I have to say in all honestly that Sterling Collison does not provide good service, they provide stellar service, (and I used my Thesaurus to find the beset description!!) From the moment you walk in, you are treated as if you are the most important client they have. They go above and beyond to help you with everything from insurance to keeping you informed of repair times. I have had the pleasure of utilizing their services a number of times, (not necessarily a good thing on my part,) but I have been more than satisfied their work. They even cleaned my car almost as if it were being detailed. Everyone there is top notch, but if you ever need something done, ask for Tara, she will take care of you!

Top-notch job! Had a fender bender recently and despite the color of my car being hard to find they still manage to get one in the exact same color. Kudos!

Great guys to work with, professional, and very experienced. They have all the high end equipment to repair your vehicle properly. After the body work and paint is done, they have the best alignment equipment and road force tire balancers to make your vehicle new again!They also offer high quality paint less dent repairs for hail damage etc.

Absolutely amazing to work with. My vehicle came back looking like new. There were extra parts that it needed from a collision with a deer and they were able to get them in and still have my vehicle back within time frame stated. Will definitely come back to Joe and his crew. Thanks again.

Insurance repair but the staff was excellent and very helpful. They kept me informed throughout the repair and made sure the car was clean when I went to pick it up. Everything was fixed as promised and Ive had no issues. Probably the best car repair experience Ive had, honestly.

My friend went here to get his truck fixed. An employee called to let him know his truck was ready. He planned his entire day around to go pick up his truck. When he arrived the employees were rude and did not acknowledge his present as he entered the building. 10 minutes had passed and still no help, he even had his cash out ready to pay and be on his way to pick up his kid. NOT ONLY did he not get his truck but his child had to wait at the school.! Will NOT return to this place EVER!!

Joe was great to deal with. It is never fun having to get body work done and dealing with insurance, but they make it as easy as possible. I am so happy with my feels like brand new vehicle. They even cleaned it inside and out! I cannot recommend them enough.

I drive (a black Honda Accord) almost 50,000 mile/year, so Im constantly getting dings, bumps, dents, chips, etc. I have been around town, jumping from shop to shop until I found these guys a few years ago. On average, I visit these guys 2-3 times year to take care of these minor issues. However, I had a more serious issue (insurance claim) 1 year ago. I got to these guys for everything...big or small. They always make my car look like it just came off the showroom floor. Joe is the BEST. He quotes fair, and delivers every time. In fact, the reason I finally decided to write a review for these guys is my last experience with Sterling a few days ago to take care of a dent. Joe gave it a visual inspection and quoted me $150. Well, once they got the car in the shop, the realized the work was going to be more extensive...and expensive (at least double). Joe called me and said although the car was going to take a little longer to repair than estimated, he would honor the $150 price. He said he just wanted to make sure the car was done correctly and that I was happy. WHAT!!! Its really nice to find a business that really takes care of their customers...even if they have to lose money sometime. At any rate, I was so impressed people still do business like this, the best way to show my appreciation would be to share my experience. Truly, if you are looking for an HONEST, QUALITY auto body repair / paint shop in Winchester, I hope you go see Joe at Sterling Collision & Paint Center. By far, these guys are the best in town!

Joe and the fellas at Sterling Collision are first class. From the moment the tow truck dropped me and my crashed car off, Joe took care of me. My vehicle was done in a timely manner and it was like new. The process was very professional and communication was spot on. I’ve been to other body shops but they don’t compare. If you need your vehicle fixed Sterling Collision in Winchester is the ONLY option. I periodically stop in now just to chat. What a great group!!

My car was heavily damaged and it looks like new again. The detail work was a relief because ice cream went everywhere in the accident. They estimated when the work would be done and they were only off by one day. Thanks guys.

I broke a side-view mirror backing out of the garage. Sterling took my car that afternoon, and the next day they had it replaced with a used part. If you were to look at it you wouldnt be able to tell it was used, though. Looks great and works like new. They cleaned and washed the car as well. Great service. I highly recommend it. As much as it sucks to break a side-view mirror, it was nice to find a reliable body shop.
