Exciting moment was when I picked up my Tesla vehicle at the dealer, but worse experience with the Tesla Front Desk Staff. Received notification for picked up delivery is ready. Arrived to the facility with schedule appointment. Walk inside the dealer. Nobody was there to greet me, and understaffed. After about 30 - 50 minutes of waiting there without ask for may I help you or have you been help already. I had to walk over to an employee. Reminder, never even spoke to my advisor nor even met advisor at all.I was able to get the attention of one of the guys trying to serve about 9 customers after one hour. The guy was very polite, understanding and explain the process. Later, he pointed my vehicle, and basically I had to accept final delivery in order to unlock vehicle while my cards key were already inside the car. Never had the advisor walk over with me to inspect the car or show me the vehicles features as my very first time. I did found a very few minor damage which I point out.But the Tesla employee who helped me did not wrote down or took notes of the minor damage I mention. He suggested to take a picture / video of the issue or minor damage and setup a service schedule through the Tesla app. Also, noticed some spots with marks by the front center root.Customer service 1/5Detailing 3/5Value of Vehicle 5/5Overall, a very negative experience during pick up delivery which I am hoping my local Tesla service center will improved. I am very happy with my new Tesla, but I will definitely rate them 3 stars.

When you buy a car from tesla literally when you pick up the car takes 15 minutes or less for the whole experience. There is no other vehicle that can compete against a tesla yet. Definitely Affordable,technology it has is amazing. One of the easiest cars to drive also. So far Im a tesla model 3 owner for life .

We purchased our new Tesla Model Y from West Palm Beach Tesla this past weekend (Halloween Day). White/White with FSD and the 20 black wheels (gorgeous). We dealt with Bill (I think that was his name) and also with Brittney (who was more experienced in the finance parts of the deal). We had never been to this showroom and ordered our Y online. This was just the place we chose to pick it up. The car arrived the Saturday before (24th) but we couldnt get to the dealer on a Mon, Tues or Wed which were the days chosen by the computer when we got the text our car would be arriving and ready. So, they held it for us until the 31st. The car was clean and the deal went pretty smooth (filling out the paperwork, etc.). All the info had been given online in previous weeks. The dealer switched our tag (we traded in our old SUV). They didnt go over any of the features of the car as I own a Model 3 for two years now and its basically the same inside. They did offer to show us the features though. After arriving home the next day, I did notice two parts of the vehicle where the gaps were just not right and needed fixing. Scheduled at Tesla Dania for service and they fixed it right up the same day I brought the Y in (even gave me a nice Tesla loaner to get back to work while the work was being done).I like the W Palm Beach showroom as far as picking up a new Tesla as the closer store, Dania Beach, is kind of chaotic and over crowded for new car pickups. They also store a LOT of their cars on lots nearby as they just dont have the room. However, they are moving the Dania location to an old Best Buy store location on US1 just north of Sunrise Blvd sometime in January 2021. I like the fact Tesla W Palm looks like a car dealer. They have a huge back lot where their cars are stored and its very new and clean inside (not the original location in W Palm Beach). I would say for new car pickups, until I see the new showroom that Dania is moving to I would highly recommend going to West Palm Beach. For service, either would be fine.

A 5-Star rating is definitely not giving this location enough credit. As a new Owner, I came to this location for a quick crash course about the vehicle and was given the VIP treatment. The representative that assisted me was a 10 star!!! I definitely will be returning for any assistance needed in the future!!!

Driving to work at 7:55 today and I’m cut off by a Tesla going 70+ on Okeechobee Blvd. Where do they turn into? The Tesla dealership. Talk to your employees about how to properly drive company vehicles before they flip it and kill someone.

Three days into owning this car. Hit a puddle coming to a stop at a red light and the back bumper fell off. After some initial aggrevation it seems like Tesla is taking care of it. This was a TSB item so it shouldnt have been a question.

