This has to be the biggest BB&B I have entered. Of course they have the selection of bedding, kitchenware and bathroom accessories that you expect from the chain. Additionally this one has decent sized areas devoted to toiletries, cosmetics, toys, and baby/child supplies. With one of the easy to get 20% off coupons, this is a great deal.

Not too bad. I love Bed Bath and Beyond, it seems silly, but I really love these stores. I went to my closest one thinking they had a baby section, but found out they didnt, so I had to come here.Some of the store is a bit chaotic, but you can usually find what you need. I love the coupons. They are freaking amazing, you just have to out smart the system to get the best deal. We got a few items for our baby that we needed today and found them with zero issue.

Love going to bed bath & beyond.. But this one was my first time coming here and pretty much the last!.. People there just seem to look at you all weird acting like theyve never seen a young couple with 5 kids.. And once we were done paying one of the workers walked between 2 of my kids and bumped into them and didnt say anything till my kids said something..

Normally l would not shop here because its pretty expensive but l was given a gift card. I was pleasantly surprised as it seems they have dropped a lot of their prices! Will definitely go back.

Excellent customer service and customer awareness. Cashier that wasnt actively helping a customer saw that the customer service desk was busy and came up to assist me. She went and found my pick up order and I was out the door to enjoy my new grill.

The only thing I dont like about this place is there air conditioning is usually not that great. I really love the store so much that I consider it dangerous because it is so easy to spend too much money there. They have something for just about any type of need. The functionality of our house is significantly improved because we were able to purchase items that increased the efficiency of space used.

The people in this store are very friendly. They helped me frame my picture and were able to do so very quickly.They ever wrapped it in plqstic because it was raining. What nice people!!!

Its a great place to shop if you need stuff for your home or having a baby. Its pretty quiet and finding stuff it pretty easy.

My Elderly Mother Asked For His Help Locating A Mattress Pad and Kevin Proceeded To Call Her Blind Because She Couldn’t Locate It. Worst customer service ever! Ordered a armoire for our baby girl through them and it came damaged (the rails the drawers sat on were broken to where the drawer couldn’t open). Called to get replacement parts, associate says I have to email the request with pictures of what’s broken. After prying open the drawer, emailing pictures with descriptions, we continue to go back and forth about parts needed. Finally I think we get there and when they finally mail the parts (a month later) they sent us the drawer without the rails that needed to be replaced. Seriously? After trying to order our rocker we had a manager literally walk away from us in the middle of asking questions saying she’s gone for the night and left us with someone who admitted she’s brand new and didn’t know how to order anything or put in customer purchases. Worst customer service ever! Repeatedly! Makes me wish for babies R us to make a come back again.

Opted for curbside pickup and it was TERRIBLE! I got to the store, waited 15 min after checking in without anyone coming out. I decided to call and was told someone would be right out. 10 min later nobody else came out. I went into the store, only to be ignored by the customer service podium/stand and after 5 min acknowledged that I was there. The person doing the curbside was just moseying about as I saw her as I walked in. This store is JUNK!

Return was cheerfully accepted and replacement product was easy to locate and purchase.

Merchandise not out on shelf, waited a very long time for associate to bring out to purxhase. Products were priced incorrectly and they would not honor the pricing displayed. Also had baby formula expired on 10/1/2020 marked down 50% when it should have been returned to the vendor rather than sold to a consumer.

Garbage. Absolutely Garbage. Terrible experience, we will never go back. I will say they contacted me to ask me why, but never followed up. I will publicly state my issues: the store was not clean, and there was no staff on the floor or at the registers. When we finally saw a person and asked if we could check out we were just straight up told no.I dont expect great customer service at a bed bath and beyond, but it would be nice if I could like...you know...buy stuff.

Customer service at this store is the worst. They dont know store policies regarding twin and multiple baby discounts. Some employees know how to help with this discount but others are rude and continue to deny that this is a Buy Buy Baby policy. Just a real disappointment.

A big store with lots of good stuff, including a Buy Buy Baby section in it. So you can probably find a ton of things you need or want here. The one issue preventing a 5-star rating is that staffing is a little tight. We had to wait a while at checkout, for instance. But overall it is a good store.

Went to Bed Bath & Beyond with Honey do list. Store was very clean and well organized. Lots of friendly, helpful and knowledgeable employees circulating throughout the store both stocking merchandise and directing customers to the appropriate locations based on their needs. The store is well organized and clearly labeled. I asked for assistance which was quickly and pleasantly given allowing me to get in and out of the store quickly. Judging on the variety of products one could spend a few hours just browsing.

They have everything here and with sales and coupons its the best

Great store, they had the high chair we wanted but not in stock. The employees in that area were busy with other customers. So another employee came over to help us out. They graciously called around to other stores and then ordered the product and had it shipped direct. Great team work at this store!

Bed Bath & Beyonds all smell the same. I want to live inside one. This one is clean and well stocked. I appreciate that everything is sectioned off. Knives. Plates. Flatware. Etc.

Shelves are always partially filled on the baby side. Maybe I was fortunate going to previous locations but this one is a bit of a let down.

Almost every time I come here I get a bad attitude from the workers. It feels very much like I am a burden and not a valued customer which makes me not want to shop here. The manager however was helpful and accommodating.

Went for the BuyBuyBaby section, that has a lot of baby related stuff out on the floor for trying things on/out. Car seat and stroller section is pretty large, which was helpful. Staff was helpful and knowledgeable. They had a handheld scanner to add things to the registry and check various prices / info / compatibility.

Good service. Not the best selection because its a bed bath & beyond plus a buy buy baby. Good thing about this location being both a buy buy baby and bed bath & beyond is that you can use the 20% off membership here on baby stuff. A normal buy buy baby wont let you do that. We go out of our way to buy things here because of that.

Was looking for wedding registry gifts. Most you have to order but did find a few things. Staff was very helpful. Loved the complimentary wrapping.

The staff was friendly and helpful, but their registers were having issues where everyone trying to check out kept getting denied. This isn’t the first time I’ve watched it had problems with their registers, but the cashiers are always cool and figure out the problem.

I went here to check out the Donna carseat. I will definitely be purchasing one now.

Seems everyone went to BB&B at the same time this afternoon. Very, very busy. When I arrived, there were so many customers waiting, I considered leaving and returning my item another day. Then the call for help went out. Cashiers immediately were at their stations, up & running in a snap. All customers that I saw were checked out in a professional, timely manner. The BB&B folks at this store are extra special helpful. Thanks.

I came here to buy a diaper genie, when I got home and took it out of the box it didnt work. It didnt stay shut and was a dirty so I think it was used before. I brought it back to exchange but they didnt have any more of those particular ones left so I asked for a refund. I happened to use my husbands credit card that day for the purchase and did not have it with me...so instead of being difficult, the kind woman at the register just told me to give her any card and she refunded the $97.00 I spent on this very high tech expensive diaper genie. I was very thankful that she did not make it this big difficult situation and just went on to give me a refund even though it was a different card. 5 stars!!!

Found what I needed, decent prices and selection, but took a bit of time to shop with products in disarray and not placed with correct price tags. Not my favorite place to shop but can get what I need at least a few times a year.
