Came to Land Rover looking for a Range Rover for my wife. The selection was great compared to Northern VA which is where I live. We worked with Cecil and couldn’t have been happier with the experience. We were able to test drive a couple and Cecil was very knowledgeable and not pushy. Unfortunately, they didn’t have the color she wanted so we left that day without a deal. But the following day I returned and test drove a Tahoe that I had my eye on and left out of there with a deal. The whole process was enjoyable and dealing with Cecil was part of the fun. Usually you’re trying to hide from salesman but not here there’s no pressure and they’re very personable. I live in VA and couldn’t find what I wanted there and I felt comfortable with the dealership and people here that I had no problem buying a vehicle out of state. Overall it was a great experience and we enjoyed even have Cecil keeping his eye out for a Range Rover for my wife and would be more than happy to travel down and get another vehicle from these folks.

Juan has been extremely helpful to deal with. In a world where most car sales people are becoming more robotic he responds instantly to texts and calls. Great prices lower than anyone else could quote me and he followed through! He even got my son the lego set he wanted when it was out of stock everywhere!

I needed a steering box for my 2002 P38 Range Rover. Nick in parts found the VERY LAST ONE in the United States, and priced it $800 less than Land Rover Cincinnati (where I live) did. They got it in, turned it around in record time to get up to me in time to install it over the weekend (since LR doesn’t drop ship from their depots). And because FedEx delivered a day late, these guys covered the core return shipping charge and refunded the core deposit immediately. I love them. All future orders for parts will be to these guys. Frank and his crew are the best.

I have not had a better car sale experience. Ishmail Merritt at Palm Beach Land Rover not only understood all aspects of all vehicles he sells but he did not hard sell. Me and my Husband brought our Range Rover in, for service, when we first brought it in, it was a 35 minute delay because the person who was too help us was delayed. This place is always backed up in repairs, I will never purchase another, Range Rover, this has not been the great experience, I expected. Then we were promise a call back on a certain day, that never happen. We were promise a key repair or a full tank of gas, because of the delay with our vehicle, well we were charged for the key, and you already know we didnt get free tank of gas. We purchased a new more expensive vehicle so I would feel safe and it will last, if I do my part, but as soon as you get this back from service, the check engine light comes on, theres a hesitation at take off. The time before, I had it in we rented a car, and I have a sun pass, but Range Rover sent me a bill for toll charges. Very Unprofessional, and they call me to rate their service a 10, if I cannot then feel free, not to respond too the email they were too send. Ridiculous!

Superior in every way! Did a deal completely via text from my home in NC, inventory very poor around here. The Range Rover Supercharged and numbers were exactly as promised. Lisa Guarini is the sales professional to ask for by name.

Why NOT to buy a Range RoverI am a Range Rover owner and I do not advise anybody to have a Range Rover because of these reasons;1-If any part should be replaced, Range Rover will not do that and WILL drag you to the repair shop even multiple times to repair them because it is less expensive for them, meaning you would waste a lot of time to trip to the repair shop.2- The body shop is not working properly and they again dragged me multiple times for work that was delivered incomplete. Also one time they damaged my car but thank God my service advisor took a picture when I dropped the car.3-Factory car defect, I never had a maintenance due warning symbol on my car, which ANY type of car shows on their monitor whenever maintenance is due. I called headquarters for that and they did not accept that as a defect, and the dealership charged me almost $3800 because I didnt know my maintenance insurance ran out BECAUSE of their defect! Thus, my insurance time passed and I lost my insurance and I had to pay everything out of my pocket.The bottom line is: please look at the different brands because they are responsible for any vehicle defect and will have a better service department.

The process of buying a vehicle at this Land Rover is like none other. From the sales staff to the management team, you can tell they are looking to try and gain long term customers. Other dealerships will treat you very differently then this one. Lee is the salesman who helped me and I cant say enough good things about him. His product knowledge as well as his demeanor helped what is usually an uncomfortable process for most to be very comfortable. Good job Land Rover Palm Beach!

