As a first time customer of Wheeling spring we needed brakes and service on our food trailer the Woodfired Pizza Company which is quite large as well as heavy. We have a 10 car hauler that the springs broke on them and my driver went to Peter built and they wanted to charge him an arm and leg for the work so he found this location a few miles down which the gentleman very attentive advise me if he can make it there he can check it out before ordering to be sure and indeed ordered the part and it got delivered overnight and the next morning my they were working on the truck and for great price! Simple fast and effective . The gentleman let my driver park in the lot across from them and stayed in the truck till it was time to work on it. Highly recommend if you ever break down in that area. Had a new exhaust system installed on our delivery truck. There was a discrepancy regarding the quoted price. Curtis was great to work with, he made an adjustment to even lower than what the original price quote was. They did a nice job on the install. Will be going back for an alignment soon. This place used to be great. I dont know what happened. The older dude at the front desk was rude and had a attitude. They are way overpriced. Used to love to go here. I will never do it again. They had my truck for almost two weeks to do a repair that was suppose to take about five hours.

The “other guys” held on to my struts for 6 days. All I needed was a height adjusted. Wheeling Spring hooked me up, I was in and out in 20 minutes at half the cost. I will be back for everything suspension related from now on.

Went to get my truck aligned, good work and pretty quick, very reasonable price

Was told job was going to be 4-5 hours, I waited in customer area, more like 8 hours, you would think that they would know exactly how long it would take because they advertise they have been in the business forever ... my very high dollar truck was parked in thier shop next to another truck, they were Welding and grinding with sparks bouncing off my new truck and my brand new American force wheels without any protection. I would not recommend these guys unless you have some old beater that you dont care about, and have no plans on the day your work is to be done. They dont care about your time or your property!
