They did a complete inspection and fixed a few other things that needed attention. They are always transparent regarding additional work and charges for that work.

I always appreciate the fact that the staff calls about any issues and never pressures me to purchase additional services. When I get additional work done, they provide emailed photos of the parts/issues so I can see what exactly was wrong. Their prices might be a little higher than the bargain oil change place, but you definitely get what you pay for. Ben at the front desk had everything ready for me when I arrived, was able fit me in last minute, and is always so thorough and courteous!

Very unprofessional place. I made my appointment on Wednesday to have snow tires placed on my car the Friday of the same week. I was assured everything would be ready. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told that the place was shut down because of Covid. I dont mind the business taking necessary precautions, but when I asked why I wasnt informed earlier so as to save me from having to take time off from work (lost income), I was given a shoulder shrug.If you are looking for a professional experience, or just decency in general, keep looking. This place aint it.This software doesnt allow me to post a response to the store owners response, so I will just ad it to my review here as an edit. What he is saying is inaccurate at best. They did not at the time of my appointment make it clear that I will be able helped at their Evanston office. They said that I could try to see if they can fit me in there, and when I asked if the tires that were to be fitted to my car were available at that dealership, they answered that they didnt know. In other words, they canceled my appointment, didnt let me know in advance, and gave me really no true solutions - and he is now lying about it online. They did indeed call me later, but only after my reviews began appearing online, and by then I was already back at work, which was too far away to make any realistic return to their dealership.BUYER BEWARE!

I appreciate them keeping me informed of what is wearing out on my car - what needs replacing now, what can wait until next time etc. Whilst I always have the choice as to whether to go with their advice, I normally do as maintenance is cheaper than repair once its broken! They are polite, professional and I feel their pricing is fair. Plus they are so close!

Last week I was driving north on Sheridan road and hit one of those outrageous potholes and it took out not just my tire, but entire wheel!!! After shopping around and wanting something reasonably priced and quick I found Heart Certified Auto Care. I called them up told them my problem and information about my car. Scott called me back after 20 mins and not only told me they had the part but could take me that day! I drove in at 1:00 in the afternoon without an appointment and my car was repaired in 20 min! Heart Auto Care not only are Mercedes Benz certified, they did an amazing job on my wheel and were significantly lower than the dealership price. I am so happy I visited them and look to continuing in the future. I would most definitely give them a shot or at least call up for a price. Thank you for the great service!!

I had another shop tell me that the rod bearing on our Jeep Grand Cherokee was blown and that we needed to replace the engine. I called around and found Ernie was the most reasonable and the best to work with. When my wife took the Jeep in for a proper look he determined that a new engine wasnt needed. What a relief and what a testament to Ernie and his engine mechanic for their expertise and honest appraisal of our situation. Im now a big fan and life long client of HEART Wilmette!

My car was picked up at my house and returned after service, all within 25 minutes!! During this confusing period of sheltering at home and trying to replace my dead car battery while supervising my children, I was absolutely amazed at the proactive actions of the HEART team. Within minutes of our phone call, they jump started my car in my driveway and drove it to their repair shop. I was reassured that each technician wore a mask and gloves. Literally, within minutes, I received a call that the battery was replaced and they were on their way back to my house. Their ability to brainstorm and to fit me in as they were getting ready to leave on a Friday afternoon amazed me. I plan to reciprocate the commitment they showed to me!

I had a sudden flat tire, which could be easily patched, but the cause of the flat also caused other problems that I would never have detected. The staff were fast, friendly, very informative, and seemed completely trustworthy. I would certainly use Heart in Wilmette again.

Excellent service, I had a problem with my Car and have been to Firestone and Midas before, these people never told about the actual problem or fixed the problem and every time I visited two service centers (in Columbus, OH) they would bill me awful amount of money.At HEART, I was told that there was problem in the engine and it had to be replaced for the car to run without any issues.I did not replace my engine but I was only charged for checkup, cleaning and other services which was much less than what other Auto Care Service centers would normally charge you.

So much impressed with their prices and customer service. Guys up front were very courteous and knowledgeable as were the techs I met.

I have followed Mgr Frank T. for many years wherever he was managing. I found him to be VERY honest and efficient with any of my auto needs. His knowledge of cars, trucks and anything that has an engine is superior. The mechanics are all well educated and training is updated frequently. You will not go wrong with Dexler or be disappointed.

The staff are very friendly and quick. They gave me a list of everything that my car needed done and worked with me to prioritize the list according to safety needs as well as the timeframe in which I needed to get the work done. This made it easy for me to budget the work to be done over a few months.

Highly recommend them. I have had problems at Car Dealerships and knew I needed to try somewhere else. These guys have been great. It started at 4:30 pm on a Friday afternoon (when the dealership said; sorry, techs have gone home for the weekend), I had a battery die (After getting jumped at car wash, my SUV was running but I knew if I turned it off I was toast). The guys at Heart drove to the dealership to pickup the specialized battery so that I could have my car for the weekend. My third experience with them, I had tried the dealership once again (why, I do not know) and received a quote for multiple pieces of work totaling $4,000! Heart was able to beat the dealership pricing by over 30% on every single component of work. Also, on a very expensive front strut replacement, they offered up refurbished parts (as good as new) at less than half the price ($1,000 vs. $2,200). They are price sensitive therefore often have multiple creative solutions. Example, I needed new tires so they gave me pricing on Michelin (what was being replaced) and Pirelli tires. The Pirellis were $200 cheaper but had the same tire rating. I should note, they never asked for the dealerships list of needed repairs. They just told me they would evaluate the truck on their own and came back with recommendations (list was the same which told me they could tap into the vehicles electronics just like the dealership). They talk you through all the issues which really makes me trust their judgement.
