I WENT TO STORE on 2-18-21 TO MATCH PAINT PURCHASED 4 YEARS AGO. I was told they no longer carried the product needed to make a match. Two delightful young ladies tried very hard to obtain a match for me. They took their time, were knowledgeable, personable and expedient. Sherwin Williams is lucky to have such valuable employees.

I cannot praise this store higher than 5 stars! I was able to match perfectly the wall paint that my cat decided to claw up! I was able to bring in a painted vent cover. I have tall cathedral ceilings and not able to repaint all of them.Thank you for making me so happy!

Both sales associate were very helpful and assisted us in determining the right paint finish, Kaylee (sp) was also very helpful as she provided us with names of professional painters for a large project we are undertaking. She even offered to carry the 4 cans of paint to our car!

The women that work here are rude and don’t help you At all! Their customer service was the worst I’ve ever seen in Westerville and I’ve lived here for quite a few years now! Will NEVER be going back maybe not even to this chain of stores all together. Plus a ton of their stuff is over priced. I just can’t think of any Benefit for using this “ Specialty“ type store if there is no expertise available and they barely even acknowledge you.

I was extremely pleased with my visit. It was quick because I was in a hurry to get to work. So I just ran in and paid for the paint. I will be back to get the paint tinted later so I am sure I will spend more time and be able to talk more with the staff. That is the only thing that would have made my visit better.

One coat coverage is what you can expect when you buy Sherwin-Williams paints. They roll smooth, cuts in well around the edges. Most paints are thick enough you can freehand the edges if you have good hand eye coordination. You will be impressed.

I had a mix-up with some paint matching and they helped me so much! Ive only had good experiences at this location.

The salesperson greeted us as we entered the store, quick to provide assistance and was very helpful throughout our visit to the store. She provided us the the sample paints we asked for and the prices for the samples was more than reasonable.

They are willing to work with you even if you made a mistake in choosing the right color or product. My experience led them to make the color as close to what I needed which was difficult and ultimately replaced and at no additional cost. Very much appreciated and will be back in the spring to purchase more.

Young man who assisted me seemed unsure of everything he was doing and frustrated with the computer screen on the register. He mixed two quarts of paint for me and mixed the second one wrong. He refunded me the money but I ran short of paint and so went elsewhere it get it. Needs better training

I walked in last evening and asked if they could match my deck stain better the first gallon was a different color than the second both had mix labels on the lid. Within the first 5 minutes this annoyed looking boy not man let the f word fly out of his mouth, which blew me away to say that to a long time customer. I reset asked can you match it better to the first can it was deckscapes that they do not carry anymore, he said no its too old. I understood and asked if I bought the new super deck stain could he match the color formula on the lid? He said no Id need to bring in a piece of my deck?? I said just match it to the dried stain on the lid I just used it he said he couldnt match it.I have never had this problem at this store before Ive taken in samples of my dried paint on a small 1 x 1 piece of drywall and they matched it dead on.So I thought just get the supplies I needed because he definitely didnt want to mix the stain I needed and couldnt match it. I asked where the deck brushes were that were on sale he showed me they were $16.99 and more online it said it was s12.99 on sale for $8.95. I said these dont match the online pricing? He said I have no clue what is online and why they dont match. So I looked at small rollers next nicked that buy. I then asked about the wooden 4ft and 6ft poles brush handles for the deck brush he said we do not have those, I said they were online he showed me they only had aluminum ones for $30 -$40 dollars. The wooden poles were like $6 and $8 online. This is poor management and training not to know why items online are different than in the store. If this employee reported to me and said the f word to a customer in any conversation I would fire them immediately that day, that is so unprofessional, he acted annoyed as soon as I walked in I have never felt so unwelcome in a retail store, especially one I had been too numerous times in the past. There was also a young blonde girl who set on the chair the whole entire time and never said a word.

The service is always wonderful and helpful. Only use their paints in my house!

Called 30 minutes ahead and still hasnt pulled the gallon for mix when I arrived. Then both employees bullshittig w another contractor and didnt even acknowledge I was there for a few minutes and seemed put out to have to get the order ready when they finally did. Go to south state street store if you need paint. North store is always a waste of time, I buy 60 gallons or so a month and of all the Columbus stores this one is usually the least professional and slowest.
