Heather worked with me, bouncing fabric colors and patterns off each other until we found a pattern and color I liked for our throw pillows for our new couch coming next week. She even let me rearrange the floor model to physically envision how we wanted to place it at home. She communicated clearly about the process of having our couch made and the timeline and what to expect. I will definitely shop there again and again.

We love our new area rugs. They really went above and beyond with delivery.

I would not recommend the Beckham couch. The couch itself is very comfortable but after only having it a few months the pills all over the cushions make it look like weve had it for years.When I called the store they said it’s considered normal wear and tear and even the additional coverage we bought doesn’t cover this. She said they are working with the manufacturer on this issue for the future which of course does me no good. They said they would send me something to remove the pills when they had a chance.Also we bought the couch because it was supposed to be so easy to clean. My daughter spilled some water and it left a water stain and looks terrible.I would not recommend the product based on the way it wears which is unfortunate because it really is big and comfortable
