The wait was long. There were only 2 reps in the store. After 15 minutes one of the reps didnt even check with me prior to waiting on a customer that came in after me assuming that that customer wasnt going to take as long as me. After 45 more minutes I was finally waited on. The rep was very courteous (although there was no apology for the wait)and did get me a new SIM card but couldnt help me any further because I didnt buy my new device there. After that long of a wait and being a loyal At&T customer for many years I would have hoped for a bit more help.

It’s a shame what AT&T is doing to it customers as well as it’s employees. I have shopped at this store for years since it was on the other side of the strip and now selling it to a franchisee who could careless about customer experience. Don’t believe me when the mall still had a store those employees cared nothing more but to lie to you and take your money, and when you had a problem they sent you to the corporate store. That’s what AT&T thinks about their customers take our money and have absolutely no one who will be held accountable. I can say with no doubt once these great employees leave this store I will be leaving this greedy company. Joe, Brian, Maria and Jason have bent over backwards to do everything to help me and my family and my business and what you have done to these people and their family is nothing but a joke. Everyone do yourself a favor and go to Verizon or T-mobile and steer clear of this “new” store.

The young man that helped me was very nice and went out of his way to figure out why the phone I had received from AT&Ts insurance carrier had sent me would not read the SIM card they sent with the phone. Long story short, the phone was defective. He put a new SIM card in the phone and it wouldnt read it either. He even put the same SIM card in various phones in the store and it worked in them.

I was upfront, said I wanted to look. He (Nick) asked me about colors & my plan. Basically pressured me into purchasing a phone, then never showed me how To use the new phone, such As facial recognition, etc. I went from a 6s to a 12... I should have walked out as soon as he showed up with a phone in hand, when I wanted to look & learn. He also never advised me that my phone would be disconnected, common courtesy (Hey are you expecting any calls/etc- because your phone will be shut off- should be a requirement). Then there was no help setting up the new phone (hazleton does provide help). I had to spend 3 hours the following day trying to get my AirPods, to work with the phone & watch, and he still wasn’t able to help me through the issue. He said he’s not an Apple guy, so he doesn’t know much. After 3 hours of attempting to get support, I could not even make a phone call with my AirPods (unable to process a phone call at this time.) If your employee isn’t knowledgeable about Apple- they should be allowed to sell Apple.

I went to the AT&T store after trying to get through to customer service number for WEEKS! I was frustrated and unhappy. I didnt have to wait at all! Jason was helpful! The young lady there was knowledgeable the 2 of them worked together to help me! I cant say enough about these fine young people.Im so appreciative that they were there! They took all appropriate Covid 19 precautions. Shout out to Brian who was pleasant on the phone. God bless them all! Lory Albin

Beware of AT&Ts horrible coverage in Williamsport, it is terrible. Their coverage map lies about coverage. T-Mobile works much better. Do NOT buy their iPhones to use the dual-sim feature, it is very misleading, you cannot add another service. Need support? forget about it. I have been on the phone at least 7 times for hours and they give you the run around because AT&T ties their hands and you cannot get help. My AT&T iPhone 11 Pro Max is an $1100 doorstop now with a 2-year contract they will not let you out of. It actually shows the wrong phone number on my account and nobody at AT&T has the knowledge on how to fix it. Lastly, they would not give me a local 570 number because they didnt have any! I have a 272 area code that is hundreds of miles away...what a joke! Im upset, but I am also being very honest - DO NOT BUY AT&T. They NEED to close their store and not sell phones in Williamsport until they stop misleading people about their fake, misleading ability to provide honest reliable service..

I tried to make an appointment by phone to the local number & explained how the menu would not allow me to speak to a live person & the representative actually argued with me! I told her my zip code TWICE, she still did not have it! Rude & Ridiculous! Why even throw your money away unless you are desperate. I am going elsewhere.
