I think they are honest and respectful. No bad language. Took care of things in a timely manner. Clean room to wait. Offered free beverages which I thought was nice of them. I believe they told me the truth about the car.

Very nice people at the front desk. The inside of the shop was very clean. Needed front tires and struts. They ordered them and are getting me in first thing next week! Will definitely be returning.

I took my car (Toyota Camry 2012) to American Tires to do a vehicle safety inspection. Two tires in rear, the thred thickness of both tires are still very good; however, they want me to change or buy new tires from them.

Great service! I called to see if they carried specific tires on Wednesday,they were not in stock,but were ordered and delivered so they could be put in the SUV on Thursday. One day later, not a week. They work fast, but very thorough. Highly reccomend this establishment!

An honest tire shop with fair pricing that carries many different brands- what more can you ask for! I have been going here for many years with nary a complaint.... Throughout the years, Chuck the owner and Tim at the counter have been super helpful to my family and I... Also the shop hands are helpful as well... I recently had a blowout after getting run off the road by a coal bucket and after he replaced my tire, the service tech took it upon himself to replace my spare tire, jack and lug wrench back in its proper spot despite my trunk being full of junk when all he had to do was just throw the spare back in the trunk and send me on my way leaving me to put it all back together..

Preparing for vacation my husband took our vehicle here for an alignment and inspection. These were two different appointments and both time he asked them about the brakes because we had some ne concerns about them. Both times he was told they were fine. He was assured the brakes were in good shape.So we left for vacation. They got progressively worse. It felt like we were driving on rumble strips. We ended up finding a garage at our destination. They showed us the problem and from the appearance the brakes had been bad for a long time. How could this be overlooked? They were shaking theirs heads. Fortunately, the brakes held out til we got here. It could have been a real bad ending if not.We will not recommend nor return.Shane on them.