Went to pick up a CPO Model 3 with an appointment. Nobody was there to greet me, location was understaffed. After about 30 minutes I was able to get the attention of 1/2 guys trying to serve about 18 customers. Then the guy took about an hour to produce my car (I was told the appointment would take 15 minutes). I had to track him down in the building again, at which point he gestured your car is over there, there is a paper on the dash explaining how to open it. Then he walked away, never asked my name, offered to show me how the car works, or do an inspection of the CPO I had bought sight unseen online. Lo, and behold, when I went over the car (which was filthy), during my detailing, I found 5 interior panels with significant damage, and the front bumper and headlight peppered with hundreds of rock chips. None of this was disclosed at any point during the process, and the vehicle was sold in CPO condition for a hefty sum and premium over what it would have fetched on the private market. Customer service 0/5 Detailing 0/5 Value of Vehicle 0/5, overall a very negative experience, which I am hoping my local Tesla service center will make right. Id leave Tesla West Palm 0 stars if I could.

Serious organization problems over there. They call me a few hours before my appointment to pick up my new car to tell me its not there. Delayed the delivery and now im stranded without a vehicle. Not only missed work today in order to get my vehicle but will also have to miss more days since i have no car now. Please work on your system cause this is just frustrating.

Just got delivery of my car. While I love the car, the buying process was not a good one. My personal experience with my salesman was terrible. My calls and emails went totally unanswered. He did finally text with my husband to answer a couple questions, but never contacted me even though I was the purchaser of the vehicle. Once I paid for the car online as you are required to do, I could not get a response. Also, when picking up the car, there is nobody to meet you there; the front desk staff simply points you to your car and send you on your way.

You bring your car in for a scheduled repair or maintenance and they somehow magically erase the list from their system and send you on your way with a “tune up.” Tesla is by far the worst customer service for a vehicle I have ever experienced. It’s sad that the technology is so advanced, yet they can’t get their act together to make a simple repair, EVEN WHEN THE VEHICLE IS STILL COVERED UNDER WARRANTY! Time to lawyer up if you are a Tesla owner & want any work done on your car. Not to mention the safety issues with your vehicle not running properly.

They use a handicapped parking space to park cars that they are delivering. When I complained about that practice, the sales woman replied We have other handicapped spots.. It is NEVER okay to break the law. Breaking the law for convenience is especially abhorrent.

Really bad service. Brand new Model Y had to pick it up at this dealership.The car was not cleaned on the inside. All sorts of dirt and debris from the factory was all over the inside.The glovebox did not work.Minor things and I was told they would get someone out to my house to fix it.45 minutes on the phone the next day and I am told I can “bring the car in for service in 2 1/2 weeks”.This was a BRAND NEW CAR.This lack of customer focus and attention to detail is apparently an ongoing problem at this dealership.Since buying an electric car means there aren’t any other service options I returned the car.Still haven’t gotten my money back but I feel like I have dodged a bullet and many future problems not having to work with this dealership.If you are looking for a Tesla, hopefully you can go to another dealer. This one is awful.

Very busy 5pm appointment was a poor idea, made worse by year end deliveries and Christmas. Wish we knew that while heading out for our express delivery. Well after 35-40 minutes of waiting and a stress attack with my wife they delivered and apologized. Our salesman who actually sold us the vehicle at a different Tesla showroom took the lead along with some additional staff and everything was smooth thereafter.Lesson is don’t pick up a new vehicle in an almost dark parking lot. We were supposed to look it over and get started way before dark.Would I go there again or recommend the dealership, yes with an earlier appointment and midweek, not a Friday afternoon.

They are very accommodating when they are trying to get you to buy, but they dont tell you that the deposit to place an order is non-refundable, even if you cancel before you sign a contract. I was in no rush, and would not have placed a deposit and order if I had known that they wouldnt refund the deposit if I canceled before signing any agreement to buy/lease. Fortunately, I am only out $100, but I guess you live and learn. UPDATE: My sister was interested in a Tesla, and they allowed us to transfer my deposit to her, so I upgraded my review.

If if i could pit ZERO star i would.Like other reviews here, i had ZERO instructions, the man and the woman at the desk talk down to people and actually get angry when you ask for some help.Come on I just bought a 60k car and don even deserve explanation on how to open the door ?I had to watch YouTube videos as well in order to learn.The two people at the desk was so busy DOING NOTHING that they couldnt even tell me that I had DMV documents to sign inside the car, that made me travel about a hour a week after just to bring back the signed documents.The employees there are completely CARELESS, LAZY, ARROGANTS, Dont help anyone and get mad when you ask for help.They should all be fired and give space for good qualified people.If you ever want to buy a Tesla go for it bit never go to West Palm location.SHAME ON YOU TESLA WEST PALM !

