I walked in as normal and expected good to great customer service skills. I not only had a girl that knew nothing but she didnt even want to try and understand what I was trying to explain to her because she kept saying I have no idea what your talking about everytime I started talking about a power supply and found one on my own elsewhere. They are having a big sale because they are going out of business!

Always a good source to find hard to find electronic parts (as well as a lot of gadgets.)

Bought cell phone, has piss poor volume, having a difficult time returning phone to store and virgin mobile, will complain to credit card to get my money back