Had a great first service experience at this dealer. Jim Riter was a fantastic help! They were looking at sever things for me. They provided frequent status updates as I was waiting. They took care of a recall issue that I did not aware and took care of the issue. I went there because of their great reviews but my services even exceeded my expectations. The only issue is from their online scheduling as they offer a 7.30a appt for service, which I scheduled. Their technicians do not arrive until 8a. A glitch they need to fix. FYI. But overall great experience.

LRPB was great in this transaction. I purchased online site unseen, Juan Marquez did a video walk through of the vehicle. HORRIBLE!!!!! I went in looking to lease a Land Rover and the gentleman immediately said that they were selling them at full MSRP with no discounts or promotions and that they even had customers paying above MSRP. Im assuming he was under the impression that since I was there a couple of months back I was looking to work a deal out because i had a trade, but this time I did not have a trade. I said let’s drive the Range Rover Sport and then we can talk numbers. I saw that he didn’t like it, but Im assuming he had to test drive the car with me. Once we got back he said okay so we are not going to discount our car at all because we have way too many buyers paying MSRP. I said well how would the numbers look on a lease 36/12 on a $110k car and he comes back with payments of $1900+ with 3-5k down. He sits down to show me the numbers and before I could say anything he says: “like I said no discounts, so have a nice day”. I proceeded to get up and walk away. The fact that they treat their clients like that it’s upsetting specially if you are buying a car worth over $100k. This dealership clearly needs to train its sales reps better. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

Car buying involves many decisions. LandRover made the process easier. We had a good salesperson, and Ken, the manager, was very helpful.

I have no bad things to say about Land Rover Palm Beach. Both times Ive received a vechile Eric has been wonderful and worked to find a great car that completely satisfied everything I wanted. You are not lied to and they are very straight forward. Eric even went over what cars were selling fast and the benefits of differant models over each other.Its such a vastly different experience than regular car dealerships. Youre not held for 3 hours and presented different prices and haggled with. With Land Rover you show up test drive, get a price, and thats it. If you want extra work done they add it in, when its ready you pick it up.I likely wont ever get another type of car because of the service of the Palm Beach team. Being able to pick a car walk in and get it without hassle is priceless.

Eric Griffiths at Palm Beach Land Rover was amazing.My previous experience with this company (different sales person) had me ready to change dealerships or even manufactures but I loved the vehicle so contacted the GM, explained my previous experience and he appointed me Eric.Eric hit the ground running and just did everything right!In my opinion the vehicle speaks for itself but it’s the sales person that can make or break the experience so if you are in the market for this type of vehicle, you’d being doing yourself a huge injustice if you don’t use Eric to arrange it for you!

Crissy Hawkins was our salesperson. Some car salesman think of it as a job. To Crissy, it is a profession. She was professional and respected the value of our time. She knew the car inside and out. The best part is it was a hassle free transaction. I highly recommend her.

The most stressful car buying experience in my lifetime. The man that represented himself as the General Manager a/k/a Ken was aggressive, ill-advised, combative and a poor excuse for a sales person. He literally attempted to manipulate the numbers by a $400.00 a month increase to our negotiation for a 2020 HSE Range Rover ($14,400.00 for the term of the lease) and was caught red-handed. First he said the inventory was low and he could lawfully increase the MSRP, then he claimed the computer system was incorrect and when neither of his attempts to defraud a customer worked in his favor he stood up from behind the original sales person desk named Juan and told us I do not have time for you, get out of my dealership. Not to mention, he approached us by saying he was a retired LA cop because the customer I referred to Range Rover is a cop and he wanted to pursue us to believe that he was a good guy. We heard his entire story of why he retired early, then moved to Florida and even where his kids went to college. Thereafter, the moment we started discussing the lease - he didnt have time and started coming up with all sorts of reasons why the numbers werent making sense.We left the dealership and the sales person Juan and the another manager named Terry called us back. Ultimately they did right by us and honored the agreed price however, in my lifetime have we been so VERBALLY ABUSED and HUMILIATED by a sales person. He was caught in a lie and in effort of covering up is lie he lost his temper. Very unpleasant and unprofessional situation. Today, management has not contacted us regarding the very disappointing and harassing incident.

Their parts and service department needs to work on their efficiency and communication. I would recommend looking elsewhere for Land Rover parts or service.
