Very nice but, the racing in the transporter parking has to stop, I almost got ran over 2 times there . Ridiculous. Transporters should know better.
Great service, very helpful and respectable employees who go above and beyond for there customers. They have a very wide selection of magnificently beautiful exotic cars from Ferraris to Lamborghinis Teslas Rolls-Royce Bentleys, Maseratis and more, you name it they have it and and the detailing team is the best. Very organized company its like family there. And they treat their customers like family so if youre looking for the perfect car come on down to mayhem Palm Beach auction right by the fairgrounds on sansbury road. You wont regret it!! 👌🤗
Got hooked up with a buyer who just buys and flips no over head. Smart got my car for a steal. Will definitely use him and recommend him to others
Nice place to grab some really badass cars
Unfortunately I didnt have a great experience. Left car in Tues. Found out it wasnt put on list when I went to pick up. Then my Nissan 370z nismo tech was missing my sensor key and brand new mats...still dealing with Mario trying to get reimbursed. Had to have a locksmith go and make a key to get car out . Today Im going with a nissan receipt to see how they can reimburse me :(
Fast service thank God for that Manheim lot vision app
Worst auctioneer I have seen in my life on car business, on lane 6 he make you bid against yourself until he gets you to the seller wanted price. This guy should be banned from selling cars for life, what a shame to this Manheim location for having people like this working for them.
I bought a M-benz E400 coupe from here and exported to Taiwan.
These were a few of the cars I drove at work
I have a lot of faith in the President of Manheim. Thank You.
Nice cars, good people honest trustworthy
Many of autos they do not start, battery dead. Otherwise was great nice & good cars. I love it. Emelina bodden🚕🚕🚕
Very helpful
Love it it takes me where I need to go
Usually I have excellent customer service at all the Manheim auctions. Usually very efficient. Not this time. Horrible, horrible service !! 3 hours to pick up one vehicle. These people had no clue. Say it this way I hope I do not have to deal with this location for a long time !! If I could give (0) stars l would have !!
Office staff and security staff were extremely rude worst Manheim I have ever picked up cars at, I was told to wait for the shuttle and after 15 minutes I asked if I was waiting in the right area and then was told oh the shuttle is on lunch for an hour
Manheim of palm beach are a great company to work with. i deal with hundreds of sprinters a year with them and they are truly a amazing comp nay. Chellie Battles is a great person to deal with at Manheim. I would highly recommend to check them out.
Easy to find your purchased cars and helpful staff
Not helpful and the one in charge was the worst always. Rude
It was okay service
Overall it’s an auction house, they’re all virtually the same. A money hungry owner that treats their workers with no respect, long hot days with up to 10 miles a day of just waking; getting in and out of cars, while being restrained to carrying their belongings because it’s weigh them down. For as much money as they bring in they should be giving some back to their workers, after all if you don’t have oil in your engine it’s gonna be a rough ride. Secondly, they’ve replaced their old security contractor with new cheaper ones. These new security guards delay the check-in and check-out process exponentially sometimes with their being a line for both lanes. On top of that, some of them take the job way too serious. The state trooper that’s there during auction days don’t even take it serious, there’s so much tension between customer and security. I’ve always been a person to greet and acknowledge regardless of any past conflict or subconscious thinking. But it’s just terrible to the point where all I say is “what the actual f*ck”. I’m here almost everyday of business schedule to pull cars for my job, it’s just ridiculous ya know.

Ariella Garrett the arbitration manager does not follow the NAAA arbitration policy. How is it possible to arbitrate Red light As/Is vehicle for mechanical issues?Ask Mrs.Garrett she must have her own written arbitration policy.Never received an e-mail or phone call to state her side, as to why our claim was denied. Manheim Corporate will be contacted.
Wow...wow. this place is HUGE and awesome!!! What a selection of automobiles... will Definitely find what youre looking for here.
Wild place
Good excellent, I wish looking for people in Customer services same to Ft lauderdale, Mr Capote is a great person
Frank the assistant fleet lease manager is a great guy. Very fair and does a great job
I love
Very easy to purchase a vehicle from this location & theyre more than happy to charge you a very expensive buy fee to do so, but if they dont have the title for the vehicle at the time of sale, good luck getting it! Despite calling in daily and requesting a call back from anyone (FOR ANY SORT OF UPDATE) for the last 3 weeks to check the status of a title, Ive heard from NO ONE at Manheim Palm Beach. Very frustrating and by far the worst Manheim location that Ive had to deal with thus far in my 15 years of buying vehicles from Manheim auctions.