A nicer welcome would have helped. An employee was there on the phone but did not attempt to help or to acknowledge we were there untill we got very close to them. Other than that, picking up the vehicle was very quick and nice. The staff that helped us was very attentive and cordial.

Brought my X for AC repair, was not given a loaner and was told will be ready by afternoon. That would have been ok but unfortunately at 2pm I received a text that my car was not looked at and will have to stay for another day. I explained I use it for work and asked for a loner but was only offered an Uber voucher. I called Tesla HQ, to inquire about loaner policy and was told it was up to the specific service center if they will provide loaner.

I was concerned that he wouldnt take me seriously because Im not a white collar big wig, but alas, be was just and walked me through the whole process, as if I was buying today. No Service from the Assistant Service Manager. Big fail from John Martinez.We all understand that sometimes things go wrong and when they do it’s a great opportunity for a company to show their strengths. Unfortunately, this is not that kind of story.I recently purchased a 2020 Tesla. Shortly after receiving the car I scuffed my front bumper. I took it to a few repair shops and got estimates between $400 a $700 to patch and repaint the front bumper. I contacted Tesla and they would be able to put on a brand new factory painted bumper for around $1200. I decided it was worth the extra money to me to have it done correctly and maintain factory perfection.I waited over three weeks for my service appointment and was very excited to finally have my car repaired. Shortly after dropping my car off to Tesla I received a call from the service advisor. He informed me that when they had my car, they unfortunately damaged the driver rear rim. This was very disappointing news, as I had just a week before put on a set of custom rims shipped in from California. He sent photos of the damage, apologized and said that they would make it right. We exchanged text messages and Emails. I supplied them with all the information of where I purchased the rims and the cost to replace the one damaged rim.The Assistant Service Manager( John Martinez) also reach out to me and I returned his call twice but was unable to get hold of him. I arrived at Tesla at 4:30 in the afternoon to find the John Martinez had conveniently had gone home while the cashier was offering me a $350 discount on my bill. I thanked him for the discount but informed him that unfortunately that would not be acceptable and the rim would need to be replaced. He stumbled around for a while and we eventually got the service manager on the phone. The service manager informed me they would not replace my rim and the best they could do was either offer me a small discount for the work they had done or send my rim out to be patched and painted. I was amazed that a multi billion dollar corporation was quibbling over a few hundred dollars.This is a company with no marketing department who relied solely on word-of-mouth to sell their cars. I was their biggest champion, but now I am their biggest detractor. Quite a high cost to do business!The person who performed this poor service was Assistant Service ManagerJohn Martinez.

They are swamped due to high demand and lots of deliveries but that is a good thing and its worse at the end of a quarter when they are trying to meet delivery options. But they work their butts off and are even delivering cars and working on Sundays and late at night when I stop to download updates to the car since I dont have a good wifi signal at home

I purchased a 2020 Model X and it was damaged in delivery. The manager, Matthew, was unresponsive for days regarding the issue. By the time he did respond I was asking to return the car, at which point Matthew advised me that the return policy was 7 days/1k miles. The emails suggest Matthew intentionally waited until I was outside of the return period to respond in an unethical attempt to force me to keep a damaged car.It has been over 3 weeks and Tesla has done nothing. I have escalated this issue and Tesla support has done nothing.Upon reviewing the agreements, I found you can opt out of the Tesla arbitration agreement within 30 days of purchase. Of course they dont tell you that. I have opted out and will be pursuing legal action against Tesla.Buy at your own risk

We wanted to test drive the Model 3. We called Tesla Palm Beach and could directly schedule a test drive for the next day. When we arrived William took care of us and was really professional. He offered water and was really quick with the paperwork. Afterwards he showed us the model 3 in every possible detail and gave us some nice information on the car while driving it. He made sure to give us all important information at all time.We were completely satisfied with the overall experience starting from the call to the showroom and the car thanks to William.

