will make your search pleasant and is extremely helpful. Also in my search for a vehicle, Off Lease Only had lower fees than most of dealerships I looked at and they are up front about those fees.
Make an appointment but find a better deal, text and cancel the appointment but a guy call me and try to make me cancel the other deal and I told him I had bought and pay already that I was a man on my word and he told me even after I had cancel the appointment that I wasnt a man on my word because I had not went there to the appointment. I dont recommend at all, I went to Toyota dealer and got a lot of better deal on a new one and just 2 weeks wait ti delivery .
Without a doubt, this is the best car buying experience I have ever had. First and foremost their prices are very competitive and their transparency during the entire process is commendable, other dealerships should pay attention and act the same way. With Off-Lease, we had already made the deal by phone before we even came into the store. We knew what the price was and there was no haggling. We found the vehicle on-line and our sales rep, Luigi Reyes who help us in purchasing the vehicle looked over it and sent multiple pictures to assure that it was as nice as wed hoped. Thank you Luigi and Off-Lease for making it pleasurable purchasing our used vehicle.
While our salesman was nice to work with we were extremely disappointed by the third party car detailing service they use. We had to send the car back THREE times and it STILL had dirt on it that’s easily seen and easily cleaned. Look at the dirt on the Kia wheel emblem. Like, really? That wasn’t the worst of it either. The first time they didn’t even do anything on the interior, just a quick exterior wash and hoped we’d be ok with it. Just poor quality work and clearly no quality checks. When the manager came out the second time, he didn’t seem bothered by the poor quality job, basically saying that’s the best they do. I’m going to pay to get this thing professionally detailed because of how dirty it is. The salesman had assured us that our concerns about the interior would be handled, but their best was horrendous. Maybe that’s the salesman’s fault for promising something they clearly were incapable of completing. And while car buying can sometimes drag, this experience just took forever. I’m happy with the car and warranty, but can’t believe the level of cleanliness they feel is acceptable to hand off to a new owner.

This was a great car buying experience. Two friends recommended this place, and they were right! When I came in I was incredibly stressed out. I didnt know what I wanted, and I had a complicated situation. The sales manager was very helpful and communicative (I forgot his name). Jay helped me pick out a car. He was very patient, and he truly made me feel like he had my best interest in mind. He was very congenial and personable and easy to work with. He really is a treasure. Michael in finance was also really helpful and kind. He explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. Everyone seems so pleasant but beware. They sold me a car that was supposed to have Sirius satellite capabilities but it didnt. I brought the car back and traded it in for another car. It had a nick in the windshield that they didnt mention and 2 weeks later, they still havent sent me a check for the difference in auto prices. Just be careful before you buy. The general manage just called me and said he would address all the issues I had. That was responsible of them. They honor their reputation.

Generally this operation was a NIGHTMARE! They are largely VERY inefficient with some vehicles not even present on the lot, dont start, or blocked in by other cars and difficult to access. Additionally, theyre detail department does an average at best job at cleaning vehicles and the overall quality of cars present as MUCH better online than at the lot. Thankfully, I landed Karim (Sales Rep) upon arrival and he was VERY honest and GREAT at communicating with me throughout, so as not to lose my mind!Unfortunately, the entire process took over 5.5 hours with my wife and I FINALLY receiving the monthly payment quote at the 4.5 hour mark, which wasnt even in the ball park of what I stated as my bottom line. Thankfully, the Big Boss (as Karim termed the gentleman), stepped in and was able to adjust several numbers across the board that finalized a payment I could afford. This was a wonderful end to the process BUT shows that they werent as honest as they insinuated up front if all could be avoided by a couple clicks of the mouse.Upon departure, I noticed a large rip in the driver seat that is further evidence of the overall poor operation, product, process, etc. of this dealership. I certainly wont be back and holding my breathe in hopes that nothing falls apart on the vehicle I purchased. Regardless, I would deal with Karim at any dealership he is associated with in the future...hes a great guy and super honest!!
This review has been 3 months in waiting. Late August 2020 I picked up this 2019 Audi RS5 from Off Lease Only ( Palm Beach )with 969 miles advertised. Working with Alonso Guerra ( Sales ) and Amy Lord ( Finance Manager ) was an amazing experience. Amy was detailed oriented when reviewing all the initial paperwork and warranty. Working with her over the phone to get all the necessary paperwork ready for purchase and in person was pleasurable experience. I couldnt ask for a better team. The car was stellar. Underpriced from its true market value, no accidents, no electrical issue. A truly great find. I ended up taking the car back to the Audi Dealership for a thorough inspection and there wasnt anything negative to find. I will always come back to Off Lease Only.
When we needed a safe, reliable car for our family, nobody worked harder to ensure our needs were met than Off Lease Only. They worked hard to meet our needs, to ensure our comfort, and to exceed our expectations- but they NEVER worked a sale angle. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase, and we never felt rushed. I’m so pleased with our experience that I know I will return here again, many years from now, to do it all over again with another car. I have no doubts that the car thwy sold me will last a near lifetime, so it may be my children who shop here next- but OLO has made customers for life.

