This is actually my second car that I have taken to the wonderful people at Caliber. Both times the work has been perfect. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The level of communication to the customer is superb! They made the process painless each time and even finished the work before expected to get me on the road again with my vehicles. Caliber Collision was absolutely wonderful to work with. I had gotten rear ended and took my car into them. They got my car assessed and got me into a rental car quickly. They kept me informed of the status of my repairs and everything looked great when I got my car back. There were some delays, but that was of no fault of the Caliber team. I know there’s been a shortage of parts that are needed and I was thankful they were able to get what they needed to get my car fixed. Everyone I interacted with at Caliber was extremely polite and professional and they went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. I had an issue with my windows not working properly once I picked my car up and they had me come by and helped me fix it (which ended up being just a simple programming glitch from the battery being disconnected). Although I hope I never have to use their services again (no offense), I will trust my repairs with the Caliber team if I do ever need them again in the future. Thank you all so much for your help and for doing such a wonderful job on my car!!

I had a great experience with Caliber Collision. My car was damaged from front to back on the right side and required extensive body work. From the initial greeting by the receptionist, throughout the repair period, and when I came back to get the car, the team was friendly and constantly kept me informed about their progress. The facility was clean, modern and appeared well organized, and the coordination with Enterprise for a rental was onsite and seamless. Most importantly, the quality of work was excellent, the work was completed early, and the car looks better than new. If we need collision repair work again well definitely be back to Caliber Collision.

Hit a couple deer. Front passenger side was horrible and bumper was falling off. Geico recommended them. Enterprise was there in 15 with the rental and it was super stress free to drop off and pick up. The end result is amazing.

I brought my 2020 Camry in after an unfortunate hit and run. I had the pleasure of dealing with Larry who was amazing the entire way through. I never had to call him he always called me and kept me up to date on my repairs along with the texts that I received notifying me of every step my car took back to its original form. Larry was super helpful answered any question I threw at him and took really care of my car. Larry made sure to check EVERYTHING and did a DOUBLE check which ended in finding things that weren’t initially found the first time. He really took the time to make sure he didn’t miss even a scratch that needed to be fixed. My car is like my baby and I truly felt Caliber Collision treated it as if it was their own. Super happy with the service and the speed. They got my car back on the road way faster than we predicted due to it happening one week before the holidays (Christmas and New Years). It went in on December 10th and I got her back on New Years Eve. Great way to bring in the New Year! Even better that she came back to me looking like I just bought her off the lot. They did a complimentary wash/wax which I did not expect and it looked fantastic. I was worried about the paint because it is not your normal color (Wind Chill Pearl) but the paint was matched perfect! You would never know my car was in an accident. Everything was persistent and efficient! HIGHLY recommend this repair shop if you are looking for a place that really cares about your car and will do a stand up job rather than rushing through the repairs possibly missing something that will later down the line cost you even more!

Convenient and efficient service. The rental vehicle was on-site and ready when I arrived for my appointment. They found the same aftermarket headlight assemblies and did an excellent job repairing all of the damage. I am very satisfied and highly recommend them!

I had a minor accident which involved my drivers side rear door, quarter panel, bumper and wheel. There was much more damage to the wheel than the car but it looked absolutely terrible. I have black Si so every scratch, even the most minor is more than noticeable so this stuck out like a sore thumb! They called me to set everything up, they had a car waiting for me when I got there to drive until mine was repaired. The adjuster walked out with me and we spoke about things I was concerned about, he explained that everything would be taken care like new. I got the car back 1 week early, she looks beautiful and like there was never anything wrong. I hope I dont have to use them again for anything in the future, but if I do, I know I will be in good hands from start to finish. Super satisfied!!!

THANK GOD FOR CALIBER! I’m a college student and my car is my world, it’s the first one I bought on my own. I hit a deer only 6 months after I got it and they fixed everything to perfection. My car still looks brand new! After two months, my car broke down. It was caused from a hole in my transmission hose and since caliber fixed part of my transmission the first time, they fixed my baby FOR FREE, as their policy goes, and had it back to me the next day! I highly recommend caliber! The ladies up front are so sweet and the manager of mechanics is so understanding and kind!

I hit a deer and it wrecked the front left side of my car. Caliber Collision was one of the first recommendations from Nationwide, so I went with them. Having damage done to your vehicle and the whole process of getting it repaired is obviously not something that you necessarily enjoy, but Caliber Collision made this experience as smooth and painless as possible. They were friendly while still maintaining professionalism. Their communication was excellent with me, Nationwide and Enterprise; I had to do very little. I got regular updates on my vehicle and they provided me several different avenues to contact them if I had any further questions/concerns. When I got my car back, it looked good as new. However, my airbag light was on so I called them and immediately they told me to bring it back in and they paid for the rental that I would have to use for the extra time my car would be in the shop. The issue was fixed with no additional cost to me. Overall it was one of the most pleasant experiences Ive had with an auto repair shop and I will definitely use Caliber Collision again in the future.