Love my car that I took ownership of this past December. When I took the car it was noted that there are scratches on the roof, the passenger side view mirror doesnt return to normal position after tilting down, and there is bubbling in the paint. I have called service numerous times since taking ownership of the car regarding these issues. No one has answered the phone, so I have left messages. I have yet to receive a return call from anyone.

Adding my 1-star for the service center! Same experience as everyone else. They do not answer their phone, and they do not return calls. Definitely need better management. Take your car elsewhere if you can. The Roadside Assistance people will let you pay the difference in mileage to take the car to a different service center. Pro tip: if you call them and hit 4 (may change in the future) for the new car delivery department instead of 2 for the service center, and if youre REALLY nice to them, you can get them to sometimes physically go over and get you someone from the service department. We shouldnt have to do that for what we paid for our cars, and its not fair to the delivery people, but thats the only way Ive found to actually get a hold of someone in the service department.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with this Tesla sales and service center. I purchased my CPO Tesla from Shawn and he was awesome. He provided me with updates throughout the waiting period until my Tesla arrived. He even let me come in to see the car before Tesla made the fixes and body work to restore it to like new. In terms of service, Ive also had positive experiences each and every time I go there. Tate is great, as well as John. Their service has been the best Ive ever encountered at a car dealership. The one time in which my car needed to be kept for longer than a day, they provided me with a loaner. Excellent overall!

Tesla makes great vehicles and the sales pressure is non-existent. Everyone there is friendly and the showroom is nice which is very similar to the retail locations. They also offer service, super charging and delivery here. The location isnt ideal, but youre there for the cars, not the views.

Sadly, we visited the dealership on a Saturday and their test driving schedule was full.But oddly enough a sale rep had 10 - 15 minutes before his next appointment. So before his appointment he took us around the block in the Model S P90D. And within this fast 10 minute test drive, he showed us autopilot, ludicrous mode, how the car grips sharp turns on fast speed, and how the car can slow down without touching the brakes. And then finally when we got back to dealership he finally showed us autopilot self-parking.The car that we went in was the Model S P90D. The exterior was a dark blue with dark grey wheels, and then it had grey leather interior seats (it was fully specd out, give or take probably cost around $130,000). Within ludicrous mode or even just pushing the pedal to the ground as seen by the sales rep, you can get to 0 - 80 (with ludicrous mode) and 0 - 60 (pushing the pedal) within seconds.After the test drive, my dad, brother, and myself all left with a smile on our faces. After been in other vehicles during test drives, I have to say no other car brand put a smile on my face like what Tesla just did.We hope by next week we can schedule a test drive where me and my dad can actually drive the car and feel the power behind the wheel.Overall, what an amazing brand, the cars are both amazing and beautiful (Model S, Model X and Model 3), and also they have friendly sale reps that will tell you anything about the car.-----Edit 1 (4/22/16): We scheduled a test drive for Friday, we went to the dealership but sadly they said you have to be 25 years old or older to test drive the car on public roads.They should let you test drive the car if an adult (like your mom or dad) goes with you, and you have to be over the age of 21.

Today was the day when our Tesla 3 was ready for delivery. People at Tesla were very nice and the person who helped us was a Tesla owner not Tesla employee. He was doing it for free but he was excellent in explaining everything about the car. We left very happy with the whole experience. Nothing to do with a regular buying experience in a car dealership. Its unbelievable that such a new company can do much better job selling cars then all this stablished dealership where are you feel horrible, pressured and waist so much time to buy a car.

I purchased my car 2.5 months ago, provided all the paperwork and paid registration fees, 8 weeks later, 3 weeks of phone calls, the registration has been expired for 5 weeks now, today I got a ticket for driving with an expired tag, so I decided to come to their offices to get a new one, since the calls have been useless, 50 minutes waiting and no one is able to assist, they said no manager is in the office and they cannot even provide me with a phone number to call directly to solve the issue during the week. Only giving them 2 stars because the car is great, unfortunately, the service lacks.

This location is DANGEROUS at night. I got locked out of my TESLA and had to walk MORE than a mile at night to find a phone to call to unlock it. Before that, I have never felt safe there at all. I am a burly man, not afraid of much, but if I was a woman or man that could not physically defend themselves, DO NOT STOP HERE AT NIGHT - UNSAFE! I called TESLA and asked them to at least add a phone there or something.