My sales personal Jerry A. was fantastic as soon as I went in he greeted me and got right to my questions what I was interested in. What I love about offlease is my credit wasnt to good and they got back with me with a good monthly payment and out of it all I GOT WHAT I WANTED not like other dealerships they try and give you something that works with your credit. I would refer anyone and not to forget the wonderful finance manager Michael P. That finished my paperwork very detailed and explained things perfectly left me walking to a brand new car.

Bait n switch buyer beware. Test drove a beautiful Car. Lower miles, and it was a perfect drive. We spend hours waiting and to get in the car to drive away, but this time all the warning indicator lights were on, power steering and cruise control was lost too. We called as soon as we drove away and said what’s going on? The salesman assured me it was a sensor.How did I test a perfect car, to be given a dirty, actually filthy car that was a lemon.So the part comes in, I had an appointment at 11:00 am, and at 3:00 pm, the sales person informs me that my car cannot be fixed. So, now my trade is gone, and I must make a quick decision on a new car without having a chance to research the car.Again, I ended up with a car that was not detailed as promised, Broken AC, an older car with more miles and less bells and whistles of the first car I chose.The entire experience was a scam, our salesman was sketchy at best. Don’t be fooled by low prices, they don not disclose known issues and go to the point of resetting the indicator lights. This was scam was accomplished like this:1. Reset warning lights.2. Have car running for test drive3. After deal was closed they handed us a “we owe” which was a promise to fix sensor.4. Blame all new car malfunctions on sensor.5. Make a return appointment to fix sensor.6. Make the customs wait for 5 hours before saying “sorry, your fault, You are lucky to get car replaced.7. Back customer in corner and force a decision.8. Push extended warrant this time, because just look what happened the first time.The next car I test drove, was also perfect, but while driving home the AC, stopped blowing cold air.This was the 3rd car, I put up with sleezy sales man for a good deal, never again. This should be criminal. I will also make reports with the state Attorney General as I see this as pure fraud.Buyer, stay away from this place.

I purchased a vehicle back in March (5 months ago only) and all of my brake pads are worn to the metal, missing a disk, rusted and there is no way in the 5 short months of me driving it did this occur.. I called to get offlease only to pay for the service of the faulty car they sold me without telling me about it ahead of time. Theyll only service a car 30 days after being purchased and are refusing to help us.
This was the easiest and least stressful buying experience I have EVER had!! Not only did I receive the white glove/VIP treatment, I was in and out in under 5 hours! I was openly provided with every inspection and carfax material and absolutely no haggling! Josh and Dragan were exceptionally helpful and made this experience that much easier for me! Watched people with later appointments be checked in and sat down with staff immediately while I waited over 30 minutes to even be addressed after checking in with the front desk. The kicker? After the lobby was nearly completly cleared out, I saw 6 different employees just loitering around doing nothing while I waited for my appointment. No one ever came to me or called my name. Ended up walking out and going elsewhere to appraise and sell my car, not going to conduct business with people that cant even be bothered to keep up with their appointment book.

Most car dealerships don’t care about your rate and how that might affect your life ... usually they just want to seal the deal. He makes sure that when he places you in a loan he’s covered the client in all ways. Andres is our sales guy and he’s awesome too! He’s honest about the cars. He listens to what you need out of a car and lets you know what ones are the best fit for your life. The whole system of Off Lease is a game changer for the consumer. When there was a minor noise coming from the rear brakes, Luigi honored his word and arranged to get it fixed at no extra cost. This place was very amazing they had reasonable prices. If you couldnt make the cut they had other option that could help you get a car the same day that you came in . When it came down to paper work and understanding how things work Michael, was very good at explaining. Now the person who made it all happen for my experience was Jeremy a very good sale representative that they have. Our COO is a failure and he is ruining what was at one point one of the best places to work in the car business. Our Workforce to this completely demoralized, overworked and underpaid. He had the audacity to tell us that the only reason we used to sell more cars before was the price of the vehicles. He is completely out of touch with how these stores run from day today.He single-handedly picked the management for the Brandenton store and now that it has failed he blames it on the economy. He doesnt listen to his employees who happen to be the most important asset of any company. At this time they plan to open more stores when all the stores are underperforming.I hope that sooner or later our parent company takes notice of whats going on before its too late. I would take Mosher or Harris any day of the week over our current COO.