First time here. Guys at the gate were fairly helpful and friendly. I have been to Manheim locations in Chicago and California, not the case most of the time
Its a great place to have a car so i gonna try to do busniss with them let see
Great place my name is Hector Ramos and I work here every thursday
Good place to buy a car
Great prices nooooooooo customer orientation
I was training a new driver on how things work and they would only let 1 person in...that sucks
There arbitration is by the far worst, Adam and Ariella know nothing about the car business and are complete liars. Terrible CR writers Buyers beware
Great auction house and awesome staff. Great vehicles for great prices
Smaller Manheim dealer only auction who specializes in exotic and luxury vehicles. They also host a yearly $100 Grander sale, where every vehicle is theoretically more than $100,000. Bicycles are available to dealers to traverse the property when looking at the inventory.
The worst customer service, called ahead to verify drive out, drove 3 hours to find out they could not find the drive out. Can’t get car until Monday.
The Dealer Services Manager never returns your call. This is just one of the many Manheim locations that has forgotten how to look after their customers. Sorely disappointed with their lack of customer care.
Good selection of usable vehicles of every price range
Ok i just work just need to pay more cash
I went to the Auto Auctionat Manheim Palm Beach it was a very exciting experienceTHE best variety of different make and models of vehicles of all price rangesI would definitely hope to go again,I have told my family and friends about my visit Manheim Palm Beach a great place to get a great quality vehicle !
Me and my wife are living in Palm Beach county and we are travel lovers and we like to taste different food flavors, also we enjoy to know new places in our neighbor and far to, for that reason in that occasion we visited manheim pb where they have good prices, good branches and quality, the staff is very nice and helpfully, the place is clean and organized, and you can do everything by the website. If I help you please push 👍.
For some reason this pops up when I lookup public auction
Super nice people
Reviews are probably irrelevant for auctions, but I’d like to give a heads up to out of state and out of town buyers. We found a car online running at this sale yesterday morning. It was one we specifically need for a customer, as we are located about 3 hours north of this auction and we don’t come here or have ever bought something here for that matter. We were on Simulcast and bid $36,000 on the car. We were the ONLY ones to bid on the car. The auctioneer did not counter or make any offers, just no saled it and moved on.We immediately called the auction to see about making a deal on the vehicle. A lady in dealer services told us it takes $37,600 to buy the car. We said ok we will take it for that. She took our information and said she would call us right back to close it out. About an hour goes by with no call back. My husband calls them back again to see about wrapping things up. A different lady gets on the phone with us and tells us the car is now $39,000! We explain what the previous dealer services lady just said, but was very rude to him telling him it’s $39k or the car runs again next week. $39k, $39k, $39k or no deal. You want the car? It’s now $39k or walk.So we ask what the buy fee is, and they decide to tack on the $50 online buy fee too. We technically never bought the car online so that should be irrelevant. We contact our local Manheim rep who tried and tried to reach out to the managers and reps at this West Palm location to find a resolution with NO LUCK.This morning my husband calls the assistant general manager, Marjorie, and talks to her directly about finding some sort of resolution. She tells him first off that they were never supposed to tell us the floor amount of $37,600. Ok well unfortunately that is not OUR fault for THEIR mistake. She then proceeds to tell us that the car got a lane bid of $38,500. Nope, not the case. My husband calls her out that that never happened, she insisted it did. WE WERE THE ONLY ONES WHO BID ON THE CAR! WE BID $36k AND GOT A NO SALE! DO NOT LIE TO US!This is a long story short folks. Reading other reviews on here, it looks like they enjoy screwing over out of town/out of state buyers. Avoid this place like the plague, and for God’s sake do not go to this Marjorie manager for any help!!!!!!!!!!!We’re currently on the phone with Manheim corporate. This is more principal than anything at this point.
People that work here are great and very efficient place is always clean
Terrible Deal, the carriers are the representation of the clients therefore we deserve respect and a smile always
Thanks he dontt a t 5 soy yeeeee meehhhhhhhhting you get a chance could have hh
I love Manheim whats a Nut House but anybody in the car business knows that this place is where its at to get the deals
Bought a Maserati from them that they graded 3.1. The car maybe on a good day a 2. It is trashed. They take a week to get back to you and then they put you off hoping you go away. I will never buy a car that I cannot PSI every again from Palm Beach. Awful experience. Awful staff and they have the sellers call and work you on price completely lying about their cars!
Large staff. Very helpful. Goes above and beyond to make the experience good.
