We ordered a UBox for my mother. The service provided was satisfactory, but the charges were unacceptable. I paid the $85+ fees and then they got my mothers card information and double charged by charging her too. The resolution for lying and double charging is zero. They are a nightmare to work with if you get scammed like this. They took her card saying it was just insurance in case of damages. Instead they instantly charged her. I suspect it was on purpose, but I dont know and they wont respond to calls. You get the run around with no end in site and no way to resolve issues. It could be a corporate tactic, but it deserves a less than 1 star.

The guy at the center went above and beyond helping me check in my rental truck. Nice to know good service isnt dead these days. Thank you!!

I needed a tow package added to my vehicle ASAP. I was able to schedule an appointment right away online, and they were ready for me when I arrived. The Curt brand hitch receiver was installed within 45 minutes. (I walked over to Target while I waited. ;) ) So slick; definitely recommend!

So far so good. The pace actually has a pretty reasonable selection of vehicles available at any given time. The folks were pleasant and helpful to talk to and the location was clean and well maintained. I havent seen inside the storage areas but what little Ive seen so far the place is in good shape and is in good safe condition for storage.

Equipment was great but had to go to 4 different locations to get what we needed.

They can hook a trailer to a hitch and your vehicle. AMAZING!!!

Fast and easy with setting up the order online. 10 minutes in the store, hooked up and moved out. Clean trailer, clean store, friendly service. Free boxes near the door (when available).

This place is phenomenal. I had many issues with the app, and there was a computer issue so they compensated me. And it was extremely generous.

Amazing customer service. Was having some issues with my bank card and the manager helped me through it. Had almost the same issues when I returned the equipment and received the same quality of service as when I picked it up

Never rented a U-Haul before. Went in to ask some questions and understand how the whole process works. Everyone was very thorough and friendly while kindly answered every single question I had. Was able to quickly set up a hitch installation and drop my car off after-hours for installation the following day so I didnt have to take off work.Very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff.

Best experience I have ever had with U-Haul. Best part was being able to upload most all information online very minimal contact is best at this time in life. Staff are very kind and knowledgeable about products and procedures. My rental was very clean. The facility was very well kept I can tell this U-Haul store takes pride in there work and taking care of there costumers. Thanks again for the great service!

Customer service is awful. Need adults present. Kids just sitting on phones. No people skills.

Not satisfied with the check in app which we were unable to use yesterday. Could not connect with a Uhaul rep after the app would not send the link. Tried to call the numbers provided to reschedule a time to bring the truck back in snd no answer. Finally gave up took our own pictures and turned the keys and ppw in the drop box. Also have been on hold this morning for almost 40 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous!

Uhaul Facilities and staff are great. Uhaul android app is terrible.

They had exactly what I needed. Very friendly and helpful. I took back what I didnt use and was refunded. The boxes were very sturdy and well made, and their prices are reasonable.

I really like this storage space. I have access almost any time I need it. Its clean and maintained. I would recommend this place to anyone with storage needs.

Nice and helpful staff. Rented a trailer and during the light check we noticed one of the turn signals was not working. Rather than telling me to come back once its fixed the guy got on the internet to find the fuse that runs that turn signal (Ford doesnt lable their fuse panel.) and put a new one in for free. Saved a ton of time rather than going home, looking though the manual, going to get a fuse and going back for the trailer.
