Just bought a Porsche from Braman in West Palm Beach. Had an exceptional experience with the salesman Rony and the manager at the facility. Rony is very knowledgeable, nice and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend them
Love those guys. Beautiful showroom. Great service. Cant Get Enough Porsha
Terrible customer service, and policies that discourage the proper care and future maintenance of your Pre-Owned Porsche. I called several times to obtain my vehicles service history, and they refused to give me the information based on the premise that the vehicle was serviced under the previous owners name. That particular policy would be completely understandable if I were asking for personal information about the previous owner. However, I only requested historical service information about the vehicle I now own, so that I might properly maintain my car and continue to get the maximum performance and durability that has become synonymous with the Porsche brand. As an authorized Porsche dealership, one would hope that proper and timely maintenance of your car would be encouraged by Porsche of West Palm Beach.Unfortunately, as illustrated by their refusal to give me service records pertaining to a vehicle that I own, the proper and accurate maintenance of your car is actually discouraged. Instead they prefer to keep the information for themselves so that they can have you bring the vehicle in and re-charge you for services that have already been performed.I have left messages with Edward Klaus in the service department, and I havent heard anything back as of yet. I also spoke with Megan Wall and she stated some nonsensical policy about how service records can only be forwarded to the vehicless owner. News flash: I am the current owner. Why not account for the fact that used Porsches are sold and traded every day. And as the current owner, I should be entitled to information about my car. I have been an owner of Porsche vehicles for well over 10 years, and this is totally out of line with the 5 star quality and service that I have come to expect.
Porsche should seriously consider a deep inspection of their dealers. Having owned several 911 Turbos and excited about the 992 I am moving to another make because of this dealership. The purchase experience is poor but the service experience will leave you regretting your financial support of the organization and questioning if Porsche truly stands for anything quality. Wish there was a Champion dealer closer. Until then, hello Lamborghini
I was negotiating a deal on a 2016 Jaguar XJR long wheel base, a very unique car. After two days we reached an agreed upon price and I was to pickup the car in 3 days on the weekend since I live in Melbourne. We had been seeking the correct vehicle for 9 months The color was white and while it was not my favorite color, last night, we reached a deal because my wife loved the color. This morning, I see that they reduced the price to essentially our agreed upon price on the autotrader website. I @ hours later, when I was in meetings for my place of employment, I received am email stating that the car was sold. On the previous day, I spoke with both the sales manager and the salesman that we had an agreed upon price. When I called the sales manager to discuss this matter, he did not answer the phone and I left a message to call me back. He did not return the call He approved the sale of the car without even contacting me after we had an agreed upon price. The least he could have done if they had received a higher offer would be to call me and at least give me the first option to buy the car at a higher price. He did not. My wife loved the car and she was in tears when I told her they had sold the car without even contacting us. I feel that the actions of the sales manager were highly unprofessional and very unethical. I would never do business with this company and I would suggest that anyone consider this review when thinking about buying from them in the future.
I bought a new Porsche from Braman i had a excellent car buying experience i recommend them
Agree with the other reviewer, Porsche Corporate should review their dealerships to see if theyre representing their Brand properly. Tried to buy a car from Braman and the sales process was agonizing. They went back/forth 3x on price and I finally walked over $500, fortunately I found the same car at a better price at another dealer. Because of this expereince I wont even take my car to Braman for service.
Tried to have my car expected by them...my blind spot detection needed service. told them that it just need to be recalibrated since I had a wrap. but they wont touch the car. (I had the car wrap place not wrap over the parking sensors). they said thats not the issue... which when I did my research, every one else who had same issue said that recalibrating the sensor did the trick. then I brought it to champion Porsche in pompano, told them to recalibrate the sensors and they did it no questions asked, and long behold. it fixed the issue! so guess who is getting my business now. and its not like im a new customer, my family bought BMWs, Bentleys, Audis all through braman. and they just dismissed me.
Customer service is lame.
Great customer service by Tyler in the parts department. Thank you Tyler and Braman Motorcars!