I used to work there back in 2002 and since then I save some money and now I been buying cars from there and selling them back in New York is great money for me hitting the millions soon
Great place for auto pick up in and out nice
Ive been to few other Manheim location, at this location I always find help from a great staff and management 👍👍
So, in only approx the last 3 months, I have experienced the following LARGE problems/lack of attention to detail:A. I paid for a vehicle in cash, 16k. Received a paid in full receipt, and gate pass to remove the vehicle. Title was mailed to me a short time later, maybe about a week. Of course the gate pass would not have been issued, and the title would not have been mailed HAD THE VEHICLE NOT BEEN PAID IN FULL. Theres no way around that with Manheim. So approx 2.5-3 weeks after paying for the car, I received a call from that location, get this: asking when I was going to pay for that car!!!! Flabbergasted, I said I already had, had picked it up, and received title already - two things which would have NEVER happened if the car hadnt been paid for!! I was told theyd do some research and get back to me shortly. Irritating but I wasnt worried. A few hours later theyre calling back. I am told Sorry, we have NO record of your payment, and DO NOT BELIEVE this car has been paid for. Pay the original balance plus late fees immediately, or bring the car back to us! Its clearly an error that a gate pass was issued and title was mailed. WOW ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? So pay twice for the same car, or give it back and let them keep 16k? Get the F out of here!!! I found my paid cash receipt for that VIN, marched it into a location, and got that cleared right up - though I never received an apology or even an excuse as to what may have happened on their end with regard to the error/oversight. What a great (lousy!!!!) computer system they have.....B. One car I purchased, while I made sure to review the vehicle summary page - where it shows sale date, VIN, miles, the seller, CR score, link to Autocheck and Carfax reports, etc, then the SALVAGE-YES OR NO line, being clearly notated as *NO*, then after purchase receiving a Salvage Title instead of a Clear Title!!! Titles are non-negotiable in all 50 states, meaning if its sold as Clear it has to actually and truly be clear. So after THAT phone call & subsequent research, found out the vehicle had a notation as salvage/prior theft recovery in the Separate-window-opening Seller Comments button/section at the very bottom of vehicle summary page (which nobody clicks on).... Yet I was flatly told I should have clicked on & read those comments too -- doesnt matter one bit that the MAIN summary page showed SALVAGE-NO, so its *MY* problem now. BTW: the car brought clean title money. Thats a nice little trick to offload a salvage vehicle for clean title money, right?!C. Bid on a vehicle online, on Simulcast. My bid was accepted, I was the high bidder, and couldnt bid anymore (against myself!). At least 5 full seconds passed. Right before the auction ended, the bid actually ROLLED BACK, to the company I was bidding against, and THEY won the auction -- for a lesser amount than my accepted/recorded bid!! No explanation could be offered when I raised hell to managers, GMs, and corporate. Needless to say I didnt get the car. Wow!D. Attempted to sell a vehicle. Got the lane and run number. Watching the auction as I was out of town, my car miraculously DOESNT EVEN RUN!! Wow!Im furious. And Im not going to run it 40 cars afterward, as most buyers waiting for it would have already moved on, thinking it wasnt running. Missed that opportunity! Dealers bring cars to Manheim to RUN AND SELL -- correct??? How does that occur if those cars dont EVEN RUN?? Completely ridiculous!! The explanation? We had a big problem with that this week. Lots of cars were in different lanes for some reason, and never ran. Your car that should have been in Lane 2? Yeah it was in Lane 8 - not sure why and sorry! Lets try again next week... Lol.Its laughable, truly!!!
I think its a great place to buy good deal car....!
Flew all the way from Virginia, didnt receive any help, lady at the first desk on the right as soon as you walk in simply acted like I was invisible, helped a white man in front of me and light skin spanish gentleman who walked in after me.Went to the Ove lady thinking it would get any better but i was also brushed off.she not realizing I have been buying cars from Manheim for over 15 years and I know who to ask what.she brushed me with a stupid answer and went on her business.Either they dont like people like me,maybe I needed to be white or Spanish to be helped.but Im never coming back to this Manheim again.Only wonderful man who treated me like a human was the security guard.
Great sale. Nice staff
Horrible work environment unfair treatment to the staff during the holiday season would not recommend working or buying from this business.
AMAZING CARS GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE GOOD STAFF. GOOD AUCTION
Excellent place! Cant beat Rob Zs courtesy and professionalism. A+!
VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY DONT HELP PEOPLE, THEY WANT TO WORK FOR THE LEAST EFFORT BUT IF THEY EARN MILLIONS
Nice auction, very efficient.
The dealership I work for acquires over 70 vehicle per year from Manheim. This location is the only one that Ive witnessed management and arbitration lie, cover up, and delay communication to avoid having to make things right with one of their customers.14 day PSI on a Land Rover LR4 that showed up to our shop with smoke bellowing out of the exhaust. Upon our request for video of it leaving the gate, they sent a useless screenshot, and claimed they had deleted the video. We have an affidavit from our transport that it was smoking at the auction and that one of Manheims employees witnessed and commented that the car might be on fire. Months later with little to no return contact with us, they are stating it has been too long for them to do anything. OUR ARBITRATION WAS PLACED WITHIN THE 14 DAY PSI THAT WE PAID FOR!
