I really like this place I mean everyone was super friendly and I brought my 7 personalities and we all agree that this is the best place to get glasses, plus being at the mall we had no wait times as the towns west mall is a ghost town. I was in and out under 30 min. So grab your weasel stomping boots and come get you some new glasses

Always fast, friendly service! Only down side this time was that my representative never introduced herself and I wasnt informed that my glasses werent available for the one-hour option. Happy news they were expected in the following Monday and arrived that Thursday! The positive always outweigh the negative with this location, even with the slight hiccups I would still return (and still do) for all my lens care issues. THANK YOU!!!

I had a good experience buying eyewear with Jeff a few months ago and with Cathy yesterday.

The sales person told me Tricare would give reimbursements...well, he was pretty sure. He wanted to make a sale. I called Tricare, and they do NOT reimburse for glasses. In November we will be able to choose vision coverage. I was very disappointed someone would exploit the armed forces to make a sale. They were over $200 more than the vision center on Fort Riley with less quality options. Very, very sad. Shame on you!

I would price compare first before buying glasses. My husband and I spent $958 out of pocket after insurance paid their portion. They made our glasses wrong and never called or texted us when our glasses were ready for pick up. It was over three weeks waiting for them. I was not satisfied with the quality or pricing so I returned my glasses for a full refund. My insurance company received their check (I was told they would not be reimbursed and my out of pocket money would be credited back on my credit card, but they never did that). Beware of your purchases and over pricing!

Yeah? NO..... brought our own frames in to have transition and polarized and AR lenses put in be 10 days and it cost 450 some odd dollars. Theyre out of their mind, ran right over to Sams Club $129 so factor in a Sams Club card and youre still at half the price. LensCrafters is a rip-off listen to their commercials all you want theyre scamming you.

Had been seeing them for a few years. Went somewhere else and found out they had my prescription wrong, had me in contacts that I needed a higher prescription for and never told me about it as well as charging me more for the contacts.Every time I went to order contacts the person who does the ordering “forgot” or was out and it would take a month to get them doneI will NEVER recommend them to anyone
