Ben and his wife run a great auto repair shop.Hong Kong Auto does expert repairs for reasonable prices on a wide range of cars.They provide amazing service, always going out of their way to start working on my car on short notice.They are effective at diagnosing auto problems and they fix things right.And they are the nicest people to do business with.I cant recommend them highly enough.

I was taking my friend’s car for her emissions test. Before I got on the expressway I noticed her tire was very low! I walked in to the shop and the woman arunning the service desk was awesome! She kept me informed step-by-step step. Turns out the sensor in the valve was faulty. It was fixed and I was on my way without much stress ( I was worried because I had to make decisions for someone else’s car) and the cost was reasonable! They couldn’t have been nicer or more efficient! Thank you Hong Kong Auto Service !

Didnt like that they broke a piece while removing it, and I had to pay the cost for the broken piece, but they DID FIX the initial problem.Also I didnt have an appointment, but they took care of me quickly. The owners were very polite and nice.

These guys have done a couple big repairs for us and several smaller ones - all turned out great. I love a mechanic who tells you when you really dont need something done.

Very thorough and friendly service! Ive used Hong Kong Auto for both routine maintenence and big repairs for over 5 years now. Every oil change they do a full inspection of my car, and make suggestions about repairs that will likely be coming up in the next few months. Unless theres a safety issue, they never force unnecessary projects just to increase the bill total. That way I can plan for bigger repairs (transmission change etc.) with a reliable estimate on both how long it will take and how much it will cost.

Good communication with customer. Suggested the right level of repair for an old but dependable car we are keeping going, without pressure to do more. Our preferred repair shop.

I had taken my car to a shop in the city that told me I needed to fix 10 things on my car for $5,000. I made an easy appointment with Hong King Auto Service and they quickly evaluated my car, letting me know I would need three things fixed with a cost of about $1,400. They originally asked that I bring in my car at 8am so they would have until 2PM to work on it and it ended up being done at 11:30AM! Great service, fast, affordable, would 100% take my car here again.

I walked into the store to ask for a bad turn signal light bulb repair. He asked in a very rude way to give him my keys, I didn’t mind much but then went out to the car and told my wife to “get out and wait inside”, surprised she said “please?”? I told her we would go somewhere else and he went crazy. Told us to get out of his property. I told him in a calmed way that he should not talk to women like that. He took his phone out and started recording while yelling to get out of his property.All bizarre and too much of an aggressive experience for a simple light bulb.

Very rude seen customer needed a tire and taxed him a extrac20 bucks because he would have ben stranded with out it 55 bucks for used tire 🙄 #Petty

Great service and the owner personally answering questions and explains what happened and how to avoid in the future. My car was in bad shape, needed an oil change, new filter, wheel alignment, tire rotation, various noises coming from under the hood and a leak! The A/C also wasnt working. Ben diagnosed all the issues, gave me a great price and my vehicle is as good as new. I recommend this place to anyone wanted to spruce up their vehicle.

Ron, the service manager, was thorough and explained the work for my brake job clearly and ensured we were getting the best prices on the replacement parts. Work was arranged the day of the appointment and they fit me into their schedule and returned the car same day as promised.Ben serviced our cars years ago and were only unable to continue the service relationship due to logistical challenges, but now that we are much closer to their shop I am grateful that we have a trusted advisor to take care of our car care needs.