These guys are always courteous and helpful. The service department even held on to some items I left in a loaner car for months until I could make it back down there to pick it up! If you are looking for a typical car salesman, dont go here. They are definitely atypical. No pressure, no price haggling, no sizing you up. Everyone is just there to help each other sell Teslas. Chris and the rest of the service team are fantastic! I came in for a break problem and tire rotation. They fixed everything, explained what was causing the problem, and took a look into additional recalls. The wait wasnt that bad and I got a loaner car for the day. So last year around October, I ordered a white M3 Performance online which didn’t include the enhance auto pilot, but at the time of delivery I declined it. The car had paint issues and other problems that weren’t going to be fixable for me to take it. When this happened I contacted a sales person I had met locally and he tried to look for another M3 so that I would not loose the free supercharging and the tax credit.That same day he called me and told me he had matched me to another M3 performance locally, but it was going to be silver and it was also going to come with Enhanced Auto pilot from factory as someone else had declined the delivery. For this reason there was going to a be a price increase. So I decided to accept it and told him that I would give a higher downpayment to compensate for the change in price and ensure my payments would not go any higher. My original down payment was going to be $6,500So I went to the Tesla delivery center in Riviera Beach, FL and waited many hours while others were being taken care off. It was almost around 9pm as they were getting ready to close and finally A delivery lady came out with delivery paperwork and I gave her a check for around $9,9942.51 which was around 3.4K more than what I was going to originally put down. Once the paper work was signed we went over all the features, lady said they would mail my paperwork and I was on my way.There were some initial issues with my front glass and the glass was replaced 2 times. Also other minor issues but it was all taken care off. I had the vehicle perfect for 11 months until this September. I reach into my pocket open my Tesla app and saw that the image of the car looked white and when I open my M3 to drive off my EAP was gone. It seemed as if Tesla put me back into my original ordered configuration and not the final vehicle I purchased.I immediately contacted service and then my sales person in miami but neither knew what was going on. So customer service ask me for proof that I had purchased EAP, because they were not seeing it in the delivery paperwork or the system. So I freaked out and started to do research. Come to find out I didnt have my paperwork since it was not mailed. I went online and saw my the original paperwork but didnt see it in there. What was weird was that I had just received an email from Tesla offering me FSD. To make a long story short I proceeded to contact customer service for follow ups and explained the entire story multiple times but in the end they requested that the story be verified with local sales manager. So the local sales manager verified my story and what had happened but STILL Tesla Corporate was not satisfied.It’s now been 2 months with no resolution and run arounds.At least the app is now showing my silver model color but no EAP. So at this point the sales manger told me they are trying to get this resolved but no guarantee.PS. Make sure to go over everything paperwork wise because if there are mix ups with the computer not even managers can get the ball rolling I guess. Not Fun and might loose 3k from downpayment.Horrid Customer Service they never pick up the phones

I have no complaints with this dealership. But I have major complaints with Tesla in generalMy 6 month old car has had a major melt down, none of the accessories on the steering wheelWork as well as the horn. Imagine my surprise when a car cut me off and my horn was dead.I tried to contact Tesla and was put on hold for over an hour. This is not the service I expect When purchasing a car in this price range.You cannot call the service directly, I was forewords to a central call centerThis is my second Tesla and while I like the car. I will most likely not purchase another one.

Currently theyre at a somewhat obscure location, away from traffic in the heart of Riviera Beach, but soon theyll be moving to Okeechobee and Palm Beach Lakes Blvd. Aside from that, the service is great. Can wait to go back in and test drive one at their new location.

I just bought a preowned Model S 85 and was so excited about getting the car that I didnt even think about what the process would be like. Not only did they surprise me by having the car fully charged, washed and parked right out front when I arrived, but they also had a private table setup in the lobby with my name on a plaque and all the paperwork stacked and ready for me to sign. This was seriously the easiest car-buying process Ive ever been through. Anthony was a rockstar to work with! I highly recommend you ask to speak with him when you contact this location. I drove away feeling like I just bought a car from a very good friend, not a dealership. I will be back to this location when we make our next purchase in the next couple of years.