Man I just have to say that Dorian Rodriguez was a phenomenal sales associate. Truly made the experience painless, clear and set the expectations immediately. I was appreciative of how transparent he was with business/fees but the quality and condition of the vehicle itself. He didnt need to point out different dings, curb rash on the rims. I noticed a powerful smell that the previous owners clearly enjoyed their medical card benefits in the car and Dorian immediately shared with me what options I had in order to get it taken care of. This is often the mindset of overpaid misguided management officials that think they know everything.Sales throughout the company have slumped over 20% in a short of time even though used car demand is going up. What do they do? Blame their hard-working employees instead of the new processes they put in place.The most important part of sales its listening. When will you start to listen? There is a lot more to car sales then imitating the competition.
Bought an Audi Q7 from Off lease only. We had friends use them before with good praises so we decided wed use them also. All the same our sales agent was Andres Merin and he was nothing short of professional. He was helpful throughout the whole process while we test drove two different Audis and never once was pressuring us or hurrying us into a choice. Was hassle-free. Its very clear the prices are great and this brings a lot of purchasers. My only advice is dont try to purchase a vehicle too close to closing time because you might stay a little longer than anticipated. In our case Andres stayed and made sure all was great right up until we drove away which was a bit late in the night. All good, we got what we needed for a great price and would use Off lease only and Andres again. Thanks all!

Charles, the salesmen. Probably the worst I have ever met, disrespectful to his own manager, told us that we were out of test drives for the day which I knew was bs the second I heard that because turns out, that isnt even a real thing. He rudely said that he couldnt understand how we went from wanting to drive one different vehicle to another, sounds like a true salesmen to me that would understand that his customers test drive to see if they like how certain cars drive that they are interested in lol. When his manager told him to do his job for maybe the third time after he didnt get his way the first time, he took us for the test drive we wanted to do and blasted the radio on full volume the whole time he had stay in the car. Everything went down hill after he was told that no one was buying anything today, pretty disappointed and wont be returning probably.

After looking locally several weeks we found Off Lease and found the car we were looking for. A 2017 Mustang for my daughter. Luigi did a great job sending pictures and all the info and pics on the car. He answered every question we had and was super helpful during and even after the sell. When the Mustang arrived it was even better than we were hoping for not to mention much cheaper than any other one we looked at. My daughter was ecstatic when we surprised her with it. Typically, when you are in the initial stages of considering the idea of buying a car, you start with the model, and then you want the just-right dealership. This is because the dealership experience, often times, weighs heavily on your decision of what brand to buy and which dealer will have the sale. Off-Lease Palm Beach was recommended to me by my friend who is a local attorney. He purchased a Cayenne and either a 911 or a 718 there. Me? I wanted a Cadillac CTS. As soon as I walked-in, Sales Associate, Jade, streamlined the process for me. With a bright smile, she welcomed me and allowed me to drive the situation while serving as the platform for support by answering questions and making the overall experience efficient, light and pleasant. Overall, I couldn’t be happier than walking in, meeting and engaging with this pleasant team member at Off-Lease Palm Beach and driving my car home the same afternoon. Very pleased!

Leslie Hinson at off lease only took the nightmare out of buying a car! The pricing was clear and terms easy to understand. She was very generous in giving me plenty of time to check out the car by myself with zero pressure! Very different than any other dealership I’ve ever been to. She cared more about making sure I was in the right care than she was about making a sale. 10/10 highly recommend.

These guys dont respond to emails. They send plenty of automated emails saying theyd love to help...but they dont actually help. After 4 days and 3 promises to get answers for me, theyve answered 1 of my 4 questions. Ill buy elsewhere.
Off lease is hands down the best place to buy a second hand car. Everything on the lot was detailed and like- new (The oldest car I saw was 4 years old!) Leslie H helped me through the entire process of purchasing my first vehicle. She was super personable and answered all of my questions with patience and kindness. We saw a car on Saturday, test drove it on Sunday, and brought it home on Monday! Such a seamless process.
If I could leave a negative review I definitely would. I bought a car here last year. I was in a car accident back in March I reached out to cancel all 3 of my warranties on that vehicle due to my car being a total loss. It’s not almost 4 months later and I still never get a response from the warranty department. I have called 3 times and have emailed multiple times.I would never recommend buying a car or warranty from off lease only because their horrendous with customer service. You want good customer service go to any dealership besides this one their customer service is a complete and utter joke.
Dealership was recommended by a family member. It helps to know the ropes. As car dealerships go, this one has no awful hidden fees or gimmicks to get you to spend more. Thats a huge plus.Before going, its useful to do your homework, get familiar with cars. Also, have your financing worked out in advance and that will save you a ton of time. Know what forms of payment they accept ahead of time. Having said that, in terms of sales, Anthony was very knowledgeable when it came down to what we were looking for. He worked within our budget, never pushy. Very patient while we looked for just the right car. Also, very funny guy, with a great personality, He made the dreaded car-shopping experience much better.

Great experience all around! Picked up a great vehicle at a great price! Cliff was a great salesman, very knowledgeable and helpful. Not at all pushy, so very refreshing when purchasing a vehicle. And provided me with some of the best advice regarding my credit and how to build it. Finally Ralph F in appraisals got me the most fairest amount for my trade in. He was $1500 better than 4 other dealers.Buy your second vehicle here folks.You won’t be sorry.

I was prepared to buy a convertible Mini Cooper from them. When I found out that the car had 4 fender benders since 2017 from car facts and asked if my mechanic can look it over they said no, so I passed.
