We originally began working with Tusk on a project to furnish one room. We were so impressed with the results that our original project became the first of many positive experiences in working with Tusk. The owner and designer is professional, organized and has a talented eye for any and every space. Service through Tusk, it’s vendors and tradesmen has been top notch with attention to detail. Immediate response and remediation were paid to any issue or concern. Customer service is excellent. We ordered coffee tables that weren’t right for our space and were able to return them no questions asked. The store is beautiful and so are it’s uniquely featured pieces. We are about to begin our next project with Tusk and are very much looking forward to it. I highly recommend this business.

Please be aware of the return policy which is that they do not accept returns of most furniture. It is unfortunate for a local small business. I really want to support our local businesses but it makes it difficult when you are left with thousands of dollars worth of furniture !! No receipt or evidence of the policy given! My fault as to not being more vigilant but it is still a shame.

While their store is gorgeous, the people who work in the store are not the best. If youre not a glamorous blonde mom showing up in a Mercedes they wont give you the time of day. I have spent money at this store (a lot) and even still cant gain the respect and attention of the women working here. Now even if I love something in the store I wont even bother because it is such an unpleasant experience in the store. I will avoid the eye rolls, being ignored and under the breath comments and shop somewhere else.

I love the design of a lot of pieces, but the lady who works there discouraged me from making a purchase.

What an amazing selection of furniture and accessories at Parc Home in Westport, CT. The store is absolutely gorgeous and the staff are extremely helpful. Everything is arranged with the finishing touches that make a house a home. You will find everything from chandeliers, lamps, rugs, bookcases, sofas, sectionals, chairs, custom tables, cocktail tables, side tables, upholstered headboards, stools, glassware, candles, jewelry, and so much more. If you are shopping for furniture or accessories for your living room, dining room, kitchen, or bedroom, you definitely need to stop by Parc Home.

Caveat Emptor! Cheap quality furniture for exorbitant prices, and an owner who just wants your money and will liet o keep it- terrible customer care
