Ive been ordering personalized items here for years. Ive been treated respectfully and professionally every time. Ive never had any issues. Ive always received my items exactly the way I wanted it. On one occasion, they called me about the location of the embroidery precisely where I wanted it. They were very friendly and it seemed like their main goal was to make sure I was happy and that we got it right. Very happy with Great Lakes Uniform.

This business is an absolute joke... Weve been getting LOCAL service from them for about a year now and their embroiderer has messed up our order several times; it’s not that hard and our information IS on record. Honestly, it’s just embarrassing to say we get our corporate wear from them especially because they’re local to us... PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!
