I would never buy a car from here again. I traveled a total of 8hrs on oxygen and recovering from covid 3 days in a row to try and get a reliable vehicle for my family. First they tried to put us in a Volkswagen Atlas that the transmission was no good in. The finance manager and store General manager assured us that another Volkswagen Atlas had just came in on a trade from the Manager at this location close friend and the Atlas had no problems well maintained and kept up...all lies within the first week the water pump needed replacing 2 weeks later the engine giving problems and still in shop at VW and Im stuck making payments without a vehicle less than 30 days at purchase. They vehicle had so many prior engine work done that they failed to mention since it was a personal car traded in..in process of filing a lemon law case

Everyone was very nice. My only complaint is that when you first walk in the music is a little too much. They play nightclub thumping music while youre trying to talk to your agent about what youre looking for. Kind of loses that professional atmosphere. All in all, a pretty well oiled machine.

I went to hgreg hoping I would get a better deal than going to BMW. I knew I wanted an SUV but wasn’t sure which model. I met with Jared and he really knows cars, he even had me look at other makes and models to make sure I was making the best decision, that I would be the most happy with and was a straight shooter, not something I’m used to when going into a dealership. Mark (our sales manager) was very polite and made going through the paperwork a breeze. Given todays market and car shortages, these guys offered the car I wanted at a good price

I’m not going to crush the location and Diego seemed like a good guy. I will say whoever is posting the pictures of the vehicles needs to stop altering the photos. I drove over an hour to see a jeep. When the Jeep was brought around there were paint issues with the bumper. A significant stain on the seat. The top was in bad shape. Diego brought the Jeep up online and it had obviously been altered. Complete waste of time. If you cover up spots on pictures what would cover up on the vehicle itself. No way to do business and seemed very shady.
