So I needed to change my vehicle, but with a lack of inventory its slim pickings. After some research I decided on a Genesis G70, next was from where. The closest dealer didnt have what I was looking for, so I reached out to West Palm Genesis. They were very quick to respond and seemed very keen to make a deal and earn my business. I made an appointment to visit them after work during the week. I met with a sales representative Troy who took the time to show me around the vehicle to make sure I was completely satisfied, no pressure. He followed up the next day and before we knew it we had agreed on a deal. Pick up went very smoothly with Leo in the finance department explaining everything in detail. I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle there and would recommend Troy and the the dealership to any interested in buying a new/used vehicle. Thanks.

I never write reviews but I honestly felt the need to write this one. Steve Goldberg is the first honest sales person I’ve met. I’ve recommended my friend and younger sister to go see him to trade in their cars. His knowledge and personality are great. His customer service skills are like no other. He offered to buy me a cold bottle of water and gave a nice Hyundai gift bag. He isn’t pushy like most car salesman I’ve met. The experience with him was by far the best one I’ve ever had! The service is very disappointing, the customer service is a true joke. They dont return calls when you leave a message. The whole scheduling of service is horrible. I acnt wait for genesis to built their own center where we as Genesis owners dont have to go to hyundai anymore for the poor service and lack everything genesis stands for, which hyundai reps are making it bad for the genesis name and brand. Also they need more experince and professional genesis reps also. The ones that are there now needs to be replace A.S.A.P!!

Today I purchased a beautiful new Genesis GV80 from Napletons Genesis of West Palm Beach. Chris Lawson (Sales Manager), found me the exact GV80 I wanted, and patiently and kindly negotiated a great deal. Chris’s commitment to customer service was extraordinary and all my various needs/requests were met by Chris and the wonderful Team at Napletons. Chris went the extra mile (even on his day off) to ensure I was 100% comfortable and had everything I needed to leave happy before I drove away. I would highly recommend buying a car from Chris. Leo Hanuka (Director of Finance) is a top-notch finance person. Smart, diligent, hard working, understanding, and very fair. He made the financing/signing portion of the day a true pleasure, and I felt fortunate to work with him. I am new to Florida and Leo also told me everything I needed to know about registration, title, licensing, which was very helpful. He even told me about an amazing place to get lunch nearby! Troy helped me out today too, by patiently taking me on a very lengthy test- drive. My salesman, Marcus Allen was knowledgable, not at all pushy and we were able to agree on a great deal in just about 45 minutes after I walked in to the dealership.I’ve bought a lot of cars in my time and this experience was by far the smoothest, simplest and fastest I’ve ever been able to get in and out.I got a GREAT price, and I couldn’t be happier with every part of the process. Talk about a disorganized business. First of all they said they had a specific car. Drove up from Miami. They did not have the car. The salespeople were switched on us twice. None of them had any idea how to handle customers. Flee!

Terrible experience, lack of customer service is unbelievable. Beware of the bait and switch, they lure you in with a car and a price that doesnt exist, literally the car does not exist. Its on their website and sister sites, even received an email asking to make an appointment for the specific VIN with a special price. Setup an appointment, drive 35 minutes to the dealership only to have them tell me that they dont have that car and they try to show me something else. Stay away!

Unresponsive to multiple phone calls and emails over a 2-3 week period, I gave up and so I contacted another Genesis Dealership in Miami (Braman) which was super painless, efficient and surprisingly a pleasant experience as I do not like spending hours in car dealerships wasting time between salespeople and managers. I emailed the Internet Sales Department and was able to strike a deal instantly. I drove south an hour and came home with the new car I bought for my son. The folks at Napleton made it impossible to do business with. Zero follow through.
