Sami was my sales man and from start to end he was amazing. I lived an hour away and they brought the car all the way to me for a test drive which meant a lot, once I fell in love with the car I bought the vehicle which was painless and quick. I had gone to this dealer once before, decided not to get an infinity at that time because I didn’t feel that the person who helped me understood my needs nor cared to really make me feel comfortable with my decision. Brought in our QX60 for 50K mile service, an open recall and a state inspection. This was the first service visit with Infinity of Westborough as we bought it used from another dealer. Ferdy took great care of me and the QX60. Super happy with everything he did for me and the vehicle. I really appreciate the Saturday service hours too. Have gone to them multiple times and each time I leave as a dissatisfied customer. Just got my rear brakes and rotors done, 4 new tires, front-end alignment, and oil change. What I asked for was ALL 4 brakes and rotors done, tune-up, tires, undercarriage cover replacement and oil change. Paid $1500 for them to only do half of what I asked and lie to me about fixing the undercarriage cover and front-end alignment. (THEY REMOVED THE ENTIRE COVER) I had bald tires and my alignment was straight, now it pulls hard left. I try and trust them but everytime they keep proving why its called a STEALERSHIP and not a Dealership.

I recently bought a used QX60 from out of state. Within a week of bringing it home there were a number of problems with the car. Herb Chambers of Westborough service department has been excellent from start to finish. I worked with Matthew for both appointments and he was great about keeping me informed about what was going on during the entire process. Service was prompt and I was provided with a rental car which was extremely helpful. The car is running like new now!

I arrived at Infiniti in westborough before my appointment by 20 minutes. Robert welcomed me anyway and he was very friendly. He asked me about my day first of all and he was very empathetic about it. He was quick with checking me in and offered to wash my car. He called me once my car was done with service. At check out he offered me a $10 coupon from your website (I asked him if there were any) and answered all of my questions very well. He asked me many times if there was anything else they can do for me. Great service, thank you.
Came into this dealership with my pregnant wife and 3year old daughter in the hopes of buying a safer, bigger car. After spending about 3 hours on a Saturday afternoon we decided to move forward with an suv. We came with a 2016 Ford Focus as a trade in with $6500 left on our note. After running the car fax, the dealership refused to offer more than $5500 for the trade in. We were disappointed but after being assured that it would have to be brought to auction due to the history, we figured we’d run into the same issue anywhere we went to trade it in. Today I drove by the lot and there was our 2016 Ford Focus with a price tag of $14000.00. More than double what they gave us for a trade in. I feel embarrassed and taken advantage of. We leased a car 3 years ago at this dealership and everything went very smoothly, it was a very pleasant experience however no that my lease is up and we were looking to purchase the car after the lease as we did not put many miles on the car and it is still in great shape. We figured based on the low mileage and since we know how that we maintained the car well that we would use the buyout clause in our agreement as the buyout price was still a pretty good deal verse the used market. However when we received the paperwork there were all of these fees included in the buyout price making it not that great of deal any more. One of the fees was particularly blatant profit margin. I guess they figured since the car was in such good shape and low mileage that they would get their margin one way or the other. Its not that it was a ton of money it wasnt. It just made you feel like your working with a car salesman if you know what I mean. So buyer beware when they talk about customer service thats great as long as they get their margins. As a result, we are turning in our car and will be shopping for a replacement elsewhere.
Our experience from beginning to end at Infiniti Westborough was excellent. Tony Latino is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We went to Tony based on his great reviews and he didn’t disappoint. He’s personable and straightforward, and outfitted us in a great car at a fair price. We’ll be back when it’s time for our next car.

Bought a 2016 Audi Q3 and was promised the car was looked over and everything was good. When I picked the car up it wasn’t even cleaned, there was dirt and debris between the dash and the windshield. Within the first 30 days of owning the vehicle I’ve had issues with the windows not working and brake issues, and it was like pulling teeth trying to get in touch with the dealer I worked with and they are now refusing to fix the braking issue. The dealer had the correct phone number yet the finance department had the wrong number and finance was trying to get in touch with me for proof of address but couldn’t, until I called them to ask where the info for my loan was. Will never bring my business here again, and will not recommend them to anyone either.
Robert and staff were excellent, even after I called yelling about not having a spare tire. I’m sure Ill be the talk of the dinner table but Im happy he was understanding:) Service great per usual.

After taking a test drive I instantly fell in love. The whole staff made my purchase seamless.
I discovered several billing problems regarding the service I received at Herb Chambers Infiniti of Westborough. I brought in my 2009 M35X in on Wednesday, February 10, and picked it up on Saturday, February 13. I paid the bill and was shocked to discover multiple egregious overcharges (outlined below), totaling $508.37. I had not been informed that increased charges over the estimates were being imposed. This is in violation of the Massachusetts Attorney Generals Auto Sales and Repair Regulations rule stating, Right to an agreed upon price within $10...If it becomes apparent that your car needs repairs other than those that you have authorized, or if the price for performing the authorized repairs will exceed the original estimate by more than $10, a repair shop must notify you and obtain your permission before continuing the work.Summary of overcharges:1. Detailinga. Estimate: $250.00b. Actual: $250.00 (labor) + $250 (sublet) = $500c. Overcharge = $250 (100% over estimate)2. Cut new keya. Estimate: $175.00b. Actual: $258.37 (parts) + $175 (labor) = $433.37c. Overcharge = $258.37 (150% over estimate)

Amazing Experience in Service. The Service Manager was extremely thoughtful! I brought two cars for inspection and learned about the overall health of the two vehicles. The Technician, Service Writer, and Manager worked together to provide me with the most important details, potentially saving the older of the two vehicles. My appreciation knows no bounds. As far as Facility there is nothing better. Clean floors, an abundance of snacks, COVID friendly seating arrangements in the waiting room. Went to Herb Chambers Infiniti in Westborough last weekend to potentially do my second (good) deal with them in three years. As I was walking in I was greeted by the GM and told him what I was looking to do which involved a trade of the earlier vehicle however with his expertise and knowledge, and after finding out my specific needs, he was able to put me in a better vehicle at a lower price than I anticipated on spending before I got there and the trade-in valuation given me was above market. Sales Rep Anthony Latino did an exceptional job in finalizing the deal and had me driving out of there in my new vehicle in a couple hours. HC runs an efficient operation and with their high volume business no one is positioned better than them to give you the biggest bang for your buck (as they say in the TV ads). So Im batting 2/2 with these guys. Thanks again Herb; Anthony and Matt (GM).
