Westport Lovesac staff was amazing! Almost everything arrived in time to be given as a gift, even though I waited until only 4 days before the 25th to put in order.AMAZING!!

The Westport Lovesac store with Daniel is amazing, professional and they understand customer service. I can’t thank him enough and would have walked away otherwise. I would AVOID under all circumstances the Greenwich location. Managers are rude, unprofessional, not trustworthy overall. It won’t last long.

I was having trouble with the website as it wasn’t loading prices or allowing me to add individual items to the bag, but Daniel from LoveSac was able to text with me and tell me the prices of the items I was interested in. Wonderful people and great products!

We had a very good experience at Lovesac’s Westport location. Daniel took the time to explain & show us how they would look and work. It didn’t feel like we were making a purchase instead like we were talking to a friend.

Fabulous experience working with Annamour at the Westport CT love sac store. She was super helpful with sale as well as her colleague. I purchased two bean bags for Christmas from amazon for our playroom and was not satisfied with comfort or quality. I walked into love sac store and was super impressed. Friendly staff and knowledgeable. Total difference in quality and feel and worth the extra $$. My brother has had a love sac for over 15 years and it is still great. I will say that Annamour went the extra mile and helped me even after her shift was over. Hope I am remembering her name right. I bought two pillowsacs at their 30% off sale.