Brought my car in after someone drove into the back of it in a parking lot. It was recommended through my insurance, so I said why not. The actual repair and body work was awesome and had about a week turnaround, so no complaints there other than the paint job seems a little thin. However, I had to go back several times because there were things that were missed and still not 100% like a license plate light, rear camera, and emblem cover, but I guess that’s more of an adjuster thing, though. Also, emailing Caliber always resulted in timely and helpful info, which was great.

Caliber did an outstanding job fixing my car. It was a seamless process from start to finish with them. The staff went above and beyond when I ended up locking my keys in my car & helped me to get my car unlocked.

Ill give 3 stars for the friendliness of the front staff and quality of the paint job which was great. Now the rest. First time getting it back the interior door had noticeable new damage including a broken switch. A few more return trips were required due to back ordered parts or new parts to replace those damaged by the staff. 6 trips total covering a span of 2 months. Still have a crack on the bottom bumper, the door still doesnt always shut completely and have wind noise seeping in that wasnt there before. But Id rather fix it myself in order to avoid going back there.

Scratches on finished door, did not notify me when car was finished resulting in me being charged extra days by car rental company.

Absolutely wonderful body work and paint job. However the accident I got in removed some slash shields from my wheel well. I asked them to replace them as part of my insurance repair. The first time I tried to pick up my car they did not install them. The second they also did not install the shields, but instead left the part sitting in my truck, which spells disorganized. If you are trusting this shop JUST for body and paint work, I highly recommend it. Just be sure to inspect your car before and after the pick up.

My truck was returned without the gas hose connected to the bed! Whoever removed my spare tire iron didn’t replace it and the back seat was filthy. All this while it took two weeks to piecemeal my existing tailgate and spray in a generic bed liner. Do not recommend.

This is true.First Fixed Toyota Camry. After mont paint start coming off took it back they says not there fault. Second fixed Toyota Highlander but they never fixed wright. I had to go back 4 times still not fixed(tire alignment). Not going back any more.

Did not like. Nice people but over estimated work needed to be done on car. Vehicle ran fine just needed new hood and grill. Because of over doing estimate. Car was considered to be totaled. It seems body shops only will do your car if the work is $2000 or more I guess it is not worth taking on. Best thing to do in cases like mine is to ggo to Goods guaradge or DS automotive. They do good work and dont take advantage of you.

So apparently letting air out of my tires to make the machine read correctly is what they do. Sent my truck up because of negative camber, still have negative camber in the right rear! Steer clear from these guys!

Only okay work for the price, cut corners on the finish work and re-used trim pieces that have visible damage so the accident still has a visual reminder. Would not use them again, 3k+ repair job and re-used a $90 dollar trim piece with a 12 scuff from the accident.

Had my vehicle repaired here after my accident the repairs were not conducted properly the vehicle needs to be worked on again. They told me it was going to be like it was before the accident and it was not. Then they tried to tell me that it was that way when it came in, of course it was it was in an accident. Would not recommend this place.

Hometown is Winchester but I live in Manassas but it worked out, my backup car was here in storage. With them not being open on the weekends, it wasnt the most convenient at 1st (I work through the week and come home on the weekends) but again, all worked out.They kept me informed from the beginning and I received weekly emails so I knew exactly what the vehicle status was, big pro.I let them know Id be a few days late to pick it up with my schedule, no problem....they were awesome.Couldnt be happier with the work, top quality....even put a new stripe on my truck.My only regret was not getting them to fix a small previous dent on my front left, with the great job they did...its pretty noticeable now.Professional work, professional staff!

Fantastic service and extremely quick:I was in a hit and run accident, so my situation was tricky. I did not have a rental car covered under my insurance and I had to pay out of pocket for the rental every day my car was in the shop. I explained this to the folks at Caliber, and they worked with me to get my car fixed in less than 48 hours. I am SERIOUSLY impressed!!!I was rear-ended and the damage was all to the center of the rear bumper (through the paint). There was a tiny scratch to the plastic on the back of my car. The guy who wrote up my estimate explained that if I wanted that to be fixed, they would need to order a new rear bumper and it would take quite a while longer. When I told him Id rather he just to fix the paint and keep the same part, he had the shop work with the insurance company to get me an appearance allowance which lowered my deductible from $200 to $150. I couldnt have asked for a better experience!

Worst service ever. They had my car for a month for simple front end repair and their online status reports were always inaccurate. Status reports would say it was on schedule for a certain date, but it wasnt and I did not get my car back until 8 days after that initial date.
