Do not bring you vehicle here for service! I left my 2012 Dodge Ram 2500 here for AM service, service would not answer phone during the day and never called with diagnostics. I arrived at closing time to find vehicle disassembled and none of the requested work was completed. The dealer recommended $2.5k in repairs when they could not complete a simple oil change and tire rotation. Over week later I am still waiting for a lug nut they stripped to be ordered and replaced.

Been looking for a Jeep for my wife for awhile. Went through True Car as they are partnered with Navy Fed car buying. Find the Jeep she wants and this dealership refuses to honor the price! Because they are in demand they can squeeze more money out of people. Get told that the manager is prior military so they will put it at a thousand above sticker price and then give a $500 dollar discount. Since the wife is at work and the Jeep didn’t arrive till this morning, and it’s an hour away, set an appointment for tomorrow at 1000 to pick up the Jeep. Then they sell it today! Being that I am a service member, and have been for more than 26 years, Integrity is something we all hold dear. It is clear they have none! Honor the price listed with the service you work with! I’m sure when COVID isn’t causing these problems you have no problem taking the money, and honor price listed then. If you say that a time is good to come in and finish a deal, honor that! If you are not then let people know. I did say Honor… but these people seem to have none.

Went in looking to test drive a couple of trucks, not exactly sure of what I wanted. Jeremy Garden was awesome to work with. He helped me narrow down my selection to two, set me up with test drives, and gave us space to review the trucks, but was available to answer questions...many many questions. Would recommend them without hesitation.My truck had a minor issue, so I got to work with the service team, and they provided a great experience, acted quickly, set me up with a rental, no questions and they communicated with me with updates. All issues were quickly resolved. I will definitely work with them for service in the future.

Seem like a nicer environment to buy car from, i bought a brand new Ram bighorn 1500 4x4, the mistake i made on my purchase was, didnt test drive and inspect different trim before making decision, ALWAYS TEST ALL THE TRIMS THAT YOU CAN AFFORD TO MAKE THE BEST DECISION . and ALWAYS ACCOUNT THE $ YOU PUT DOWN BEFORE MAKING AN OFFER. beside that, they seem to be easy to deal with, but now i have to pay 170 for all weather floor matt instead of deal w/ them before purchase the addon package only cost 135.

I took my jeep in for an oil change and inspection and came out with my radio and navigation system not working. After coming back the next day to let them know, they told me they had nothing to do with the problem and it was a coincidence that it was working when I brought it in and not working when I picked it up. They told me I could go pound sand. I will never be going to them again and suggest you dont either.

Avoid this place. Not your normal 5 star review. Christopher Geier Is the marketing team. His social media platform and willingness to answer questions and find a vehicle was awesome. He got me in the door. Unfortunately I couldn’t continue to work with chris. It was their company’s bright idea to hand me off to inexperienced sales people that didn’t have knowledge of the cars or willingness to even look it up. Even after doing my own research, giving them a thousand dollar deposit, they still could not deliver on two separate delivery promises. The sales team ruined his sale. I bought elsewhere as a result. I give thanks to the sales force in Allen Mello. I ended up paying a tad more, however, the service and respect I received was worth it at the competitor dealership.

I was recently in for service on my Jeep Grand Cherokee that I leased at Westboro CDJR in 2019. While waiting for my service I ran into Sam Kaleta who had put together a great deal for me in 2019. Long story short, after talking about possibly getting a truck at some point Int the future, he worked out a a fantastic lease deal for me the made sense for me to turn in my old lease the next day. Now I’m a proud owner of 2021 Ram Laramie fully loaded. I’m a financial analyst for 20 plus years, so trust me when I say this was a great deal. Never had anything but great service and respect from Sam and the team at Westboro CDJR. 5 full stars!

This is interesting. Purchased a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee. The center stack failed on day 3. The lack of urgency and attention to detail in the follow up service and customer experience is disappointing, to say the least. I got stuck with a dirty mini-van for a loaner, which I had to wait more than an hour for while all departments claimed “understaffing.” For something that was never supposed to be my problem (I can’t imagine a situation where anything fails in the brand new vehicle and the situation is handled as lackadaisically as this was), this has already wasted too much of my time. Salesperson and GM made a decent effort, but the overall execution is poor. I feel foolish for shopping here and would not recommend to others.

I came in knowing exactly what truck I wanted, and what price I need to be at. Zack was great!! 👍🏽 We were able to put together a deal and within a cpl hours I bought the truck and left with the truck that same exact day. This place does good business. I would definitely recommend using this dealership. Ask for Zack, hes a good kid very honest and will make your deal happen.

The GM of this location is so unprofessional and rude!! Do not by a car here these guys are out to scam you. Tries to tell you he’s giving you a good deal lying through his teeth! Stay away from this place these guys are crooks

I wasnt planning on purchasing a car when i went in, i just wanted a test drive. Sam welcomed us, answered all of my questions and even helped with some comparison shopping. I left to go see another car at another dealer and ended up calling Sam telling him i was coming back. We returned after dealer had just closed. Finalized a good deal after the manager honored a price i saw online. Left super happy. Proud owner of a Jeep Wrangler ✌🏼

We met with Josh and he was great to work with as far as letting us know what was available and what might work for my wife and I concerning a new vehicle. We found the Jeep with the right specs and what we wanted and we purchased the car that day. Josh was great to work with and I need to go back and have him help me with all the bells and whistles and how they work again. I called their service team ahead of time just to see if they could get me in soon for brake service for my dads Mitsubishi outlander. Even though theyre not same car dealership anymore, they got me in for a day that worked for me and finished sooner than expected. My experience with Dans Jeep was what I wish everyone could have. Facing a big purchase like deciding on a new car can be nerve-wracking in the extreme. I worried about finding a replacement for my 16-year old minivan, wanting something that could cart my big family around all together. Vidongs smile put us at ease right away. He took the time to road test the Pacifica Hybrid with us, answered all our questions and proved to be extremely knowledgeable about the workings and intricacies of the vehicle and its many features. The paperwork was completed quickly and the car was ready for us two mornings later.
