DON’T EVER BUY A VEHICLE HERE! These people are CROOKS! They sold me a Kia Optima that the shift gear broke TWO WEEKS after I bought it. After they wouldn’t comply to fix or help fix it I spent $400 to get that rectified. Then a month later the engine broke! We contacted them and they would hang up the phone. They absolutely do not care about customers or genuine car sales. These people are crooks!

Worst mistake of my life!!! If you value your credit, DON’T EVER GO HERE! After two weeks of having the car, it completely broke down. The dealership is non compliant. They know they are selling broken cars and try to act surprised when you call them. Then they try to refer you to a mechanic and say you’ll get a “discount”. It’s a whole operation. They are a very shady company. Legal action was needed.

Great experience ! Juan was great and they worked with us with pricing and will make sure you leave with a car without being pushy. Highly recommended.

NOT HONEST. DO NOT RECOMMEND. We have never been so disappointed with a pre owned dealership. We spoke to the owner himself since day 1- he was skeptical about showing us Carfax so we pulled them ourselves. The owner Andres guaranteed us that the car had been properly taken care of (oil, engine, transmission) he said and I quote “if within the first 3 days something is wrong I will split the cost with you”Once the vehicle was purchased within 5 miles the engine light came on. Within 5 miles !!!! We contacted them immediately. Sent us to his brother in law’s shop who played circles with us. Called and they didn’t even remember the car! Andres said he wasn’t responsible and he would not cover anything like he said. Within the first week-Engine light is onTire pressure light is onDash board is crackedOil leakThe locks don’t properly work EVEN WITH THE KEYThe gas doesn’t properly fillDriver side mirror doesn’t workBack window defrost cable was basically taped togetherThe fuse to check engine was brokenThe list goes on and on. The car is literally falling apart. We feel as if a lot of the history was not disclosed. It was unfair, unprofessional and incredibly dishonest.DO NOT RECOMMEND to anyone who is looking for a reliable vehicle.
