DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. I purchased a pro master once I left the transmission low fluid engine light came on went back they did not want to fix. They said they changed the oil they did but not the filter. They still have my license plate I have not gotten it yet 2 months later. They had me come in to fix an engine code they were not truthful clear the code and said it was fine. I ended up taking the pro master to the dodge dealership thats when the dealership told me I needed a new engine which I had done. This dealership is the worst ever. DO NOT BUY HERE. Then they told me get a lawyer which Im working on. As I drive around with a temporary plate thats been expired.

Purchased a Nissan from them and went to a Nissan dealership and was told the transmission was bad please do your research as I seen below a lot of people has complained on this dealership. I have taken legal actions because what they’re doing isn’t right and the manager won’t give me my money back

The worst car dealership ever. Sold a car that needed an engine after 300 miles. They promised to fix the engine code and do things to the vehicle and did nothing. Then said get a lawyer. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE LIERS.They did not fix everything that was promised. They ordered the wrong parts. Still waiting for the right parts. Never received a phone call I had to call everyday. Again the worst ever.

Called the dealership on a Monday morning to let them know I wanted to make a purchase but coming from out of state. They essentially said no problem. Got things set up and flew out the next day. Picked up from the airport by the dealership. Vehicle as expected. Purchase made without issue. Got a wonderful deal. Wonderful communication throughout the process. This place preys on people with bad credit and their intellect is too low to figure out how many better alternatives to this place they have. I would be bilingual if I choose to shop here. And also very low traffic with extremely slow service. Been sitting here 3+ hours for a tag on my friends car and still waiting. Would not recommend unless your desperate and dont care about the paper work.

I purchased a $45,000 vehicle from this dealership and within 3 days a tire blew and all 4 had to be replaced. The next day they sent me to an alignment shop and I was told the entire front end needed to be replaced and that the truck was garbage. The manager told me they would have it repaired but now they bill is $20,000 and they are refusing to offer any assistance. It has been 6 weeks and I haven’t been able to use the truck and it is still being repaired. I would stay far away from this dealership. They are crooks and alter odometers and sell vehicles with unreported accidents like mine! Now I have a truck I paid too much for and a $20,000 bill to pay. Just today a manger told me I bought it “as-is” and they will not be helping me in any way.

Absolutely horrible. They are complete scumbags. Sold me a wrecked truck with a clean title and put my family in danger. Do NOT buy anything from these people. The mechanic they recommended to do my alignment informed me the truck was wrecked and needs $10,000+ to repair. They buy junk at auctions and sell as clean vehicles.

Look I know that there are unseen problems with cars but at least attempt to make good on the customers you already have, we buy work vehicles all the time but I will not buy from them again

Very bad service. The cars they sell are not reliable. I had the car exactly 1 week and it broke down. It’s been in the shop for 4 months now and when I call the dealership they either put me on hold for hours or tell me they’ll call me back and never do. Real scam artists. I would recommend that nobody buys from them. I’m paying for something that I can’t even drive.

They have kept part of a deposit on a car deal that fell through. They only returned half of my deposit of 500 dollars after changing the term of the deal verbally. There was no contract and they were unable to do the deal. I have contacted them many times and they keep telling me it was taken out of there account. It was given in 2 deposits of 250 dollars, 2 weeks apart. After the second deposit they told me they needed 2500. down, not the 1000 we agreed on, which I was not able to do. I have been working on getting my refund from them for weeks with no results. They finally refunded me 250 and say the other 250 is lost in the banking system. I went there in good faith to buy a car and told them what I could afford, and what my credit situation was. They said they could do it and we came to terms, but they really meant to bait and switch me for a larger deposit. These people are used car dealing thieves, dont believe a thing they say. I was working with Dana the sales person, she was very nice up front but rarely called me back or communicated with me when she said she would.

They talk out of the rear and dont follow through on what they say or promise. I would not waste your time at this place. They couldnt do a 10 thousand dollar loan no matter how many things they asked for and I gave. I got approved at another place for a car that was fully loaded and newer and 8 thousand more than what the loan was going to be at Port Motors.

Dont even set foot in this place, its not worth the headache and wasted time. Read on for details but do try to heed the warnings from the negative reviews.A year ago I purchased a 2013 FR-S from this establishment. I drove from Homestead on a weekend to see this specific car. I liked it so I began to negotiate with them a fair price and terms where both parties would come out happy. During the purchase I dealt with Robert Ayala the general manager. Before leaving he hands me one key and I tell him where is the second key and valet key. He states the previous owner is a recurring customer and that he will be bringing in the second set of keys the coming Monday. He guaranteed me before leaving I would receive the spare keys. Happy I just got my car, I agreed, I shook his hand and drove the car home. For the following 2 weeks I had to CHASE down to get in contact with Robert Ayala concerning the key, I sent emails and called the office several times. Finally he comes to the phone and assures me the spare key is in his possession and he will have it shipped to me. Days go by, turns into over a week. I call and again he is no where to be found and can never go to the phone. Finally over 2 weeks after he said he would ship the key I get in touch with him by calling from a different phone number not on their files. He comes to the phone and when I ask him about the key he states he shipped it. I tell him I have not received it and to provide me with the tracking number to see where it is. He says there isnt any that they just threw it in an envelope and tossed it to the post office. A replacement key from Toyota is $300. Who in their right mind ships a $300 item without any tracking or insurance. I told him I had not received the key that it must have gotten lost in the mail if they did actually send it and I request that Port Motors at least help me with HALF the cost of the key as to not burden me with the full cost at a mistake THEY MADE. He very defensively and aggressively says its not his problem it got lost and hangs up. I tried contacting several times since that day and they never responded... Here we are a year later and there is no KEY not even an apology for their mistake.The car is fine, its a Toyota. All speakers are blown from the previous owner having an aftermarket amp and not doing a good job at setting it up. Im ok with that, I was going to upgrade the audio system eventually. But there is no reason for a company of this magnitude to treat their customer in such a sly and thievish manner.Now Im heading over to Yelp and the BBB to share my experience.DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE THE KINDNESS LASTS UNTIL YOU SIGN THE PAPERS AFTER THAT YOU ARE S^%! TO THEM