Great auction great people My favorite auction :)
Pricey compared to the other locations. Very common for cars to sell for much higher than wholesale value.
There was an incident that occurred on their lot months ago that has yet to be resolved. There was a vehicle that was parked on the side of our 2009 Jaguar which malfunctioned and resulted in a small fire that incidentally burned portions of our vehicle. They would not allow us to take our vehicle and they are not giving us ANY information regarding our vehicle or the repairs it needs. They would not give us the information of the owners of the vehicle that started the fire nor the subsequent report from the fire department. Since this incident occurred we have visited the lot and has made numerous phone calls in order to resolve this matter or obtain the information and reports needed to pursue legal action MULTIPLE times but to no avail. We visited the lot as recently as yesterday only to be given the run around again from the Operations Managers team. This is extremely unprofessional as well as unethical to ignore our constant inquest for answers regarding our vehicle. I have never done business with a company that has an Operations Manager always on vacation or unreachable. This is not how you do business!!!
One of the most friendliness businesses I have been to.
Ok lots of high end cars to bid on
It was great customer service was very good
Bough a specific car 2004 BMW 530 online (simulcast) . I won the bid and it went to my purchases . Two hours later i see completely different car in my account. Apparently the set price on the BMW was more than my bid so they didnt want to sell it, but somehow they sold it off site on the same day.. thats theyr bussines whatever.. but it gets interesting they wanted to sell me a Jeep that i never bid on. They insisted that i had to buy it! Unbelievable !I didnt get very far trying to solve the issue over the phone/email at some point they just stop answering. I had to go there and i live more than an hour away. Luckily i took a screeshot of my original purchase because otherwise there would be no way in hell to proove anything. Camilo the manager was no help at all . I had to escalate it to the general management and they looked at the bidding history so they agreed that i was right and only then it got solved the right way. Robert gm and Dana were very helpfull.it seems like people had the same issue at this particular location. I would be very cautious doing business with them any further
Worst experience at a Manheim location. I ask Shirly to print my reports cause the dealer lounge computers are basically paper weights and she tells me she doesnt have the rights. Then proceeds to teach me how to use the computers and 15 minutes later, she agrees to print my gate passes. Shirly, I hope you continue to grow your career as a part time driver and not customer service.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS AUCTION AS THEY WILL NOT STAND BEHIND WHAT THEY SELL. I BOUGHT A FERRARI 360 SPIDER FROM THIS AUCTION. AFTER RECEIVING THE TITLE 30 DAYS LATER I FOUND OUT ITS A UNANNOUNCED CANADIAN CAR IN KILOMETERS. AFTER TALKING TO SIMON HE INFORMED ME THAT I ONLY HAD 14 DAYS TO ARBITRATE IT. I DID NOT REALIZE THE CAR WAS FROM CANADA UNTIL I GOT THE TITLE. IT COST ME A LOT OF MONEY TO HAVE THE CAR CONVERTED BACK TO US SPECS AND THEY WOULD PAY A DIME. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!!!!
I cant comment on the auction but we need to use the truck parking lot almost every week to load vehicles from the auction and most of the times theres not enough park for the trucks due to vehicles parked on the truck spots.
Good customer service. 1000+ cars a week.
Purchased a vehicle from Excell Autos in Boca Raton. Manheim PB administered transaction. Seller at Excell Autos never delivered car to Manheim PB. Spoke with Tracey in Dealer Services. Tracy backed out the deal due to the seller never delivering car. Two weeks later find out that Manheim PB has charged purchase to my credit line. No car...out $125000. GM at Manheim PB was worthless.
Great place if you are a car dealer
Very nice and helpful people.
Always a pleasure to do business with.
This is the most dishonest, crooked, evil group of people you could ever find at a car auction. Please go elsewhere for your own sake.
HUGE LOT! AWESOME MARKETING CAMPAIGNS!
GM is stand up guy...corrected mistake... good place to shop.
Its always a pleasure to be there
Pleasant, helpful. Will be back.
Where do I start1> Bought a Porsche Here on Green light clean title and when I get the title in the mail the car has Hand written in the paper work REBUILD. I call to complain and then tell me that they cant do anything about it..2> I bought a Q7 Audi Green Light and all the Electrical is bad... AC, Sunroof etc... and they tell me I cant arbitrate for that... what kind of joke is this already...
Alot going on,always get stuck with lemons
Nice idea with car locations. All auctions should have it
You need to be careful about what you buy
This is the place to go if u are looking for Mercedes
Great place to do business
I have worked here for 5 years. The only down side is the weather in Florida.
Always freindly and helpful
