From setting our appt. over the phone to finishing up with finance at the end, it was easy, relaxed but professional, and so pleasant. Teddy was knowledgeable and made sure he address all our concerns and delivered on what we wanted. He made the whole thing easy and stress free. I visited White Plains Honda on 10/7/21 with the intention of getting an oil change and a recall part for my 2012 Honda Civic. This dealership is very dishonest! Not only do they “magically” find coupons instead of just offering the lower price in the first place but, they quote you services that you don’t even need! They quoted me $1,650 worth of services that I didn’t even need. I have 18,500 miles on my car. The services they suggested are needed for cars that are in the 50-100K mile range. On top of this, if Honda hadn’t cheated me enough, they offered to buy my car…..the car that was “falling apart” according to them. When I made my reservation originally, I was asked by the service person if I bought the car from White Plains, I should have known that was code for: “Oh great, another person we can cheat!”. To everyone out there reading this, take your business elsewhere! Also, I took Honda’s recommendations to my mechanic. For $100 as opposed to Honda’s $1,650, the REAL problem was fixed. You just lost a customer.

I Had to edit because I cant leave another review but the store owner hasnt answered one email or call after asking me to reach out, they dont really care. Terrible 1st experience of financing a car was with these guys, they finessed me out of a very good car & put me in something worse. I originally left the dealer with a 2014 civic with 20k miles & after having it for almost 2 weeks they called me telling me I had to bring it back for a very odd & untrue reason. Me not knowing any better I allowed it. Honda then copied & pasted the same contract and put me in a Honda Accord with 63k miles which isnt even a certified pre-owned car, I later also found out the accord had an accident on it. I was told that I can trade the car back in after a year of building credit but what they dont tell you is that the car isnt going to be worth near the amount you owe, so when you go to trade it in youll be under value & have to pay the remaining balance from the trade in which is not helpful. This is what happens when your young and dont have very good established credit they mess with you. Im still paying off this car & very much hate it. youre supposed to love the 1st car you purchase but I loath it. If you dont have established credit or a co-signer I do not recommend WP Honda

All Service Managers were especially helpful, but Anthony and Marc were able to work with me on trying to discount where they could. My Passenger side Mirror with Camera was broken due to Garage Parking under my Building by a Valet. They are not inexpensive to remove and replace. Vinny in the Repair Shop was and always is point on to get Service done. I would not go to any other Service Department or Dealer. Happy to give 5 Stars to All!!

I am very disappointed in my experience with this dealership. I saw a awesome lease deal on their website and proceeded to make an appointment to come in. I was greeted by a very pleasant sales person, however, when I let them know that I had a trade-in, I was told that lease offer is no longer valid and their website was not updated. To me if your website still stated that the lease offer was still running any good manager should be able to match the deal. I let that slide because I did like the used car options they had. However once I finally agreed on a car they began to run a deal as if I agreed to a number. I was immediately left in the dark following a credit application and sent home. Upon asking my sales person general questions such as how much is an estimated monthly payment and how much am I getting for my trade you would think that I asked the most complicated questions of all. Where I was very disappointed is after asking my sales person these questions I did not receive a response at all. I called the dealership the following day and no one was able to answer my questions over the phone. I had a complicated deal but not an impossible one and I feel like the lack of transparency is a really turn me off from this dealership. How do you expect someone to purchase a car when you can’t even give them a range for a monthly payment. I felt like trying to make a deal with them was like begging them for a favor. I purchased a vehicle with a great deal at another Honda dealership. Save your money and time and look elsewhere.

I was looking to upgrade to the Honda Pilot, and I have three appointments set up with the first one being at WP Honda. As it turned out I didnt need to go to other two as this dealership had the car that I was looking for at the right price too. I like they made the whole process so easy and painless. There was no back and forth negotiation. I also like that the sales team was very up front and didnt try to up sale me on things that I dont want. My man Bob M. is not your typical car salesman. Hes very soft spoken, easy going, but he definitely knows the products. All in all, I am very happy with this dealership.

On the whole, I’ve been dissatisfied with this dealership. From the poor sales experience (sales team making up an excuse (at the last minute) that I couldn’t transfer my plates instead of telling me that my wife needed to come down and sign since her name was also on the registration; sales team was going to let me drive off without a full tank of gas; sales team forgot to include my window sticker on the paperwork, so I had to drive back for it; sales team took several hours to complete what should have been a pretty simple transaction) to the generally poor service experience (long waits at the service department, poor communication/service advisor not answering phone after 100 rings). I will not be returning here for service and I would not recommend anyone do business here.

I just want to say that their customer service is excellent. I called to set up an appointment to discuss lease end options and schedule a test drive. Ashley was quick, pleasant, and professional. They scheduled me right away and texted me a reminder. I say this because I called two other Honda Dealerships and did not receive the same experience. Professional and pleasant customer service go a long way for me. Thank you!

Read the sticker on the car with the actual MSRP before you get duped into paying 2x destination and handling fees. If you can afford to avoid this dealership, do it.

Terrible experience with used sales Dept! Test drove an CR-V yesterday and loved it. I sat down with sales rep to discuss numbers. He clearly knew I was interested in the vehicle. I told him I was going to step outside to speak to my wife about the pending purchase, when I saw he was allowinf another person to test drive the same car. He mentioned to me that she was interested in another vehicle. After my 6 min phone call, he had the woman sitting at his desk. He then told me he was running he credit and that she was interested in same car. He didnt even apologize, no follow phone call, or anything! Very unprofessional! Stay away!

I appreciate that these individuals were professional, not pushy, and honest. I’m very happy with my purchase and highly recommend White Plains Honda.

Where do i start it was an amazing experience. I have know Chris Paranzino for over 10 years, he is an amazing guy he is so humble, patient and works with you. He worked with my numbers that i can afford and made me feel so welcomed. This is my 8th or 9th honda lol. I am a long time customer.
